I plan on coming here again after they just fixed my accord. Came in for an appt thinking I had an oil pan leak but it turns out it was just a power steering fluid leak. They fixed up my car right away and I was very happy with results. They also gave me a first time customer discount. Will come back here with my Audi if anything ever needs fixing.

I don’t know how to start. Trust or not, this is my first ever written review in my life. First thing first, if you have a car problem, VISIT this shop and you can trust on me on this one. I would really want to recommend even if you are far from here too. I would love to spend my uber money on this shop absolutely anytime and anywhere. They are great, very honest, very reliable, and very responsible of what they are doing. I could write a whole essay how good they are. I called them, i got check engine light, and Ilona working whose working in front told me to come right away since their dignostics are FREE. I went both dealer shop and here, the result came out the same. Dealer charged me $2250 and they charged me $780 for everything with an additional pct valve replacement. They wont give you any pressures on anything. They will give you the choice or the heads up for very honest suggestions. I woudlnt be writing this spending lots of time, but they deserve and worth it. I went there the next day I picked up the car since I had a oil pressure light on. I called them, they asked me to come rightaway. They will look it out right away despite of what they are doing since they are just so responsible. He realized my engine oil was low, so he topped it off for free of charge. Unbelievable. I wouldve love to pay the charge but they refused. They also told me if theres still another problem, asked me to come anytime. I was so happy and satisfied so much and glad I found this store. I will bring anyone I know to this shop without hesitation. Theres no benefit of writing reviews, but Im just too happy and thankful to them. They are the best even spending a lot for uber. They are just WORTH IT!!!!!

My 2008 BMW broke down on the weekend around Northgate with engine overheat warning. I was looking for nearby auto shops while waiting for the tow truck and decided to go with Best Service and Repair based on the great reviews, which I am really glad I made the right decision.I dropped by first thing in the morning and delighted to find out from the woman owner that diagnosis is free. They worked on the car the same day and kept great communication on each step with detail cost breakdown. They took it out for multiple test drive and make sure all codes were clear properly, and also contacted the dealer to find out additional information over the recalls that has been done on the car.Thank you Ilona and the mechanics there. I will definitely be back for services here in the future, along with my other European car to this hidden gem!

There are 3 certainties in life: death, taxes, and something going wrong with your BMW. This shop has fixed my 328 numerous times, ranging from diagnosing a non-starting engine, to brake rotor replacement, and I could not recommend them enough. They are efficient, fairly priced, and very professional, and I anticipate going here until my car is in the grave.

A charming and quaint-sized shop off Aurora Avenue.Great customer service, clean area, and the office manager was very kind. They gave me a reasonable price to check and fix my VW without including a diagnosis fee on my vehicle (based on my particular situation). They gave me advice on vehicle maintenance and what to expect and I really appreciated it. I felt a genuine care of service better than most larger shops Ive experienced. Will definitely return in the future.

I got a quote from a dealership repair shop on an alternator replacement that was over 1500$. That seemed way too high so I contacted Best Service & Repair and asked them and they quoted me 500$. I brought the car to them instead and they got my car up and running for a fraction of the price of the dealership. The repair comes with a warranty as well so theres no major concerns with it vs the dealership.

I am so lucky I found this place! I had several issues but the main was a leaky gasket...the owner and one of her mechanics came in on the day after thanksgiving and worked all day on my vehicle! Theyre the only place I know of that offers a free diagnosis and the owner was very honest with me and told me what needed to be fixed immediately and what could wait. I am truly so thankful to them for going above and beyond in customer service!

After reading the five-star reviews, I decided to bring my 2004 BMW 330Ci in to have the oil pan gasket replaced. After replacing the oil pan gasket which includes an oil change, they noticed a leaking Vanos hose and called me before replacing it. They were more than happy to show me the old parts and even lifted up the car so I could take a look at their handy work underneath. The mechanics are experienced and have been working on European vehicles for many years. I highly recommend this place.

These folks are amazing. My trucks anti-theft alarm went off, making it so I was unable to start it (because it thought it was stolen). Turns out it was the fuel filter and pump needed replacing. I was quoted $1,500 to fix it at the Chevy dealership. After calling around a few places, I found Best Service & Repair. They quoted me $700 (thats $200 less than the rest of the shops I had called). I had my truck towed to their location and they informed me that it would be ready to pick up the next day. I got a call back 3 hours later, informing me that they were able to get it all fixed and running and I could come grab it same day!Elona and her staff were all smiles, incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I will never take my truck anywhere else to get worked on and continue to recommend all of my friends and family to their establishment. Thanks again for getting me back on the road!

This shop provided the best experience Ive ever had while getting work done on my car. I went there for some suspension problems and after describing my issues they quickly found out the problem, pointed out and explained what was causing the problem and got to work repairing it. They have a nice waiting room with a computer and loaner cars for those who need them. After they had fixed the problem I was shocked and excited as to how little I had to pay for their service. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs work done on their car.

It was such an uncomfortable feeling not knowing what was wrong with my car and not being familiar with any mechanics in the City... I am truly thankful for their honestly and professionalism. I thought my engine was shot and needed to be rebuilt/replaced... turns out I needed a new ignition cord and spark plugs, thousands of dollars difference. We had such a positive experience with Best Service & Repair. Ilona was friendly, easy to work with, and obviously has extensive knowledge of cars.We had already done some work on our 09 VW Tiguan on our own. She was great about picking up where we left off. Her mechanics were able to quickly diagnosis our issue. They did some additional inspecting once the parts were disassembled that turned up no other problems. The diagnosis and additional inspection were done at no charge. By our estimate, our final bill saved us $500-$800 what we would have been charged at the dealership.I have no hesitation in recommending Best Service and Repair. We will be repeat customers should the need arise.

Best Service is for sure. Theyve changed my oil for me and changed my rack in my Z3. Changing the rack was kind of a big job for them which caused some complications, but they were willing to go the distance to take care of me and they did so.

Most wonderful experience Ive had at a mechanic. Went here for a pre-buyers inspection and they were so thorough in finding problems with a car that I was potentially gonna buy. They found things wrong with the car that one would never even think of checking that could have been a pretty big hassle. The lovely lady at the front desk couldnt have been more helpful. The mechanic that looked at the car deligently found everything under the du hat was wrong with it. As a team they were able to try and save me over $2,000 in expenses that Im the end the used dealership wouldnt accept, but at least I didnt buy a faulty car. Such a pleasant experience!!!

I had some major engine (new head) work done on my 83 vanagon. The mechanic was from Europe and very knowledgeable and my van ran amazing untill I sold it a year later. Everyone who test drove it said it was the best driving van theyd seen in their search. This was back in 2007. Im now looking for a shop to take my 2010 jetta tdi and will be paying them a visit.
