I have bought several Apple iPhones at the Clark Road Verizon store in Sarasota in the last few years. Most recently I bought the Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max. The store manager Ashley helped me order the phone and set it up for me when it came in the store. Ashley consistently provides the highest level of customer satisfaction I have ever experienced. She’s attentive to what you say, she’s an excellent communicator and she has passion for what she does and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is a model of what any retail employee should exhibit. I have also seen her interact with her employees many times and she is very patient and helps them anyway she can. It is obvious that the employees respect her and she has great regard for her employees and respects them as well.

Amazing service. Kasey went above and beyond to make sure we got our upgrade despite some complicated account issues that were really out of his hands. He was persistent over several days in finding and implementing a solution to our problem with minimal effort on my part. I will definitely go back to him for every upgrade in the future. Tasean did an awesome job helping me decide what would be best for me based upon my needs. He was very patient and explained and demonstrated features new to the phone and me. I was up and running in no time. After a couple days of use, some questions came up and DJ answered all of them and showed me how to tailor notifications for me. I am extremely happy with my new phone and service from Tasean and DJ.

Went in, was on hold with the customer service rep for 40 mins. Justin made my experience amazing, and made time pass by quickly. very pleasant and knowledgeable person.

DJ was awesome! I was dreading having to come in once I discovered that my iPhone 7+ decided to stop charging but he was extremely professional/kind and made my experience worthwhile. Friendly staff always and professional with knowledgeable employees

On vacation and my phone has issues and sent out SOS distress signals to my contacts, screen is black or flashing like a flash light and can’t use. Go to store and they were no help at all. Told me to fill out form online because I have insurance and if I wanted to know what is wrong to go to UbreakIfix.Seriously I bought my iPhone 11 pro max from Verizon and they can’t spend more then a minute to try to help me. He was more concerned about being on his phone. Absolutely the worst service ever and I would recommend staying away from this store. They have been horrible to my mom who is 78 and would not help here and were rude. Totally disgusted

They cant solve my texting issue and dont care! Instead of addressing my concern the tried to sell me a new $1200 phone!!! Of but I get a $500 trade in value for my current phone! Ha! No service, just sales.

The worst service I have ever had with Verizon.The guy we spoke to was degrading and not willing to listen to us.As soon as he found out we have questions, and was not buying a phone. He would not have anything to do with us.Go to the corporate store on 41 and not this one.

This store provides the worst customer service and the worst customer experience I’ve ever had anywhere in my entire life. My boyfriend and I went in a MONTH ago to upgrade to the 12 Pro Max. He did an early upgrade program where they should’ve taken his phone at the time of purchase, but they didn’t and informed us he would have a shipping label sent to us. I did a trade in where they were supposed to have a shipping label sent to our home so we could mail them into Verizon. We never received either shipping labels and after a month of waiting we called Verizon and they told us to go to a corporate store and both could be turned in there. We went to the corporate store and they couldn’t do anything because we didn’t buy the phones there and sent us back to this poorly, and low knowledge staffed Verizon retailer since we’d purchased the phones at this location. Alright, no problem, annoying because they couldn’t help, but whatever we’ll get it done there. We go in, explain the situation and sat down with a Verizon employee to figure it out. The manager had completely screwed up our trade ins at purchase, never finalized the trade in process, and never confirmed our addresses on the account for the shipping. She made multiple mistakes throughout the purchase process and it was obvious she was not focused in any way on helping us and doing it properly. Today when went in, the guy at the store got us in contact with Verizon Customer Loyalty over the phone and we spent over an hour at this location working with customer loyalty and the employee trying to fix the mess that this store had originally created. Over the course of this hour the employee told us multiple times ver batim “I don’t understand why you guys are making such a big deal about trading these phones in with Verizon, you could sell them online for $700-$800.” Then continues to power our old phones on and inspect them himself and tries to offer me the Verizon trade in value of my old phone ($452) out of his own pocket in cash so that he could take it and sell it online.Last time I checked, I wasn’t at craigslist or facebook marketplace headquarters. I’m at a Verizon store, as a previously happy Verizon customer, trying to get the promised credit from Verizon for my old phone, so that my bill is correct and straightened out.We told the employee, “No, do it right, we don’t care about any extra money, we just want this done properly through Verizon.” For some reason that was too difficult for him to wrap his head around, and us rejecting that shady offer seemed to give him some sort of attitude. We sat around while he talked to Customer Loyalty for another 10-20 minutes before leaving since he was being so irritable with us after not letting him privately purchase our phones directly for cash.This is the shadiest, most uninformed, unprofessional, disorganized, careless, and rude business, let alone a Verizon retailer, that we’ve ever dealt with. Absolutely disgusted with the service they attempted to provide us, and the mess that they created with our purchases. I feel bad for the Customer Loyalty representative that doesn’t work for this poorly operated franchise who ended up fixing the giant headache and less they created.We will never be coming back to this location, we’re speaking with Verizon Corporate, the BBB, and advising anyone and everyone to never use this Verizon retailer. Worst experience of my entire life at Verizon.

