After our vehicle was rear-ended while parked by a big rig that was parking we took it to Marquis, first for the damage estimate and then for the repairs. This is the second time weve needed their damage estimate services but the first time we ended up getting the repairs (first time the vehicle was declared totaled). They kept us updated all along the way as parts were ordered and received and the work started. They are very friendly and provide emailed copies of the documents, which is super helpful when dealing with insurance and other at-fault parties for reimbursement. When we picked up the car it was sparkling clean outside, looked great, and nice and clean inside as well! I hope I wont need to get auto body work in the future, but if I do I know exactly where Ill take my car.

I just went to take a friend, but whao, although the receptionist was very nice and friendly, the place sure makes you wait excessively just to drop off a car. Almost 1 hour just to get us in and out? Am I missing something here?

I chose Marquis Auto Body because of their good reputation. Troy and Scott and the rest of the crew more than lived up to it. The work on my vehicle was top notch as expected. The pleasant surprise was the level of communication and follow up I have experienced. Very reassuring. I’d be remiss not to include how clean the shop is, how clean my car was when returned to me and that they have implemented excellent COVID-19 precautions all of which are very important in my opinion.

No one likes to have to take their car to a body shop, and Ive had to do it twice (once for my daughters car, once for my van), both times to Troy and his crew at Marquis Auto Body. It was as easy and painless a process as I could have hoped for (thats why I took the second car there, too.) Pricing was very reasonable and the quality of the work was topnotch. Highly recommended.
