My wife and I stopped in on 8/25/21. She was interested in browsing some makeup displays and maybe stocking up on some bits her kit was running low on at home. We were helped by the associate Amber, who immediately took interest in using her color-matching skills to help find products that worked well with Megan’s [my wife] fair complexion. Megan felt taken care of and I felt the personal attention Amber gave her was above and beyond. That kind of intentional professionalism is so refreshing in today’s culture. Thanks Amber!

Love this location!!! I called the store to make sure the items I wanted were in stock and the associate, Allison, took great care of me! She even brought my purchase to the car! If you’re looking to spoil yourself or a friend, they have some really nice luxury goods here.

Amanda Leigh is so great! I went in looking for some shampoo for myself, when I went in I was greeted immediately, even though there were lots of other people on the floor and she was by herself. She made sure everyone was being helped equally and made my shopping experience quick! Amanda also recommended some great products that went very well with the shampoo I bought. I would give more stars if I could!

We had the BEST time ever at Blue Mercury! Johnny did a phenomenal job on our makeup. We were getting ready for an auction dinner and wanted to look our best. The next night we had a black tie event and Johnny invited us back for more glam!! He is fun to work with and lots of fun energy. I would highly recommend this place.

I was definitely hoping to give a 5 star rating but my experience was a huge disappointment. My daughter and I went in to find a new scent, I had been dying to try the Jo Malone line. The salesperson seemed very helpful at first but it looked as though friends of his popped in and he and his friends continued to chat in the doorway as I waited for help. A great girl who wasn’t even a Bluemercury employee stepped in (while trying to get the original salespersons attention, clearly he couldn’t be bothered) she wrapped up my purchase and saved the day but had she not, the whole experience would have been a bust and I probably wouldn’t have purchased. I will most likely try to make future purchases elsewhere

This gem on Broughton Street deserves attention. If you are seeking luxury skin care brands, then this will be your one-stop shop. The shop is small but the items inside are well-curated and exceptional. It reminds me of Space NK with its high end skin and make up ranges.They also carry the Mason Pearson Hair Brushes and Combs - a treat for anyone with hair!The staff is helpful but they also allow you room to roam if you wish.Worth a stop in.

I had to run in quickly after work but the girls in here were so nice and helpful. They got me in and out but ill definitely be back when i have more time to spend because this place is stocked to the gills with high end beauty products! Everything you could want in skincare and makeup. A true gem in downtown!

Staff were very rude and watched me and my daughter walk around the shop like we were going to steal something. I was playing with some makeup when my nail accidentally dipped into the product. The woman nastily told me that I didn’t need to put my nail into the product. Was going to purchase something but immediately left it on the counter and walked out. Very rude staff. Would not recommend shopping here. Spend your money elsewhere. Unsure of the staff members name but it was 8:00 pm on Friday May the 17th. Had plenty of money to spend

I dont usually get the best treatment from the employees at stores like Ulta but I popped in here today while browsing and this sweet blonde consultant took me under her wing and taught me how to do all different things. I ended up spending more then I normally wood on some high end Trish McEvoy products just because of her customer service. I will stop in again! Thank you for making me feel special!
