Just needed my cracked glass screen replaced on my iPhone 11 Pro Max. Russ was my tech and he was most gracious and kind and excellent at replacing the screen cover with no bubbles! He was also helpful in selling me a new protective case for my phone. This store always has wonderful staff. Female manager checked me in and she is tops

Juan provided excellent customer service! He made us feel like family and really was patient with us. He listened to our needs and looked for the cheapest possible outcome for what we were looking for. In the end, we got the perfect phone and it was due to his diligence. The employees at this store are only interested in making sales. Tyler told me to get another service provider because he didn’t want to take the time to help me. I’ve been with AT&T for at least 15 years. You’re better off going to a different store.

The store is so hit or miss, because sometimes they go in there and theyre like busy out the wazoo with very severe short staffing, and then Ive gone in there where theyre clearly overstaffed in desperate to assist. Theyve always been able to help me, Ive always been able to get off my needs taken care of here though, so as weird as staffing seems to be here, the do take care of me.
Went to AT&T store on Bee Ridge road in Sarasota Florida today and was welcomed by Tyler who gave excellent service!!! I needed to have everything transferred from my old broken cell to my new cell which I honestly was having trouble doing myself. I didnt have my Samsung acct pw and my cell wouldnt allow use of the Smart Switch. Tyler was patient and professional and made it happen and got all my files, contacts, photos, music, moved over through Google to my new cell. He spent about 30 mins getting everything set up for me and Im truly thankful and definitely less stressed now that my cell is in operation for use. Hes GREAT and knows how to take care customers at AT&T!!! So thankful he assisted me!

The young man that assisted us acted like he didn’t want to help us at all. We felt very rushed, and felt like he did not even want to help us with what we were asking for. Then he did not want to help us set up our phones told us we could do that while we relaxed at home. I spent over $400 in that store to upgrade two phones, and with the thousands of dollars we’ve spent over the years being with AT&T I expect a little better customer service than I received..

Went to 2 stores to no avail. One store had no phone that I wanted but tried to sell.me a watch. Second store had the phones but couldnt get me the phone because their AT T network wasnt working. If I wanted to go to Apple store I could do that they said. So much for AT T. Time to change providers..0 /2 AT T..
AT&T company store. They have everything company offers and do a lot of pressure selling. Once you get agent (only 2 today) they are knowledgeable and helpful. Be prepared to wait at least 30 min to an hour for service and a total of 1 to 2 hours in store. On a busy day you should plan on considerably longer! Many good deals are available and sales staff can be a very big help wading through the options.
I made an appointment with them for upgrading my brother’s phone. They told me that they don’t have iPhone 12 Pro Max in stock which is showing available in the att website. After that the staff told me that if I order in store with him then it will take 7-10 business days for shipping, and order online that will be overnight shipping. ?????????????
Went in for a new phone because my old one finally sh!+ the bed. I was lucky to have Russ help me and he did a outstanding job finding the right phone for me and transferring everything from old to new phone. He deserves more than 5 stars!

Employee Cris was completely and utterly so rude to me and my father trying to give our business. Do not recommend this location. Completely appalled at the level of disrespect that was given. Customer service here is awful. Also notice how the owner only comments on the good posts and does not try to rectify dissatisfied customers.
Gabby was awesome and helped us with more than we ever expected. She has a great understanding of both the plans and products, and she pays careful attention to every detail of the plan. Monica came over to check on us too. We suggest going to this Bee Ridge store if you are an existing ATT customer for any upgrades!
They try to help you by fobbing you off to another dept, phoning multiple customer service lines and chats that don’t want to help either. Making excuses as to why they can’t complete the task. Blaming everyone else .After 2 hours they told me I needed to request a PIN number.I go away and come back an hour later only to be told the manager I spoke to was on lunch, at 3 pm !!Utter joke, after 15 years with At&t considering leaving !
I visited the Bee Ridge Road location today with a couple of concerns, greeted promptly and with a smile. Tyler initially assisted me, explained to him what was going on and without saying anything he took control of the concern and involved his manager. He introduced me to Chris(manager), explained to me what was going and rectified the issue and apologized. Originally I was going to wait for the rep that helped me from day one but she was off for the next 2 days. Instead Tyler explained to the Manager on duty what was going on. I thought he went out back to take care of my other concern which was swapping out my SIM card. Thank you to both Tyler and Chris for your professionalism and for being proactive. Nice guys and Im sure they did the best that they could, but the bottom line is this: after two trips & 2 hours 15 minutes in their store, they were unable to transfer my old number from a Tracfone to a new iPhone & setup a Prepaid AT&T service plan.Their final recommendation during my last visit was to call AT&T Customer Service while in their store. I did this and Customer service suggested I visit my local AT&T store. At that point I realized Id hit the Infinite Loop, wished them a good day and left. I put the blame on their corporation & training - these guys obviously had no idea what the problem was and could not help me no matter how hard they tried.Ive typed this entire review while on hold waiting for an AT&T rep... 10 minutes and counting. I suggest you avoid AT&T if you value your time and sanity.
I have been with AT&T for 3 years now. I switched over from sprint. I was never happy with Sprint. Their customer service was terrible. Since I have been with AT&T I have had no problems, their staff is very knowledgeable as well very helpful. I am very glad I switched to AT&T. They are always having specials and promotions.

