My rear brakes were making a scratching noise and I was afraid the pads had worn out and took them to Meinicke in White Center. The mechanic took one look at them and said they were fine, the noise was just some rust. I very much appreciate his honesty and go back to him again.

I have used Meineke for a few years and have had very good results. The staff have always been polite and explain all repairs to be done on my car.

My brakes started grinding one evening so the next day I took it to Meineke. Jeff’s crew diagnosed that I needed new brake pads and rotors on the front of my car and brake pads on the rear. Jeff was very informative and explained everything to me. It was a little pricey, but it needed to be done! They change my brakes quickly and I had my car back within about 3 hours! Very kind, courteous and professional! I would recommend to anyone!

I made an appointment to figure out what was rattling/clunking on the my front end of my car. Jeff was able to pinpoint the problem within record time & have my vehicle ready to get back on the road by that afternoon. It drives good as new now. Nothing but smooth sailing from here. Im newer to the area and Ive brought my car here twice. I love it! I suggest leaving your car since the waiting area is small and difficult with Covid. Theres a lot of restaurants nearby so its not a big problem. They are very nice, attentive and they generally have coupons which is a plus!

I have been taking my Subaru to this Meineke for the last couple of years, initially for routine oil changes, and more recently for more extensive repairs. Being a woman, I have run into some shady dealings at other garages, with men assuming that they can up sell or talk down to me: never at this shop! The pricing is fair and I always feel respected (one mechanic even took the time to take me back while the car was on the lift to show me the areas in the suspension that required attention, something I very much appreciated). Very low-pressure, personable, competent service. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good mechanic!

I waited a little past my appointment time for my car to be taken in and it wasn’t clear to me how to let them know I was there, but it was smooth after that. The mechanic offered relevant services and asked before doing additional work. They provided a list at the end with the other things they saw. I was able to ask questions and get understanding. The price seemed fitting with the amount of work that was needed. I liked the way they took time to answer my questions.

Jeff was the only worker there he was quick and professional. He worked on my car since I arrived and I dont even think he took a break while I waited for 3 hours to do the brakes on on all four wheels.

I had an emergency situation with my breaks and couldn’t find anyone around me to even glance at my issue, I found here and Jeff told me to come right by ASAP. I did and he immediately looked at my breaks, figured out my initial issue as well as throughly inspected the opposite wheels caliper and discovered a very scary and dangerous issue, explained it to me and even let me see the issue myself, he immediately said that he would work on it if I’d be ok with it because he wasn’t at all comfortable with me driving with a caliper that was about to leak break fluid. I appreciate the honesty and step by step involvement, he even was ok with me watching the repair. 100% would recommend and being a woman I’ve had many situations of being taken advantage of or other mechanics telling me I don’t know anything. I know a little about cars but I don’t have the time or appropriate space to work on my car. Jeff was amazing and I’m looking to come back again soon for my front breaks!

Bought an oil change Groupon before Covid hit, and they extended the expiration date to Spring 2021, which was very helpful. I did have to make an appointment for the oil change, so be prepared on that front, but the customer service was great. They checked out other concerns I had with the car, gave informative advice, and even saved me some money on services my car did not need. Nice to have a trustworthy auto shop in the neighborhood.

Mike was really helpful since this is our first car. The only issue we had was the delivery guy was late with our tires. But on meinekes side of things, it was 100% great 👍 will definitely return for other car needs 😀

Great experience, knowledgeable and honest. Jeff figured out what was wrong with my brakes in less than an hour. I had been to three different Les Schwabs and two small shops in the last few months with no solutions and money out of my pocket. My car was in the garage right at my appointment time and done by the specified time too. The guys working were super nice and there’s plenty of places within a couple blocks to grab a bite or a drink while you wait. I’ll definitely come back for all my oil changes.

They were beyond accommodating and helpful. My schedule is outside of their business hours and they worked with me to make it work. I got my pads and rotors replaced. They kept me up to date during the day and even waited for me to get there once they were already closed. Dre was incredible. I highly recommend this location. They were fantastic and very helpful.

I took my car in to replace my rear breaks. They quoted me $650 less than I was quoted by two other shops. They did great work, explained the issues, took a look at my front breaks and let me know the time line on them. Not to mention they pointed out that I will need to replace my rear 9 year old tires soon. They were very thorough, profession and inexpensive. I will be taking my car back for the front breaks soon. I highly recommend.

