They always have just the right thing to make you feel good .I always leave smelling so good and feel wonderful

They usually stand around and dont help or then they ask you but never have an answer to your question.

I really dont go here but now they have a customer that will return Valerie the sells lady she went above and beyond shes awesome very helpful, friendly and patient... 😊 2 star for the store 3 Star for her....thanks

Great fragrance store

The customer service team is well-equipped here for COVID. I was very impressed with the way their system was set up where you sanitize before you go in, carry around your own bag they provide for you to keep, and allow you to wash your hands with their many different kinds of hand soap. The service was efficient and friendly.

Store was amazingly stocked and looked beautiful. Brandy even wrapped my gift for me and she was super sweet! Thank you Brandy!

As this chain goes, this location really is ideal. Orderly, bright, well-stocked and attentive staff. I enjoyed the semi-annual sale when I shopped, and was able to stock up on smell good stuff for my family and I.

Always love going to Bath & Body Works. Specially when they have sales going on like they are now with their semi-annual sale! Love it even better when they have sales running on my favorite product line aromatherapy.
