By far the best Verizon store I have visited. Associates are polite and helpful, wait times are extremely reasonable. Unlike other Verizon stores, I have never once left this store feeling annoyed or as if my time was wasted. I wish all Verizon stores operated like this one.

It was my own fault. I knew Verizon could not be trusted. And finding out how to contact them for anything other than one of their chosen reasons, a complaint not being one, is a real pain. I finally just said it was regarding billing.I normally avoid long term contracts with either Comcast or Verizon because every time I agree to go long term they do not fulfill their end of the bargain. But I got sucked in again. And now I am stuck for the next two years so I will have unreliable service.My specific complaint at this point is that they told me if I signed up for the Internet solely, which was what I stressed several times was all that I wanted, I would be eligible for a tablet. Then when I went to pick up the tablet turns out you need to sign up for wireless, which I had said from the beginning I did not want. A turn of words and I can see they dont have to fulfill their promise because. Says a lot for what they will do going down the road.

Consumer BEWARE! Visited this store for the first and last time today. I entered for an accessory and was offered a tablet promotion and a reduced monthly service plan based on new plans that were put into effect Thursday I later received an email confirmation of the changes from Verizon and none of his statements were true. There were one time additional charges on my next bill for activation and a monthly insurance plan neither of which was never discussed. PLUS my monthly bill would actually go up. Now I have to go back to an actual Verizon retail store in order to not be charged a $75 restocking fee. I would give it zero stars if that were an option.
