Ive been recommending Sonoma County Collision to friends, family and business associates for more years than I can remember, dating from back before their name change. I have yet to hear of anything but surprise and delight at the quality of the work and the professional but extremely warm and friendly customer service. In my professional capacity, I have inspected a great deal of their work over the course of many years, which is why I can so heartily recommend them as I do. Their excellent reputation for quality and timeliness is richly deserved.This time, it was one of my personal vehicles needing work. I expected no less than the quality and professionalism observed in the past, and I have not been disappointed in any way. They performed a difficult job in superlative fashion. Next up will be my wifes vehicle. After seeing how beautifully my car turned out, she is very excited at the prospect of getting a similar treatment for her own car.So to all of you that read this, by all means have Sonoma County Collision do whats required to restore your vehicle to a state of attractive functionality, but please dont give them so much business that they have no available time to work on my wifes car; shed be devastated if these folks couldnt fit her into their schedule.

This place is awesome. Scott and his staff are professional and do an incredible job. I had my 73 Ford Bronco painted. It turned out incredible!! More then I could ever ask for. They kept me informed of the progress with pictures and phone calls. The price was super reasonable and it was done when they said it would be done. I have people giving me thumbs up as I drive by, pictures taken of it and even offers! Highly recommend this business!! Thanks Scott!

Beautiful paint job on my 2004 Honda CRV, Quick estimate car was ready in four days, Good Service, I would do business again. I was lucky to find Sonoma County Collision Repair. I stopped for an estimate and met owner Scott. The shop is large, clean, good house keeping. I didnt go anywhere else for an estimate. I could tell I was at a good body shop run by a good person, father and his daughters. I wish I had more cars for Scott to paint. The service was great.

I had a complete paint job done on my car. The only damage was a minor dent in the fender. Other than that the body was smooth and clean. The finished product was a surprise as it had sanding prep scratches throughout and the finish on the hood was like swiss cheese with dimples in it. A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT.

I am very impressed with this collision shop! I came here after getting rear-ended with my fairly new 18 Chevy Traverse. I was worried that the insurance company had under quoted the damage and the staff there was very knowledgeable and helped from beginning to end to make my experience seamless and without worry that the job would be done right and complete. I got my car back and not only does it look back in its perfect condition but the final detail inside and out made my car practically look brand new again. Love this place and that they are family owned. I would recommend anyone for any and all collision repairs!!!!

What additional paint And materials add up to 337.5? On the invoice it states the price without repairs is 877.60? You have labor at 500 plus materials at 337.5.Lauren specifically stated that the special is for labor only not materials. And the invoice reflects what she stated.Now your text message and website advertisement states that the paint and materials are included. It is all available to view on my yelp review.Per your response to my review:Give me a break, you guys solicited me via text, i kept you apprised on your mis printed ad, you agree in writing to honor the 500 dollar job then curse at me and stormed out when u realized you were not making any money on this deal. I used SCCR for a paint job on a van project I had been working on. Lauren and the whole team were extremely helpful, and the job was performed quickly, and turned out great. Honestly, I was surprised at how awesome the finished job ended up looking; it was a great value. Would highly recommend.

Scott, his family and staff run this shop like youd want. Clean, honest, communicative, skillful, knowledgeable. Their work they did on my 25 year old Dodge was beautiful...and we followed it with my 19 year old Ford Taurus and then my Chrysler.

They did an amazing job on my great grandpas 1973 jeep truck it looks brand new and the fender that was mangled looks brand new like nothing ever happened they did amazing work I was very satisfied and great prices.

Friendly staff, estimate for parts and labor was comprehensive, good value, and delivered promptly with no fuss, quick repair done same day, offered a ride to where I was going and needed to be picked up from, Scott and Lauren were exactly who I was hoping to work with when needing auto body repairs performed.

Affordable and to be an honest review there was an issue with a spot of paint but the best part was that they fixed it without asking questions. Service speaks for itself. Went above and beyond to make me happy with my truck. I would and will use them again as I have many other projects to complete.

I had a terrible experience at this shop. The paint job consisted of overspray and orange peel and was not done on time. The owner and his daughter was incredibly rude and threatened to raise the price of the original estimate because I mentioned the problems with how bad the paint job was. I would suggest you take your money elsewhere.