If I could give this store a “0” I would. The store associates are great, however, my experience with the store manager was poor. I just purchased an Apple Watch yesterday. Returned to purchase accessories today (over $200), and the store manager wanted me to wait an hour to be rung out. Ridiculous. I switched from Verizon thinking the grass was greener, and I’m disappointed.They expect you to make an appointment to purchase accessories at this location.Considering returning to Verizon. I wasn’t unhappy with the service. After two years decided to try something different.

Been with AT&T for more than a decade and went and purchased a new phone. Initial customer service representative, Tommy, was very helpful and polite. He helped me transfer all my old apps and information from my old phone to the new phone. After I left I discovered my contacts hadnt transferred to the new phone oh, so I went back. When I arrived the sales representative Tommy was with another customer so I talked to another representative named Monica, and explained to her that my contacts didnt transfer. She had a very nasty disposition and told me she couldnt answer any of my questions that I would have to contact AT&T through their website, and I would have to pay an additional fee to ask any questions about set up of my new phone. I told her that was ridiculous, then I had been with AT&T for over 10 years, and I never had anyone talk to me as nasty as she was. She told me that I had to leave the premises. I couldnt believe it, I almost walked out the door and went directly to their competition. I waited for Tommy to finish up, and he came back and help me with the transfer of all my contact information from the old phone to the new phone. I thanked him. I ended up speaking to the manager and he thanked me for my feedback.
Robert took all the time he needed to see that I was well taken care of with the products that worked best for my needs. He was very patient and kind.

It is so nice to go into a business where people are glad to assist you. Other places you dont get that feeling. Everyone there was attentive, polite and very knowledgeable. Giselle went over and above helping me. I went in dreading that I had to learn a new phone, she made the experience very painless. I was impressed with her skills.

Its really hard to find a place where people would do exactly what youve ask for without trying to sell you something extra. This is one of them. Excellent experience. Definitely the best mobile experience Ive ever had. NOTE II price matched (love it!)and only with services needed. The best place to go for a person who knows what he wants.
I recently got a buy 1 get 1 Galaxy S9 at this location. I was completely misled by the salesman, who also was a manager. I have been into the store 3 to 4 times before the 2 week return period. Not once did anyone at that store tell me I had an option of returning my phone. I have been scammed by this AT&T store and all of the employees in it. I would not recommend buying anything at this store. I also had a meeting this morning an appointment with the manager at the store and he was too scared to come out and talk to me face-to-face. I would give the store a -10 if I could. They suck. AT&T as a business should be ashamed of themselves for the way that I was treated by their company after only having a brand new phone for 3 weeks.
Whatever you do, do not go to this location. I got a new iPhone 6 along with a waterproof case. When I put the phone in the case, the mute button did not move. After trying for 20 minutes, went back to see if they have a way to make it work or get a new one. One sales rep tried several times and was able to turn on or off once or twice and said he could not replace it since it does work occasionally. I tried to turn on and off many times but it worked only once. Finally, after arguing for a few minutes, they agreed to replace it. That is when I figured out we never received a receipt from them to begin with. The phone was in my husband name and I was the one who went there to replace the case. They said they would not replace it without a receipt or my husband present even though we were there together the same morning. These people did everything in their power NOT to cooperate and NOT to be helpful. DO NO GO TO THIS PLACE. Deserves 0 star.
Stay away from this store and company if you are looking for honesty & integrity. My wife and I were sold 2 I phones and service plans that do not provide phone coverage in our area from a deceitful salesperson in this store and when we tried to return the phones were further lied to and they would not do the return without a lengthy painful process. The manager Steven does not return phone calls and when you come to the store to resolve the issues and ask for a manager they run and hide in the back. Not to mention the dozen phone calls to AT&T to resolve a issue that they caused and to further get the runaround. Stay far away from this unscrupulous deceitful operation with a national company logo on it you will save a lot of time and aggravation.

