We were not in a rush to buy a mattress, so we were prepared to stave off pushy salespeople. Instead, our “sleep expert” Kevin Lee was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He gave us time and space to try out different mattresses while providing us useful information. When we had picked our favorite, we were again prepared to be pressured into buying it right away. Instead, he drafted a full quote with everything included, and let us walk away with all the information we needed. Once we were ready to purchase the mattress, it was super easy to call up the store, give them the quote number, and finalize the purchase. Overall excellent experience.

Theo was fabulous! Wed ordered a mattress from another company and found out that there was a long shipping delay. So we went to Mattress Firm Northgate at the last minute and in need of a mattress quickly. Theo took a lot of time helping our mom find the right mattress and box spring for her. He even switched out the box spring on the floor model so that we could make sure the bed would be at the right height. He also gave us a discount on the mattress so that the price was more in line with the original mattress she ordered from another company. Theo couldnt have been more helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend asking for him if you visit this store.

I walked in and told Matt the issue I was having with my old mattress and we talked through some options. I was stuck between two beds and he left me alone for about a good 45 minutes (I prefer that when Im making decisions) as I went back and forth between the two. I chose one and went to ask what the final price would be. I got a $1,300 mattress for $799 plus tax thanks the memorial day sale. Highly recommend going during that.

Do not buy or order anything from these people! I ordered a mattress last Tuesday and was told 5-7 days, which coincides with me moving into my new home and needing a bed exactly 7 days later. It’s now day 10, no bed, was supposed to arrive today according to Fed Ex, and then they didn’t get it. Did nothing to resolve or help. Won’t even give me my money back until they receive the “lost” product. This will be my 3rd night sleeping on the floor! And the manager at Lynwood location named Justin literally just told me “I can’t help you any longer since you say you’re going to leave a review”. What customer service! Help me? They did nothing to help. Didn’t even bother to check to see where the mattress is. Didn’t care. This was a temporary mattress for my wife and I and a 3 year old to sleep on for a month or so before we picked out our real mattress. Guess where I won’t be spending my $2-3000.

Best decision!!! We tried to purchase a mattress set from a traditional mall retailer and gave up after learning that we would have to coordinate delivery a month out, and purchase a warranty, through separate 3rd party companies ourselves. Mattress Firm made everything so simple. They even coordinated delivery for the next day with old mattress removal. Our store sales person took the time to make sure the mattress set we chose was the right fit for us and offered an unbelievable 10-year warranty and free frame. We couldn’t be happier and will definitely be back when it’s time to replace our next set. :)

Walked in here on a Saturday and had made a decision on a mattress and adjustable frame within 45 min, which made our very busy weekend (mid-move) a lot simpler. Walta was a great salesman with some good insights on how to pick the right product. Adjustable frame was on an excellent sale. They have a solid local distribution network and had everything in stock for our order, so were able to get the products out to us the very next day! Installers were efficient and had a good attitude. Mattress Firm is the obvious choice in Seattle!

Just got the Sealy Hybrid from the Northgate Mattress Firm. This bed is amazing. Soft while also firm. The sales associate Gaea was super helpful. She first helped us figure out what we liked by having us try out different styles, then helped us narrow it down to hybrid style. By far the best shopping and sales experience ever! Everyone was super helpful. I went to the Ballard Location and Patrick helped me try multiple beds and had a great sense of humor, I got a few bedtime stories while trying not to fall asleep in the bed I ended up buying :). He didn’t have the one I wanted available until late November and called the Northgate Location that did have what I was looking for. They were very accommodating and Matthew in Northgate made the process super fast and easy. I was well taken care of by both locations and everyone was super friendly. Thanks to Chaz too, he made an appearance at both locations and was super friendly at both encounters.

Beware: Check online pricing first! This is a sales environment and the numbers arent really legit.I am writing to you because I want to express my absolute dissatisfaction with one of your employees and the experience I had at one of your stores. The store in question is Northgate II (ST) #508004 and the employee is the manager of the store, Chris Wyatt.I purchased a mattress (SKU# V000247474) from there through a sales person named Stefanie, where I ended up paying $593.01. The very next day, I looked on the internet and saw that there was a sale. I went back and they credited me the sale price from the internet (a credit of $157.03). I was happy for a while, but after using the mattress for 1 week, it started sinking. I then called the store and Chris Wyatt, the manager, said I should come over in person to make a warranty claim. I did that while also bringing the mattress to show him what was wrong with it. He didnt test it or look, and told me that I needed to buy an extra firm mattress, and not a firm mattress. I then went through him to acquire this and he charged me $899.99 for it with all of the discounts applied. They exchanged the price difference ($435.98) that I paid for the initial mattress and applied some discounts so I ended up having to only pay 269.64 for the new extra firm mattress. Again, I went online when I got home and saw the mattresses selling for $449.99 - $649.99, which means this $899.99 figure was dishonest. In total, I ended up spending $705.63 for the extra firm mattress, which is above the sales price. I went back again demanding the price as advertised on sale, and he told me that its baked into the system, and that he cannot print out itemized billing for me to see. I wanted to see that I was getting the sale pricing and my military discount. He was unable to show his work which makes it sound like the prices are all just made up. He had a rude attitude, wouldnt stop pitching, and he wouldnt show me how he came up with the numbers he came up with, and that he couldnt print any of his work. I believe that he was being dishonest and was trying to cover charging me more than he needed. At the end of the day, it was a terrible experience overall, the worst Ive had, and I would not recommend this to anyone. Everything was hidden and no one could show me their work.
