Exceeded my expectations!Went to this store with a sense of dread having had terrible experiences at the Bee Ridge store. Boy was I wrong! This store has it going on!!! The manager is efficient, friendly and competent. Helped me select the best phone for my mother- I had to ship it to PA since she is on my plan. He understood that all I needed was a phone... didn’t waste time trying to change my plan or anything else. Set up the phone for me- all I needed to do was put it in the mail. I watched him converse with other customers while I was waiting. He obviously takes pride in how he runs his shop and generally seems to care about his customers. I’d give even more stars if possible.Take a note Bee Ridge store. You received 0 stars.
I was excited to stop by AT&T to start the process to upgrade my phone to the new iphone. I’m not the most tech savvy person so I was so happy to work with Ric because of how helpful and attentive he was! When my phone arrived in the mail he helped me set it up from start to finish. A task that otherwise would have taken me well over an hour, he completed in minutes. Ric is was friendly and super knowledgeable! I’ll be returning to this location for all my future AT&T needs!
This is the best place for any phone related issues, with the best customer service from Thomas. This is the second time I visited this store and the same person was helping me. What a difference, what a great person! Thank you! Im still with AT&T because of people like him - always helpful!
The manager Richard provided my wife and me with excellent information. His answers showed a great depth of knowledge of AT&T cellphone services. Highly recommended.
I’m not a phone expert but Ricardo was able to unlock my old email account so I could go ahead and upgrade into a FREE LG device which he easily transferred all of my contacts and picture even moved my backgrounds with the touch of a button! Very knowledge young man, although he’s short staffed he was nice to every person that walked in while he was finishing up what he started with me! Thank you Ricardo!
As somebody who isn’t comfortable with technology and struggles to understand how it all works, I hesitated to go in. But when I got there Matt was eager to assist. He really made it easy for me! Matt broke down my bill and even helped me add a discount to save me money. He also held my hand through the process of setting up my phone being sure that somebody like me would be comfortable when I left the store! Its a breath of fresh to know of this location. Definitely recommend this store. Will be my go to!!

After spending an hour on the phone with ATT customer service and them telling me my grandfathered plan didn’t exist. I had to take a copy of my bill into the store to show them it in fact did. Tom helped me throughout the process and was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He corrected things in a matter of minutes. Thanks Tom!!

I came to the shop to get a new sim card for my new samsung. Honestly, I was expecting Id have to buy one and then my new phone would be handed back to me with a thank you for coming in . I received the best customer service anyone could get from Jonathan. Jonathan retrieved my old sim card and set up my new phone. He was knowledgable and extremely personal.The phone setup took some time and Jonathan.. Jonathan offered to complete the set up while I went out to lunch and finished some shopping. When I came back to the shop my phone s setup was complete to my 100 percent satisfaction.Thank you for bringing him aboard to att&t. He is an asset and asddssomething to the shop.Olaf

This is an ATT retail outlet and not a company store apparently. They were not busy when i was there but the lady who helped could not have been nicer or more friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the phone I wanted was 10% less expensive at BestBuy but i would have bought it there just because of the fantastic service!

Been here twice and spoke with two seperate associates. Both were unpersonable and seemed to just want to take our money and rush us out. An iphone purchase of over 1000 dollars is a serious purchase. Tom lied about how much our monthly payment would be. Now we have to call customer service after visiting the store to sort it out. Tom is a dick but Ellie is a littler nicer, though neither know how to smile apparently.
Went in to get new phones for my kids who had existing phone lines and my entire bill has gotten messed up! Now I’m having to fight with AT&T to get it corrected and the whole experience has be more than frustrating. Every time I think we have sorted it out I get a Summary email that is up to twice as much I was paying before. When I call about it they all say disregard that it’s inaccurate. Why send it to me then??? I had to pay $120 in the store and my bill has gone up $155 for upgrading two phones. In the 20+ years I’ve been an AT&T customer I can’t imagine how many “1 time fees” I’ve paid. I would stay clear of AT&T all together if you can, but they probably already got you!

Went to the store on Tuesday, 10/24, at ~11am and the whole place was closed down. There was a note from UPS on the door saying they attempted a delivery and not a soul in sight. Extremely disappointed since advertised hours on the door are 10a-7p.
He tells you one thing does another.sold me two 45dollar phones for 250dollars
Staff is not very helpful. Salesperson actually said he didn’t know anything about the things they sell, he just sells it. Take your business elsewhere — there are many AT&T stores in the area.