My sales rep was Antonio. He was very knowledge & knew exactly how to help my boyfriend & I. My debit card was changed to the chip type, I forgot to update my info. So the change failed, I contact the rep on the phone who kept putting me on hold until my plan expired. They came on right away and said This plan has expired, you need to pick form the new plans available. I had had the unlimited plan since 2010. Loyalty means nothing to AT&T. I will never be an AT&T customer again.

I wish I could give a negative rating. My boyfriend and I went to get new phones a month ago, during this process we were told to call back to transfer my phone number from Cricket. I was given a temporary phone number in the mean time with an area code that was not close to my location. As soon as I confirmed with Cricket that I was okay to transfer my specific number I called the “store” to find out the store doesn’t use their phone or doesn’t have one, the calls go straight to customer service. After an hour of being blindly transferred or on hold I was told we had to go back to the store.When we got to the store the manager told us they could not change my phone number in the store I would have to call customer service. Thoroughly confused by the two contradicting messages we stayed in the store and called customer service. Once we finally got a live person he and the manager went back and forth for around 30 minutes of who’s responsibility or job it was to do the number transfer. They came to the conclusion that I couldn’t keep my phone number and get the deal we had gotten for the phones like agreed upon a week prior. The manager talked us out of leaving the store by saying I could chose any number they had available with this area code, although not ideal and not what we were told both of us were ready for the process to be over so I chose a phone number that was similar to mine to make it easier to remember. We left the store and our return period ended.Shortly after I went to text my dad who has an android phone, it didn’t go through. An hour long conversation with customer service again resulted in transfers and being put on hold with no solution.I went through my settings and iCloud information to find that my old phone number was still on there. My temporary phone number was still on there. And my new one was not. Sometimes people can text my old number and not call it, sometimes people can call my new number but I can’t call them and so on.I currently have 3 phone numbers attached to this phone and have no idea which number works for what or at what time, I also still cannot text my dad.Today was my final straw with this company as a whole. I called customer service yet again. A women picked up, I explained the whole situation after warning her it was a long one, she responded with “let me get you in contact with someone who can help.” I was put on hold only to have someone from the same department pick up. After giving them all the information they needed to see my account I asked for a supervisor, his response was that he could not transfer me but he could request they call me back. It was clear at that point no one had listened to my problem. I had to tell him multiple times I can’t get a call back because I don’t know which number will work at that time, I have 3 apparently. Getting frustrated with my unwillingness to hang up the phone and wait for a call back he said he would transfer me to ...(spoke to fast for me to hear) and click I was on hold again. I waited 20 minutes until giving up.This is the first time I have written a review or even been concerned about customer service to the point of having to warn people publicly. Truly I am the last person on this earth anyone can make angry, with that being said I am livid...AT&T in general and specifically at this store have ruined their reputation to me and anyone who asks me about them.In short:The customer service department will transfer your call back and forth so they don’t have to deal with it. It has happened to me every time I called. If you chose to deal with going in the store they will tell you to call customer service. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get anything resolved. Also if you still chose to get service through them your first bill will come out of your account within a week, although in store they say it would be a month.
My wife and I switched from T-Mobile and so far we are very happy. The service is a little better than T-Mobile but not much. Beware however the staff in the ATT store are very helpful and courteous but you will spend a long time here. We spent over 2 hours here to switch our service which included nearly 45 minutes of wait time before being helped. The next day I spent one hour and twenty minutes to get a new S8 as mine had a screen blemish. The staff do work as quickly as possible but you will be there awhile.
Went in to talk about switch carriers. With Chris Shipes help we were able to switch 5 lines from Sprint to AT&T and saved on the monthly payments. Chris also switched out cable from Frontier to Direct TV and yes we saved on the monthly payments also. Chris was friendly and very knowledgeable, Thanks for all your help Chris !!!!

