Tasha was my specialist and she was great. I had originally booked with someone else I had chosen based on seeing her name in reviews, and I was told Tasha was new, so I wanted to put her name out there for people who choose based on reviews like I do! She was very nice, gentle, and professional. She made me feel relaxed and was funny too! Ladies at the front desk were so sweet as well. I’ve never had a bad experience here and highly recommend.

I’ve been waxing for 30 years and European Wax Center is the best. The wax here is the best. I have never had a bad experience at any of European Wax centers I’ve gone too. It’s shocking how it doesn’t hurt and I don’t do them every 4-6 weeks because I have a busy schedule. And still it’s always good. There is no reason to go anywhere else. I buy the punch card and the price is great. 😉

Today I was able to work with Molly and she was great. Very personable, informative, and professional. I hope to continue with her in the future! I waited 20 Minutes after my appointment time. I then went into the waxing room with the specialist who was very nice. It took 20 minutes to complete the Brazilian wax and I should have known. I got home and my husband had had to tweeze and shave. Never again and I will never recommend. I should receive a refund.

Ive had nothing but wonderful experiences with the techs at EWC. Everyone is warm and friendly, also very knowledgeable and they take the time to educate you about the service before during and after. Quick, easy and clean. They do have products and programs they offer for sale but not too pushy or overbearing. Im beach ready, are you? Go get that furry (body part) waxed!

This was my first time receiving a wax and the clerk was very nice, welcoming, and professional. The wax esthetician was very informative during the whole process and she was very considerate and patient with me. The room was very clean and sanitary which was another concern of mine. I can’t speak on any of the other waxers, but Christina was rude and not even slightly hospitable - which is something I expect especially when getting a Brazilian wax due to how uncomfortable it can be for people. She did not speak to me at all. Even when she burned me with the wax, she didn’t apologize or seem to care. She made me feel uncomfortable. She ripped the strips the slowest I’ve ever seen from a waxer, causing more pain and didn’t hold the skin very taut as if she didn’t care that she was hurting me more than needed. She also wasn’t very thorough. I left with many long, visible hairs that I will have to pluck on my own. If you go here, see someone else. Not worth the price at all. At least the front desk lady was nice.

This is a great center! I see Ally who makes me comfortable and relaxed for every service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else besides EWC for waxing.

I was a loyal customer at this location when Tiera was working there. Every since I was informed by the manager, Debbie that Tiera was no longer there the service and customer service is horrible. I canceled my wax pass online and received a call from Debbie ensuring me that no other charges would be placed on my card. Since that conversation I have been charged twice. This is fraud and theyre liable to hear from my lawyers!!!!

Kiera took care of me. It was my first time receiving a Brazilian wax. Kierra reassured me all was ok. It did hurt a little but with gentleness and kindness oswas not that bad. I highly recommend and they also sell sell care products.

I’ve been going to The European Wax Center for about 5 months now; I’ve switched over from Claudia’s and when I tell you it’s the BEST decision I’ve made! I literally don’t go to anyone BUT Tiera A. She has outstanding customer service, She makes you comfortable & she’s very outgoing! Having someone close to your lady parts that you have a level of comfort with is very important! I highly recommend her!

I move every 3-6 months, therefore i have to find a new waxing spot frequently. I’ve never had any issues or poor results in the 3/4 years I’ve been getting Brazilian waxes. This EWC left me with a LOT of hair, so I guess I’m going to have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. The waxer also was not warm or friendly, then tried to blame lack of exfoliation for the poor results (which i could understand TO AN EXTENT). Anyways, i would recommend trying somewhere else - and I’ll update when I find a better place in this area!

I have always loved european wax center nationally this this is the worst location I have ever been to. The waxers are very hit and miss. The girl’s at the front continue to get worse every time I come in and the manager is the least friendly welcoming person there. They claim that the waxers can do a Brazilian and underarm in 15 minutes and shrink my appointment each time and then every-time the waxer fails to be able to provide the services I booked because she ran out of time. If you choose to go here make sure to get a background on the waxers so you don’t walk out burned or bruised.

The place is always clean . The blonde lady that usually sits up front is a hit or miss, definitely wouldn’t be someone I want in the front representing my company . I have been coming here for a while I started off with Ally then switched over to Tiera Andrews ! Ally rushed my whole processed and made it seem like she was just in a rush to leave for the day . Tiera would always take her time and made sure you were comfortable and ready ! I’m so sad she’s gone now . Yesterday I switched over to Kiera and I was disappointed, she barely said anything to me and left a whole patch of hair on the top ! Honestly after my wax passes are done I will not be returning here !

