Took my Audi here to fix the dent around the shark fin antenna. I came around the time they were closing for the day but Dennis was super nice to stay back and gave me a quote. I was very impressed with the quality of work and how fast it took to fix it. Not to mention it was more affordable than the other places. One place said it might take 2 weeks to fix it?? I purchased a car from this auto shop and am very happy with the purchase and how well I was treated. The two brothers that run the shop are friendly and honest and dont try to take you for all you have. I would gladly purchase another car from them, and if I was in the area and needed some work done on my car I would feel that it was in good hands.

Having been serviced multiple times here, I cannot recommend these guys enough. When Dennis fixed a burnt clutch, he even went out of his way to ensure I was driving the manual vehicle properly. More recently, Dennis went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of after an insurance claim that went awry. Throughout each service, Dennis would meticulously call/text me to check in and explain the entire process. He is trustworthy and on your side.

My electric BMW wouldn’t unlock. I was afraid of getting some unskilled tow truck driver to tow it away. Instead BMW sent out a highly skilled driver that taught me more about my car than most people would know. Even the BMW service department didn’t know these tricks. The driver on top of his knowledge is also a personable guy and he came equipped with patience! I was actually thrilled with the service I received. He told me they are a preferred vendor for BMWs and Mercedes. They are now in my speed dial :)

I initially found them via Yelp (heh) and the amount of value they delivered was even HIGHER than my expectations (and these were high).Upon arrival, I was greeted with a smile and a true sense of care. I worked mostly with Assana on addressing my vehicles issues, but still spoke with everyone that was in the shop. From start to finish, they told me exactly what to expect, how much it would be, and what was priority. They even checked out a few other things at no extra charge! Im a customer for life, as this business truly treats you like youre family.Its rare to find a business with such wonderful customer service nowadays. My vehicles repairs were fixed in a timely manner at a VERY affordable price. I was blown away. If I had taken my vehicle to any other shop, I would have paid hundreds more. Alpine Auto was recommended to me by my auto mechanics for some recent work I needed on my Nissan Rogue. What an easy and communicative experience! My car had issues that lead to it needing to be towed to the dealer. I was was worried my assigned towing service (since the manufacture set the towing up) would take forever and I wouldnt be updated on when theyd arrive. Not only did I get updated calls/texts on when theyd be showing, they suggested to pick up the vehicle earlier due to weather/snow issues (they were concerned and wanted the car to get to the dealer ASAP). Id use them again in a heartbeat.

They answered my call at 5:30 on a Friday. Got me in the next day. Saw me right when I got there, provided good information, gave me options, and did a beautiful job on my car. They did the work in the time it took me to fall for their shop kitty.

Alpine is who BMW Roadside Assistance contracted when having to tow my car. They were prompt, responsive, and did a great job taking care of the car. They also had ramps available for my lowered car which was super helpful.

I highly recommend these guys. Another shop had failed to tighten the lug nuts on my wheel, so it literally fell off. I was stuck. I called for a tow from Alpine. Their towing price was very good, and they arrived on time with a very clean vehicle. They towed my car down to their Georgetown shop. To save me money, they offered me the option of finding used parts. I was very happy to do that for my 10-year-old car. They then drove me home from Georgetown to Capitol Hill. My car was ready a day earlier and for a bit less money than they had estimated. The picked me up on Capitol Hill and drove me down to their shop to retrieve my car. This was 6 months ago, and its been running great since then (I wanted to wait a little while to write the review, to see how things turned out). This is not a fancy place: no coffee or wifi while you wait. But for quality no-frills repairs at a good price for parts and labor, by people who know cars, I highly recommend Alpine Auto Center.

The customer service here is fantastic! I was involved in an accident and my car had to be towed. Fortunately, it was towed here. Its a family operated business and the first question out of the mouth of each person I spoke with was to ask if I was okay - and it really seemed like they cared! These guys were great to work with! I had a last minute issue with my car before a big trip. Turns out I needed the alternator and belts replaced in my 2004 Nissan Sentra. I called around different repair shops for quotes, and they gave me the best one! Not only was the price great, but they fixed it same day, topped off some fluids, and made sure they could warranty the parts in California if they were defective. 2,000 miles later and I’m not having any issues with those parts. The service team even gave me a ride back to work and offered to come get me when it was ready! Great service and work. He doesnt use the Mercedes or Lexus dealerships to work on his luxury cars, he takes his vehicles to Alpine. This is a family business.They have always met or exceeded my expectations. I havent been able to match there pricing. The service and quality have been far superior to any dealership Ive gone to. And they have always explained things in a way that I a layman can understand. The physician that referred me, told me this team is as straight as the day is long. Thats all I needed to hear to have confidence in there work. Give them a try you wont be sorry!

Over the last few years I have taken several cars to Alpine Auto. They have always given prompt service and provided towing when needed. I have always had a pleasant experience in dealing with them and they have always been honest and up front with me about charges. I have tried price matching with other local shops and found them 15-20% cheaper than other shops and in a couple instances 40% lower than the dealer. I have and will recommend them to family and friends.