I came in a little late in the evening- close to closing time. Ashley helped me out very quickly with purchase and set up of a new phone even though it meant she had to stay a little late. She was thorough. She was not pushy with accessories or with care packages. All around great service when I was in a pinch after breaking my phone this afternoon. Thank you Ashley!

Upgrading and purchasing new cell phones and iPads etc. is always a long process and they made it very very pleasant. What a great crew they have there for helping us and showing us how to do everything and guiding us through the process and informing us on all of our options to where we can make the best decisions and get the best deal possible. My last experience with Verizon in April, 2019 was extremely disappointing as agent lied to us about cost of program .This time our experience with Harim (sp?) Was completely opposite. He was thorough, professional and personable. We would highly recommend him to anyone.

Ashley was very knowledgeable and helpful. She knew exactly what to suggest when I asked her for a screen protector. She explained what it was made of and the durability of it and also explain how to register the product for insurance purposes. She also installed the protector for me as well. I walked in with a phone ready to be buried, and he was able to resurrect it long enough to transfer the data to a new phone. He spent two hours with me to make sure everything was perfect. Was having a problem with my phone. Since it was close to closing, and it wasnt going to generate a sale for the person who helped me, he acted like I was a nuisance, and not worth his time. This location is also notorious for lying to customers.

Went in to see about changing my plan. Lady was not very friendly or welcoming. She had a What do you want attitude. After checking my account, without discussing the ramifications of the change, she changed our account status without my permission. When I challenged her about the change, she was visibly upset at me actually wanting to know how this plan change would affect my contract. After I asked the right questions and she gave me the answers, I agreed to make the changes she had already made. I could tell she wasnt happy with me. She had no right to change my account without my permission and had the responsibility to present to me what effects these changes would have on my account, and to do all this without an attitude. Verizon phone company is excellent and I have been with them since 2004, but this contractor who operates this site, I am not so impressed with.

I had the best ever experience with Hazem at Verizon. As soon as I stepped in the store he kindly greeted me with a big smile and he did everything he could to help my problem solved with ease and with great profession. In all the times I have been to a Verizon store and had bad experiences, I had the best experience here. I had the best service and guidance and help I needed to bring another line onto mine. Hazem and Andrew helped me with everything I needed. Answered all my questions with an answer and a reason behind the answer. Will be coming back to this location every time.

I was planning to getting a iPhone 8 only because I was oblivious to how the iPhone 10 and 11 operated so I decided to stick to what I was familiar with but luckily enough Ashley stepped in and showed me and my fiancé how simple it was to use the iPhone 11 from there and with the holiday promotion we ended up buying two iPhone 11 and we enjoy them so much and we want to say thank you again Ashley.

Overall excellent experience:To begin, I loathe the whole new phone process whenever I need to upgrade. I would like to keep a phone for 5+ years but we all know how that goes.My fiancé broke her iPhone and asked me to help her get it fixed. This was not something I wanted to do especially in a pandemic. We tried multiple other places for repair/replace and were looking at buying a new phone $600+, or an apple repair which might take weeks(a nightmare). We realized she needs the phone for work and had to replace. We stopped in here as our third try and were glad we did.They do a great job keeping everyones distance and PPE. Hazem was above and beyond. She ended up with a new phone for little cost compared to what we expected, and can sell or repair or donate her old one.Hazem showed us every available option and allowed us to save as much $ as possible. She is happy and Hazem made our life much easier. If you need help see this man!! He will be honest and help any way he can. It was the one and only great experience we have had with verizon in 15+ years of owning devices from them.The owners/management should take note of the great job their employees are doing during trying times. Its nice to have such a pleasant and easy time when expecting the worst with the broken phone. Sincere thanks for a great experience!-I want to add on credit for Ashley as well. She has great patience and was assisting a senior who had confusion on her smart device. It was not an easy task. I would never go to this place ever again I was just going in to pay a bill and they proceeded to tell me I had to put a mask on your policy does not trump my rights I have a right to wear a mask and I have a right to refuse a mask your policy doesnt trump my rights I would never go to this place again and Verizons going to hear about it too and Im going to bring it to the head people of Verizon there is no law saying we have to wear a mask I dont care if youre a private business or a full-time business there is no law