My overall experience was okay. My waxer made me feel comfortable through the process, but she had to use scissors twice to detached the wax because it was conjoined to the wrong wax area. After my wax was finished, she informed me that I had a few stray hairs left and not worry about it because it was my first time in years getting a Brazilian wax so my hair wasn’t use to it. I looked down and only seen a few stray hairs, so I paid it no mind. At check out I gave her a tip and scheduled my next appointment. When I got home to clean off the excess wax, I noticed a lot of hair left in different areas! I was and still is disappointed 😔. Not to mention the discomfort I’m experiencing. Honestly, I feel like I wasted my money once I was able to examine everything closely. Hopefully my next experience will yield different results.

Serenity. Serenity is the absolute best waxer that I’ve been fortunate enough to see. I can honestly say that this is the least painful wax that I’ve ever had and I will definitely be back. I moved back to south GA and discovered there wasn’t a EWC location near me so I drive 2.5 hours roundtrip to this location. There’s been some turnover in the last year so I’ve tried Becky, Kayla, Ursula, Ally, and today Tiera. The one bad experience was with Becky with the wax being way too hot. Since then, the trainer Ally has waxed me several times and it’s been a good experience. Today I used Tiera A. for the first time and I MUST say that’s she’s exceptional. She talks through every step of the process and applies the right amount of pressure after the snatch! Yes! She is friendly and will make you laugh but is still very professional.The establishment is very clean and the receptionist is nice most of the time.

Let’s face it, getting a Brazilian can be awkward, but Becky was amazing. It was my first time and I’m in my 40’s, so I was extra nervous. Becky quickly reassured me and made me feel comfortable. She was kind and professional and did a great job. And the pain was not nearly as bad as I had imagined. I will definitely be back.

I’m very unsatisfied with my Brazilian wax. Zantia was my wax specialist. I went home and seen multiple areas that had hair that could of been waxed off. I don’t know if it was because it was the end of the day and she was ready to go home but it seem she didn’t put enough effort in being lazy. She did my first Brazilian wax couple months ago and left plenty of hair as well. It’s unfortunate that I have to pay for service and come home to clean up what she didn’t do. My next booking is with Terria. She’s the bomb I love her she calms me down and removes all the hair off without me having to clean it up myself. If I have to reschedule my appointment again I will never go to Zantia.

The lady at the desk, (Blonde hair) was very helpful and sooooo nice. I had scheduled my appointment for 0930, and when I say it was right on time, it was right on time. I HIGHLY recommend MISS. TIERA A. This was my first wax and she is so soothing, calm, and will talk you thru everything she’s doing. Made me feel 1000% comfortable. And I love her energy ‼️‼️‼️ This place and Miss. Tiera A, officially has my business. I will be recommending everyone here. Totally worth that 45 min drive!!!

Today was not perfect. My appointment was changed 2 weeks ago and not recorded correctly but the wonderful receptionist fixed that and I did not have to wait long on a very busy day.I felt the technician removed the wax too slowly so I could feel every hair come out. I have been waxing for years and have never had this happen.I do love their products though and will continue to return, just change the technician.

The space is great, staff friendly and accommodating. However, the girl compliantly re-shaped my eyebrows and that is NOT what I asked for. I even showed her a picture of when my brows were at their best. The arch is gone and they are thin. I also found wax in my hair and all over my sunglasses, which were on top of my head. I would be willing to try again with a different tech, once I grow my eyebrows back in, of course.

Very consistent with their service! The facility is clean and well-organized. I go every 4 months for a Brazilian wax and have used some of their skin care products. My lady, Becky, does a great job- very thorough. While waxing is always painful, she gave me tips on how to make it less painful and even turns down the temp on the wax in advance for me because my skin is sensitive! You have to keep up with your waxing! I always schedule my next appointments when I leave because they book up during peak seasons! Great music also!

My first time here, back when I was a Senior in High School, I was disappointed with the service. I never came back & it used to not be an amazing place, as it is now. NOW, starting to come back as a Sophomore in college, I come here EVERY MONTH and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE SERVICE. Becky (waxer) and Jessica (front counter) are TREMENDOUS! They always put a smile on my face and make me feel good when i’m coming in and leaving. They have truly shaped a positive waxing experience and I enjoy coming to see everyone at this location! Ever since they got new management, there hasn’t been one negative complaint I have. Thank you so much for everything you guys do! I will definitely be a lifetime customer!!! :)

I was not happy with the service I received yesterday. I wanted my eyebrows waxed and they were done horribly. I wanted her to do more and correct it but I figured if i get her to do more I may not have any left. I was hoping to find a place to go for my eyebrows but instead i will not be returning.
