Ive only dealt with G & C for my auto body repairs, which has only been twice since 2009. The staff is exceptionally thorough, efficient, and professional. Other body shops are likely of the same quality and caliber as G & C, so this review is NOT about comparison. Great Auto Body Shop! We have used them twice now in different occasions and will use them again if ever needed. Communication is great. We worked with James B and he constantly communicated the progress from ordering and delivery of parts to completion of job. The entire process was very smooth they made sure we got a ride to car rental company so we could pick up our rental while our car was being worked on.Thank you G & C for your fantastic work!

Used them in 2016 for damage repair and they were great, but called 3 months ago to get another damage repair and long story short… they gave me the run around for 2 months and never ordered parts. So… I went elsewhere and I received great service with great communication and within 2 weeks my parts are in and my car is in getting repaired as I write this. G&C never once called me back after many messages I left! They were nice on the phone but completely dropped the ball!! Too bad I waisted 2 months on them!

The rubber grommet surrounding the antenna on my 2010 Tundra was sun baked and needed replacement. I purchased the part from Toyota but then realized the installation was a bit more than I thought . I stopped by the Rohnert Park shop to see if I could make an appointment for them to install it. Jeff the manager helped me, he took the truck to back of the shop and installed it on the spot. I was very surprised, I thought for sure I would have to leave the truck for the day. What GREAT service ! If I ever need a body shop(hopefully not ) Ill be going back there .

I have always used G&C Auto body. They have always taken good care of our cars. My wifes car was in an accident about 8 years ago. They took care of the hood and fenders and gave us a lifetime warranty. We were having a problem with the hood so I called them and after a few back and forth calls they said they would stand behind it sitting now have my wifes car and were just waiting for them to get it done. Nice to know companies stand behind their lifetime warranties.

This was the best collision repair service I have ever had. The facility is amazing. There is a big waiting area with a huge fireplace and comfortable seating, amazing decor, and everyone is friendly. From the time I walked in the door till I picked up my car communication was great. All necessary repairs and parts to be used were explained to me, and very open to questions. The estimator, James, kept me apprised of what was happening with my car every step of the way. Jesse did the repairs on my car and the work is flawless. Getting your car smooshed is no fun, but G & C definitely makes the best of a bad situation, especially working with James and Jesse.

Needed a new front bumper. They were professional, polite, Becky kept me up to date. They brought a loaner car to my house and replaced a dead rear light battery.

The front of my car was crashed into by another vehicle that was in an attempt by a perpetrator to be hijacked. The damage it caused was very severe. G&C Auto Body, INC did an incredible job on the restoration. I also applaud their customer service. My experience with Eric was great. Professional, detailed, candid and genuine. I received a excellent experience at G&C. I was given a estimate that when the car was finished was over $500.00 less than quoted. They repaired the car quickly and it came back better than expected.

The guys here are awesome, I brought my Mercedes in to be painted and Corey & Ben made my experience so simple. Corey (Gm) greeted and gave me a quick rundown of the process, then passed me off to Ben who did my walk through. Ben had all my paperwork ready to go, plus they both kept me updated on the process. I had a tree fall in the road in front of me and a large limb went through my grill into my radiator and other things in its path. This happened on a Sunday they got my car about noon on Monday and I had it back fixed on the end of the day Wednesday. Conrad was great and kept me in the loop through the whole process. When I picked my car up he went over everything and was great...( even helped me clean my fabric door panel the best he could that the tow truck driver left full of greasy hand prints)... So I’ll share experience which unfortunately shows the morals of this company. My car was in an accident and just been in their shop for repairs a couple weeks prior to this incident you’re about to read. I was told that since my car being months old and a 2021 that not all the parts of my repair came in for the repair of my vehicle from the crash. Then they instructed me that when my insurance company asks me if the repairs are complete to say ”Yes, they are done” and that my parts are just on the way but I’d be able to have my car back while we waited, the claim was done. My car was released to me without having to pay a deductible at that time. About a week later they called me and said that was an error and asked if I’d pay. I explained yes I’d gladly pay but when the repairs were fully completed. Payment for services are due upon completion. The representative from the company told me that was ok and that they should have the missing parts in soon.Unfortunately my car ended up needing new repairs after a glass company damaged my dash replacing the windshield. The damage happened while it was being repaired at GnC but wasn’t their fault. The other company repaired my vehicle while it was there to save time. Luckily they said they would be able to complete the other repair from the previous claim at the same time it was on getting the dash fixed. Perfect! My wife is getting sick of having to take the car into places and the amount of appointments we’ve had to deal with is getting to be a bit much. So we planned the repair date for when the parts came in so it could all be done. I was pretty excited to hear how fast they got the repair done after dropping it off in the morning. Later that day I was told me my car was ready for pick up and that both repairs had been finished. Then more bad news, I was told that while replacing the dash they cracked another part it and unfortunately that replacement for what they broke was going to take some time to get in and said I could come pick up my car if I paid the deposit. I expressed my frustration with the situation and I said I would pay for services once they were completed and not before. They weren’t completed so I told him I didn’t want my car returned to me til my repairs were done. He was frustrated by the conversation but understood why after my previous experiences with this overall repair. At first he wasn’t sure what to do so I told him we should reach out to Geico for there advice on the situation. He said he would contact them and call me back. He later called me saying he talked to the Geico rep, Kia for the part and said he got our rental car extended and would have the new part for what they broke in on Monday and would have my car back to me Tuesday maybe sooner, but didn’t want to promise anything. The very next day, I was sent a text message and then received a phone call. I was explained that my vehicle was fully repaired with all the parts that were missing from the previous claim and the damaged they had caused we’re done.Here’s the text message for reference.“Hello, this is John @ G&C. The last parts for you car came in and everything is all done for this claim and the last one that you came in for, Your car will be ready for pick up @ 4pm. does that work with your schedule.”Awesome! All done! I thanked him for handling the situation quickly despite the error. I even said that I would be happy to use their services again if ever needed.Now with all of this going on I didn’t really explain to my wife about the situation with the additional damages. This hasn’t been pleasant for her to deal with so I didn’t want to add to her stress. So she had no idea what to look for when picking up the vehicle today. When she brought the car home after paying what was owed. I went and inspected the vehicle to find the broken panel my wife wasn’t aware of was repaired with duct tape! It’s not fixed at all! I was intentionally lied too so they could turn in my insurance claim and get paid even though the repairs are not completed. That’s bad business!

