I’m from San Francisco spending the last 5 years in Washington, DC with a recent move to Savannah. I’ve been a MAC girl for years. On last Saturday I had THE MOST amazing experience at the MAC Broughton Street store. I called the store in a bit of panic and Ms. Danielle who answered was very poised delivering stellar customer service. I mentioned that I would be at the store between 1:00/1:30 on my way to the airport and Ms. Danielle graciously delivered curbside service. It was unbelievable how Ms. Danielle quickly captured my trust in her knowledge and experience. MAC Broughton Street is definitely top notch compared to none Coast to Coast. Thank you again Ms. Danielle and thank you Broughton Street MAC.

Dani is AMAZING. She did my wedding makeup trial today and her work is unbelievable. I am beyond impressed with her and she is one of THE nicest people I have ever met.

My wife forgot her makeup bag and it was a slight disaster. We are familiar with M.A.C. cosmetics but the experience we had at this local location was fantastic. Thankfully for me who knows nothing about makeup, stopping into this branch made this near horrific mistake a very memorable moment. The service was above and beyond we went in for makeup and left with just that and suggestions for amazing local fare. We could not remember the person who helped us but his cashier number was 1552645 and he is definitely a great representative of customer service. Thank for making my wife look an feel great in this moment.

Gabriela is amazing!! I came in on 10/05 for a bridal makeover and my makeup was flawless. So many compliments and I felt like a princess. If you visit MAC on Broughton Street Savannah you will not be disappointed.

I had a great experience!Stephanie did a fabulous job!!!! She was so nice and calm. She was so positive! Once I came into the store she greeted me and made sure I got everything I wanted and answered my questions. I love, love, love Stephanies personality and her work ethic! Came into this place with my wife while she picked up some lipstick. The customer service at this store is unreal! The young lady who took care of my wife whos name is Ulandria was so pleasant, helpful and attentive to my wifes needs that I had to ask for her manager to give her a compliment. Her manager Jamie was also extremely pleasant and even recommended some great places to eat at in the area since we are visiting. Overall a very pleasant experience and staff that I wish I could clone for the mens stores that I shop at! Thanks again Ulandria and Jamie!

Went here to claim my free lipstick for national lipstick day (29.07.17) and I did not receive the shade I wanted, but I liked the one I did receive.

I’m from Fayetteville North Carolina and I’ve had a bad Mac experience there but this one was sooo wonderful, I didn’t feel rushed or judged the lady I talked to was so sweet and helpful I’m sad I didn’t get her name:(
