I really enjoyed my session with Jade. She was sensitive to my special requests as a hijabi. She answered all of my questions and helped me feel more confident managing my hair. She a great stylist. She’s worked with almost all the women in my family. I really LOVE the results. Definitely coming back to see her for my next trim & conditioning.

JADE was fantastic! I came in with a blue/green disaster home job and we were able to get a beautiful white with some purple undertones that will wash out. She spent damn near SEVEN HOURS fixing me! I love it!

They haven’t answered the phone for 4 different days I’ve called. Each time I left a message and I haven’t received a call back. If they’re still open, they won’t be for long.

I was happily surprised that I was able to make a last minute appointment. I had not had my hair highlighted in a few years, and after looking at the Google reviews I booked an appointment with Sophie. She listened closely and did an amazing job. She was punctual and friendly. The salon was clean and tidy. Will definitely be returning!

I had Ms Liz! She was so funny and cut my hair exactly how I wanted. I was nervous going in but so happy with my cut on the way out. It was really well priced, only 21 dollars, and you have the opportunity to leave a tip afterwards. Liz said that she had been doing cosmetology ever since she was young with her mom, and that she had a true passion for it- and I could tell! Appointment was easy to book online. I definitely would recommend that you come to this salon for your next haircut! :)

I came it for a highlight and cut. Had a picture of the color highlights I expected and the cut. She said that would be possible. She ended up coloring my hair, then washed it, then put highlights in it. I looked awful. Of course she said it was my fault, that I wanted the woman in the pictures color. No I stated I said highlights. I then I had to teach her how to cut my hair. When I got home, the cut was uneven and the where she attempted to fix my hair by highlighting it...it was not done right. dark roots were where the highlights should have been placed. now my hair is blonde on top, dark on the bottom. She did help make it right by only charging the minimum, but I would say this. I have been going to get my hair done professionally for 13 years. Ive went to many different hairstylists/colorists due to my traveling career, so I understand how important it is to have good communication with the stylist. But I would not recommend going there if you expect to be amazed...in a good way. I walked out of there after 4 1/2 hrs...and it should have taken at the most 2. Im a stickler with time management and explained I had to be out by no later than 4. I wasnt even able to flat iron my hair because of poor time management on her part. I was pretty miserable with the result. Try at your own risk.

This review was long over due. I had been so caught up with life that i forgot to do my review but what happened today... was what made me not only remember... but endured i made this review.- enjoyIt was September 2019, I’m on vacation from Ca to visit a friend ONG Savannah. After a few day’s my new dyed silver hair turned GREEN!!! it was so frizzy and ugly that it started to look like the moss of the trees 🤭😭I couldn’t handle it any longer so i went (reluctantly) to the JCP Salon and was helped almost instantly. The hair artists started to help me brainstorm with what might have happened and schedule me in for the next day with Nerine (I came in late that night).Nerine came in assessed my hair and instantly went to work. She explained the whole process with me and went above and beyond to make sure my hair had as minimal damage as possible. She took me from looking like a hot mess to looking like an elegant woman all over again. SHE WAS GIFTED. I swear to Bob if you ever need a color correction or just some help in general she has got you covered! And she kept it real with me the whole time and we had the BEST conversations. But you want to know what made me give this a five star review? After my appointment Nerine took the time to text me my formulas and everything that she used or did to my hair so I could let my normal stylist know... but that’s not all. She even took the time to wish me a Happy Thanksgiving. And for that... 💯 satisfies customer right here ❤️ def go check them out. I’m so thankful i did 🥰

If I could give less than one star I would. I set up my appointment online 2 days in advance. I arrived for my appointment and waited 2 1/2 hours to be told they did not have the right color for my hair but if I would come back on Wednesday they would give me a 25%discount, I agreed. On Monday they called to say I needed a more mature stylist but they had it worked out for me to just come by on another day for a consult. Then on Tuesday they called to reschedule my appointment because the computer had made a mistake but they were willing to reschedule for another day. I had made it cery clear I needed this done prior to my major surgery on Tuesday of bext week. The manager said she was sorry but what could she do, she could not make someone do something they did not want to do. I informed her that I was veery displeased and did not want another appointment, her response, ok bye.Where has customer service gone!!!!

Honestly this is the first business that has ever simply just turned me down at the door for service. The reason they claimed was cause they dont have a stylist that knows how to use clippers.. sure.

I always have always had wonderful experiences with Sophia at the JCP Salon. Shes an awesome beautician with wealth of knowledge about maitaining healthy hair. Its evident that ultimate goal is to ensure that her clients are satisfied with the services she provides.The Salon needs a new face lift and it needs to be cleaned. The stylists keep their stations neat and clean. However, the ceiling if beyond filthy. The chairs at the shampoo bowls are uncomfortable. They are chairs that you would normally see behind a desk They arent appropriate chairs for the shampoo bowls.

From previous experience the stylest was above average. However; I showed up for my last appt and stylest had left sick and I was not called. I was set up with another stylist. I found this out after waiting at the front for over 5 min while the employee that was closest to me was checking her phone. I asked why no one called me and she had no answer. I rescheduled and stressed to call and NOT reschedule with someone else if stylist called in sick. I called to be sure, before I left to go to the new appt, that she was coming in. Guess what? She called yesterday and said she was not coming. Did I get called? No! Salon not currently being managed well at all. My time is valuble too. Very irritated

This is my first ever review, but I though y’all should be warned before coming here.....I honestly wanted to give Jeda (the one who did my dreads) a chance because I was tired of there only being one main woman in Savannah that does dreads. I had actually put a lot of high hopes that she would deliver but sadly she didn’t. It took her forever to do the basic retwist portion which was understandable If u were being thorough but when it finally came to her styling she butchered it so horribly. I showed her a basic picture of me with a bun.Not only did she not style the hair the way I had it in my picture but her lose bun didn’t even last 20 minutes. It had took her about 4 times. the edges were all out and frizzed like she forgot about them and still she had the audacity to charge me full price.It wasn’t even my hair they messed up. The lady in the chair beside me was getting her hair dyed and layered I guess. I looked over and noticed nothing but dead ends and blocky color application but said nothing. She came back 15 minutes later for them to redo the whole thing. I’m guessing she saw the poor quality to.And to top it off I let her do my eyebrows only for her to wax off a whole half inch off the left but not the right. She also arched one but not the other and even though I told her to redo it it still looked a hot mess.The customer service was ok but I’m not paying for you to be nice and mess up my eyebrows and hair. I’m paying for the service you’re providing.All in all I will never be returning back here