Jacob S. at G&C Autobody on Bellevue in Santa Rosa was my service advisor and he did a great job helping order the parts for my vehicle to get fixed in a timely manor. He kept me up to date via text message and phone call and listened to all my concerns that I had when I dropped off my vehicle too.My vehicle was involved in a hit and run incident while I was parked and thankfully not in my vehicle.Dropped my vehicle off on Thursday morning and after the Technician starting taking off the damaged parts Jacob S. informed me that there was quarter panel damage and also there would be more parts needing to be ordered for the repair and they would have to keep my car for an extra day while they ordered the parts. He offered to call and setup rental car arrangements for me if I was needing one but didnt end up needing it.Friday came and Jacob S. contacted me via text letting me know that everything was going smoothly and that my car would ready for pickup at 5:45pm and it was. When I got there Jacob S. walked me through everything that was done and showed me the repair and you would never know that my vehicle was involved in a hit and run.Everything was handled between G&C Autobody and my Insurance company and all I had to do was pay my deductible.All in all great customer service, great turn around time, great work completed on my vehicle.

I cannot say enough good things about GnC auto body. They were extremely prompt, very thorough and their customer service was outstanding. After being in a small accident, no one wants added stress when they are fixing their car. Jennifer at GnC made sure I was always informed about what was going on. She was an excellent liaison between the insurance company and us and always gave us honest information. I felt like I was being taken care of, not like I was just a number in line. The final product was better than I expected. You cannot tell at all where the damage was in my front bumper. My family and I appreciated how easy everything was when dealing with GnC and we will definitely use them if we need them in the future.

Had a repaint from a repair claim from work done in Hawaii in 2012. Progressive took care of it right away and G & C did the work. Customer service (Jacob) was outstanding and the work was done in a week. I had them do a couple of other touch ups Id been putting off and it turned out better than expected. Wow, just wow. Darca had to deal with me and another party that was paying because the company didnt want to use insurance. The patience and professionalism she displayed while working with me and the other party was nothing short of amazing. I called the shop to speak with Darca at least 15 times as I worked with the other party and she always assisted as much as she could. My truck was fixed in two days time and Darca was willing to call the other party to set up payment without hesitation (a task she didnt have to do because it was more a civil matter than anything else).This is my second dealing with G & C and I would highly recommend their service and staff to anyone. If you have the option I would recommend requesting Darca as your estimator.While I hope that this is the last time I have to have work done on my vehicles I know for sure that I have a company close by that will complete work on time and professionally each and every time.If you are on the fence about a shop in the local area go with G & C. I assure you they will outperform your expectations.

I took my car into G&C after it was keyed. My service estimator was Collin, he was very polite, professional and on point. They had my rental car they’re ready for me. They have all new cars no more cars that have the G&C logos all over them. In fact, I had a brand new BMW to drive for a week. My experience was exceptional and I will definitely go back there again if I ever need to and recommend it to other people.

These are what I found after G&C fixed my car. Uneven gap between the hood and fender (driver side, accident side), different color of seatbelt buckle (they replaced it with black one instead of the oem cream color) and wrong color of wheel (gave me silverish color one instead of the oem chrome color one )If you dont want your car to look like that, dont go there ...