I’m not pleased at all. I went in to get my brakes fixed and stop the squealing noise. After I left the shop, my brakes are making more noise now than it did before I took it in, to be worked on!

The staff here is always very friendly and helpful. I accidentally made and appointment at the wrong location and they were able to get me in within the hour and fix my air conditioning the same day!

The mechanic was personable and professional. The building should be condemned. Felt bad for the guys as they had to work with rain pouring through the roof in multiple places. The bay floor was covered and water was leaking around a light ballast. Unsafe. Period.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation . The front desk guy was late to arrive so the mechanic (who was really friendly) said he would get started on my car. I came back an hour later and the front desk guy was really rude. I showed him my coupon for discount tire rotation and he told me that wasn’t a coupon. I explained I got it from their website and then he told me they didn’t even rotate my tires because the lift wasn’t available. This was the whole reason I chose to get my oil changed there.They raised the oil change price even though the website said the starting rate was $24.95. I mentioned this to the guy and he told me I was wrong and the website said different. There were suggested repairs on my receipt that they didn’t even go over with me despite it saying the customer declined the recommendation to fix. I was so off-put by the poor customer service that I will not be going back

I really am at a loss as to why a $22 part cost $450 to install. And my brake dash light is still on.

My head light had been out for a while and ever place I went or called wouldnt or couldnt replace my already purchased bulbs. I called Meineke off Roxbury and spoke with Dan. He said just bring it over and well take a look and go from there. Right when I opened the door, I was greeted with a friendly hello and how can we help you. I shared the conversation I had with Dan with the gentleman up front and he went in back and got Dan. He took my keys and came back a few minutes later and said yeah we can do that no problem. They has to take off my tires to be able to replace them on my BMW and they didnt charge me and arm and a leg. Thank you to the employees at this Meineke for you excellent customer service and friendliness. You will definitely be getting my business from this point forward!!

Had 5 follow up visits for a simple oil and head gasket change. Kept complaining of burning oil Smell and a loss of oil. Tried reaching out to corporate several times and have never received a follow up. My latest visit revealed that everyone that worked on my car walked out with tools. Had to investigate if I even got the part I paid for since my car had no oil after a month. Luckily a new employee looked around and discovered they didn’t tighten all bolts which led to oil leak and burned oil smell. He deserves 5 stars but the review gets zero since corporate has not addressed the issue.

Dude at the desk was pleasant enough but they didn’t have my filter and since I only have one day off a week and have been putting my oil change off for a couple of weeks I needed it done that day. Sooo I went across the street to the auto part store and bought the filter needed, but was still charged the normal price for an oil change even though I bought my own filter. Other than that weirdness, it took the entire hour that they say it can, but no complaints. I’m just used to FL where you can do drive through oil changes in 20 mins and they vacuum your car for free.

The place was great. Tim at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. There had been some loud squeaking on our mini van. I had them rotate my tires, check my brakes and wheel bearings, but everything was fine. They didnt charge me a dime! Even for the tire rotation. They said it was probably the material of the pads combined with the extreme cold weather we were having. Free inspection... Highly recommended, well be back.

They told me their lift broke the day before but didnt let me know to cancel appointment.Rescheduled for the next day, showed up the next day on time and they let a walk in go before me. Told me they could get me in 45 minutes to an hr later.Would not recommend.

I went this place a year ago, and I gave them 5 stars. But lately something had changed. It just gives me negative vibes, like Im not suppose to be there or like they didnt exoected to be me the person who booked the appointment. Theres this one guy that either he doesnt like to fix my type of car or hes mistaking me with someone else he might had a problems with before. This is the second time he acted like this. Today, about 7 am I booked an online appointment for 10 am and after recieving confirmation, I showed up there. At the website I requested I would wait while my car was getting fix, however, I understand because of Covid that might not be possible, although, it would be very helpful if they told me beforehand that I couldnt wait there. When I got there, the mechanic guy told me it would cost me 800+ and 4 hours for a tune up and I had to drop the car off and come back later. I told him I didnt know that and I didnt have a ride with me. He gave me every reason to change my mind about getting any service today, so instead I asked him if they could do oil change. I was answered with an instant no. Even when I just stepped in the shop I greeted him and he didnt greet me back. And when I was leaving, I said thank you have a good day and he didnt respond. He gave me an attitude and a tone that gave me the message to leave and he clearly didnt want to work on my car. Maybe its for the best and thats a message to never step foot in that shop again.