The car was parked in a tricky spot and a knowledge of Porsche mechanics was essential to the move. He made it all happen effortlessly and I couldn’t recommend him or Alpine Towing more!

These guys responded to an emergency call on the I5 northbound...at 9 PM in pouring rain and extremely heavy traffic. Our Audi A6 lost all mobility due to a transmission failure....in the centre lane...very scary stuff. The people that responded from Alpine were friendly, professional and knew exactly what they were doing....and they got there faster then AAA scheduling. If you ever get stuck...or need a tow...I would call this company in a heart beat. Reach new heights...call Alpine.

Brought in our trusty old dump truck for a paint job. They got the job done for the price quoted in under the estimated time-frame. Cant beat that. Would return for future work.

I recently had my car stolen and when it was recovered it had dents and scrapes on every side of the vehicle including the hood and trunk. The inside was trashed and smelled like an ashtray. It was a total mess.The guys at Alpine totally took care of me and my car looks even better now than it did before this incident. Seriously, you dont need to look anywhere else for a great shop. This team is top notch and I know I can trust them for any and all of my car issues.

A great place! I actually drove down from where I live around Northgate based on a recommendation, and Im glad I did. Quick, professional, and accommodating to my personal situation. It was a bumper that was being held on by duct tape on one side and the other side it just had a few bolts and bracket, haha. They fixed this dangerous situation in an hour, and never seemed to be trying to get extra work from me or make up any shady thing, they really wanted to just fix it and see me on my way happy. Ill go again for body work! Bumper looks great, flush with car body, secure.

Worst body shop ever!!!! They scam you by giving you cheap quote and raise price when its time to pay. They will hold your car until you pay what they want and will charge you for holding car as well. He uses inexperienced worker who does lousy work. And uses used parts and charge you for new parts. When I went to pick up my car, my bumper had two inch gap and looked like was going to fall off. He was supposed fix all dent and scratches but saw whole bunch of new dent installing bumper. Well he said hell fix problems, which he did. But when I went to pick it up second time, he try charge me more and insist I pay him cash. When I refused to pay more or in cash he threat me hold my car and charge me daily over night charges. After arguing with guy for couple hours, i just had enough and paid him in cash and left. But I discovered later, when some bumped my car, that paint job had no under coating and was just spayed on. And paint color was little off and could tell where it was painted. And top it off, when it started to rain my trunk was getting wet. Avoid this con man at all cost. I figure it hard way when someone gives you good deal, there is reason why. Now it will cost me more just fix mistakes he made.

This review is long overdue. First, Ill start by saying if I could give Alpine Auto Center 10 stars, I most certainly would. Ill summarize by saying these guys are a family owned business, they provide exceptional service, offer competitive pricing AND will go above and beyond to make sure your car is in optimum health. Personable and professional--Alpine should be your go-to...Now for my longwinded review...Back in September of 2018, I made the mistake of taking my car to the Jiffy Lube on 4th for an oil change. Though the mechanic changed my oil, he forgot to place an oil filter before sending my car off. While on the 520 freeway the next morning, my car completely tanked which then forced me to pull over to the shoulder. Alpine came to the rescue in no time to tow my car and have a look. What they discovered was a ghastly hole at the bottom of my engine block thanks to Jiffy Lubes negligence. Folks--Annas was my BULLDOG. Not only did he walk me through the process to pursue JL for the cost of the engine replacement plus labor, but he also ensured they comped my rental while my car underwent repair. In the end, I got a newish engine and extended life on my 2006 Scion XB.Last month my boyfriend desperately needed his brakes replaced. While other places quoted delayed service days out, Alpine was able to receive us and replace his brakes same day. I cannot express enough how reliable Alpine is. If youre lucky enough to be close in the area, I highly recommend them!

My old Toyota (2001) has had its share of difficulties, so I was not sure if it would even be worth fixing the latest misfortune. Annas responded very quickly, so theirs was the first shop I went to. Both Annas and his father Ribhi were friendly and eager to show me what the job involved. Plus, instead of the 7-10 days they estimated, the job was done on FOUR!!! The price was lower than I feared, and the after-market parts were better quality than the original.In short, your car will be in good (siddiqi) hands.

Had a pretty terrible experience. After having my car for 2 weeks, got it back, the engine was rattling and whenever I tried to start my car, it would screech and not turn on half the time. Took it back, turns out they effed up the part they were supposed to fix and had to keep my car for another two weeks. They then try to upsale you and give you deals from their fellow auto car people and then go back on their word saying you didnt actually need to replace the part when you go somewhere else. Absolutely terrible place. Pretty condescending and they dont listen to you. Theyre cheap for a reason if you want to wait about a month for them to ruin your car.

If you wanna save your money dont go to this Shop. They cut corners, they will spray new paint on top of the old paint. In few months your new paint will start peeling off. Once they have your car. Theyll charge and change prices on you. They are very untrustworthy. Careful let my mistake save you same money

I was repeatedly disrespected and lied too and after 30 days of having my truck they never even began to work on it and then they called me on the 30th day o tell me that they couldnt fix it. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME and money. WORST MECHANIC SHOP EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
