Horrible customer service. Owner runs a Uhaul operation and managed to screw up our reservation so bad, we couldnt get a truck for the rest of the day despite reserving days in advance. Was utterly unapologetic and tried to blame us for not taking the initiative to walk up to a scruffy looking dude unloading a semi-truck on the other side of the parking area.

I bought my queen memory foam mattress and bed frame from here in October or November and it is great! I had to have a friend help me set it up because I was doing it the wrong way. You have to really read and follow the directions or else if you do it wrong then it wont work and the bed will probably collapse. I live a few blocks away so they delivered it for me. It was brand new, and everything is perfect! It wasnt too expensive at all. I love it!

They were both very accommodating of my needs. They didnt rush me and thier service was prompt. This Father and Son run company is my new favorite for furniture. I was very happy overall with their service. Ill definately shop here again! I love my new mattress and bed frame and they were able to deliver on the same day and set it up for me! Its perfect. !!! :)

AWFUL FAULTY PRODUCTS SOLD HERE. We purchased a queen size bed frame from Furniture Town YESTERDAY and after receiving it and assembling it last night, we put the mattress on and sat on it, to have one bottom leg break off and the mattress and box spring collapse. We called to return it or fix it, and were told there were no returns, when the website policy states the opposite. Then the man hung up on us. Also, we were charged a $50 shipping fee and then had to bring our own item from the mans van to our apartment. I have never even heard of anything like that. Delivery men bring the item to your door for you, so that was awkward. Do not buy from here unless you feel like getting ripped off and lied to. This place SUCKS HARD.

Great customer service! I bought a great full mattress for only $220

Run as fast as you can from this place. They sold us a bed, and because it was raining we couldnt pick it up for a week so they sold it to someone else and ordered a new one which I had to wait like 2 weeks the new one to come. The new one came with missing holes on the board foot and broken drawer plus we had to put it all together when they new one was already fixed . When my husband went to return the foot board that (we already sent pictures with the missing holes), they didnt want to change it because my husband did the holes that were missing. A disaster of a place plus they refused to ship the drawer even though it was their mistake. Horrible experience.
