They have a wide variety.. Certain things can be a little pricey.. they dont seem too welcoming. But i just get what i get and go.. But I like it.. I always find what i need and some things I dont need. Lol

I really wanted to like this store because they actually have a really nice selection of styles and colors but the woman who greeted me was just so rude she asked if I need any help I said that I was just looking for the moment and she literally just looked me up and down and laughed at me I don’t know what about that is funny I don’t know why she needed to be so rude I had full intention of spending at least $300 I came with cash in my pocket but her attitude sent me straight back out the door

The hair store i usually go to was close, so I had to come here a little high price but needed it before tomorrow morning. The customer service in this place sucks. I just needed a simple install 2 people available to perform the duties and I still have to wait on lashes to be done on other customers. The logic makes no sense. Then to top it off the employees are standing right in your face talking about you in their language. Never again! #rude

Today was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. A transaction was made for a certain amount and I later viewed my bank statement and saw that my card was overcharged by the store. At the advice of my bank, I went back to the store and the cashier said that she could not perform the refund herself and called the store manager. After a long wait, he arrived and we pleasantly greeted him, but he failed to respond and we were immediately met with his unpleasant attitude. After making several calls to my bank while in store, he became belligerent when we stated that we were not leaving until the money was refunded and opted to deal with the matter while we were still there. He said that “mistakes happen” and threatened to kick us out of his store and called the police. Just sending a warning out there for anyone who chooses to shop at this store.

Ive been a regular customer with this store for awhile. Not anymore due to the older foreign lady following me around like a hawk in the store. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable and highly agitated. I have warned others that shop there to think twice about it. A store that profiles does not deserve a penny. For future reference, use your surveillance cameras and know that everyone does not steal.

DO NOT TRUST THEM!They are price goudgersI thought that it was a nice place and I have bought 3 wigs there recently because their prices seemed fair. I don’t know if they are black-owned or not but I thought it would be nice to patronize them. I bought an unprocessed Brazilian virgin remy wig there yesterday, it was HH Brazil Pretty Wig-Diana “S”. The lady there told me several times how it was such a great deal, $100 wig for 50% off. It seemed like a good deal and I paid $53.49 for it.I googled care for the wig when I got home, and to my surprise saw it on two sites for $24.99. I felt very ripped off. When I called them to ask if I could get a refund, their response was they don’t set prices, the chain managers do. I could get a store credit, I told her that there was nothing there that I wanted and that I did not trust them anymore. That is price gouging and I will not shop there and tell all the people that I sent there to never shop there again. They sold me the wig for twice the amount it retails for elsewhere. The other response, I don’t trust stuff online. I told her that in both stores, it was the same exact wig and manufacturer.

I went there today lets just say I felt like a criminal when I was just a paying customer. The employees eye balled me from the time I walked in til the moment i paid and left its crazy.Im sure they may have had their share of theft but it made me upset and i felt profiled in the worst way. I will never shop here agai !!!

This place is the worst establishment Ive ever worked for in my professional career as an MUA. A true SWEAT SHOP. Firstly, employees are mistreated and are paid under the table. On my first day I was told to not speak to the other employees and Im not allowed to have my purse or cell phone while inside the shop. Secondly, the lash techs and makeup artists there use VERY unsanitary methods. I was yelled at for using different razors on each of my clients by the male manager Yusef. He said that they cannot afford for me to use different razors on every client, which is absolutely disgusting and not to mention DANGEROUS. I have since reported them to both the Department of Labor and Board of Health, I would advise consumers to not let anyone touch their face at that shop.