Not to be dramatic, but Monica provided me some of the best cutomer service Ive ever received and was a life saver!! I was panicked about my phone suddenly not working (need it for business) and she was able to quickly assist. Ive gone into this store before to activiate this phone when I bought it and another rep helped me then. He was also very great, but I dont remmeber his name.
It was my 3rd trip to the store in 24 hours. Yesterday upon leaving, Casey gave me a reference number in the odd case Id ever need it since my number was now officially taken off the blacklist since I had now come into the store. Was explained my 3 previous calls that all promised resolutions were all for naught and its always best to come to an authorized store with this sort of issue.Today, I returned with the reference number Id never need. I requested Casey who was very helpful and apologetic yesterday, and knew my situation. I was told by a colleague that Casey said there was nothing else they could do. Store staff does not honor customer service promises. BS excuses like “my manager isn’t here to enter the codes.” Was considering moving business and personal accounts but there is no way I’ll do it now.

Don’t say you weren’t warned! Went in to upgrade my phone. The associate dismantled my family plan and my bill went from $199 to $300 a month. Took 45 minutes with a call to customer service to straighten it out. We never even discussed changing the family plan. If you have time to waste and enjoy frustration and incompetence, then this is the store for you. When I called the store manager to complain, he never even asked my name or account number to look it up.

This store needs a sales overhaul! My mom took in her phone because it wasnt holding a charge. Rather than try a new battery, clean out the charging port, or try plugging it into a new outlet/charger, the sales person upsold her to a new smartphone, which she definitely did NOT need. So this store takes advantage of older people who are not tech savvy. Shame!

I went in to help my granddaughter purchase a iphone they gave me one price when we received the bill it was another hole different price from $50 to $178 bill so within the 15 days I was told which was not true it was 14 but thank. I got the phone back to them and cancelled the account she decided to go with t-mobile which gave the option of paying half for the phone
I went from store to store, checking out carriers to go to when I would leave Sprint, and this AT&T store was ready to help me, the salesman, Robert, wanted to make me aware of everything about my new phone, the best plan for me, carefully placing on the newly purchased glass cover. It was a top notch experience plus I LOVE MY PHONE, my 1 5S, after an 1 4.

This is by far the WORST SERVICE I have EVER encountered. I brought in an i-phone 6 and asked the representative to transfer all of my data from my i-phone 4 over to my new phone. The rep transferred all of the data over to my new phone and everything was working perfectly. Because this service was free, I thought I would buy a case from him so he could make a sale. When forcefully stuffing my new phone into a case we both heard a crack and the phone went completely black and would not turn back on The rep then took the phone out of the case, tried to turn it back on which he couldnt do, handed it back to me, referred me to a repair shop and said good luck. I was clearly beyond upset and needed to take a breather before contacting his manger. The next day I called the store, the manager was extremely unprofessional, accused me of lying about my phone and told me to call corporate to complain. I have now called corporate 3 times and continually get told a manager will call me to resolve the situation. Nothing has been done and I am left without an i-phone. I will absolutey be canceling with AT&T and will continue to spread the word about my experience.

Waited well over 2 HOURS to change a sim card. (there was ONE person ahead of us)1. They used to be free, not anymore.2. You could just run in and out with the sim card and activate it at home yourself, not anymore.3. Two hours for a sim card? Are you guys insane??
Just got the iPhone 5. It was easy to port my number over from Sprint, the phone is awesome, I wish I had it sooner, this store was very helpful and fast.

Just back after waiting 1 and 1/2 hours at this location. Upon check in told the customer service person I wanted to upgrade from existing iPhone to new one. Put my name on the list. After 1 and 1/4 hours of waiting with no ATT rep interaction I asked if wife could use rest room. Told no rest room for customers. I asked how much longer the wait could be (I was now number 1 on the next up list). Told no idea. After 10 more mins I trapped an ATT rep to ask if they could back up phone and transfer files once I got new phone. Told I should have done it myself before coming in - if they did it for me it could take up to 2 hours more. Terrible service by over stressed and under manned ATT personnel. Have been ATT customer for over 5 years but never coming back here.
