Fantastic service and a fantastic experience. Were able to see me quickly for initial estimate on my Tesla. Appreciated how they saw around corners and ordered parts (which take a few weeks) before booking my appointment. When I brought my car in they set expectations it would take 1.5 weeks and then got it done in 4 days to my surprise and delight. Quality was fantastic looks brand new. Entire staff was professional, knowledgeable and personal to boot.

This company is awesome. I’ve used them twice for minor body repair on my Toyota. They are fast, thorough and priced reasonably. Both times my car was done before they said it would be. They clean your car, inside and out before you pick it up which is unexpected but greatly appreciated. They are friendly and courteous. Highly recommend!

Our Ford Focus was parked on the street and was reversed into by a young kid who actually stopped to give us his details (very nice kid). My insurance company told us of several shops that could do the repair and we chose Dibbles (Fix Auto Santa Rosa). I can say that I am completely satisfied with everything they did. I was kept informed of where they were in the process and exactly what was happening and ultimately I got my car back looking and feeling better than before the bump. The car is spotless inside and out and the crew were polite, professional and friendly. I would absolutely recommend these guys anytime. Awesome work!

Had to take the car for having the body worked as someone hit my car. The result is that the car looks like new. It was no small work nor easy, so Im very impressed with their work. They cleaned and polished the car before I picked it up. Very professional, quick and they got me updated with calls. Cant ask for more. I would recommend them for body work. I was referred to FIXAUTO by my Honda dealer. I ordered the body parts myself. The shop was fast, did an excellent job and met the estimate price. They also provided my Uber transportation both ways. The place was extremely clean and organized. Im looking forward to have them take care of any body work i need and Ill probably be bringing it in for mechanical issues as well. Had a claim for damage to my truck and replacement of a stereo unit. Ben and Sarah were right on the time getting everything handled keeping me informed of what was being done and what parts were needed and coordinating with Kustom Kar audio on the stereo installation. Quick professional and helpful.

My Experience.I was nervous. I had never heard of this company before and because my Toyota Tacoma was new, had first thought to take the repair to the Toyota dealership. But afteri rnumerous considerations about the logistics, time, costs and customer service, I decided to go with Fix Auto in Santa Rosa and I am so glad I did.Sarah, the receptionist, and Pamela, were always courteous and helpful. They answered questions appropriately when Ben wasnt available or would refer me to speak with him when he became available. Always patient, Sarah was so patient and reassuring the drop off day and always spoke in a tone of Goodwill. After leaving my truck, she drove me to the rental company.Ben, in charge of the repair, was professional,kind, and always had time to answer my questions or address a concern. Very business-like, he was in charge and let me know my truck was in good hands. His manner gave me peace of mind, and although he never conveyed it, I knew he had other vehicles in his care. Ge never rushed me on the phone and that made me feel like my truck was the only one.Whoever did the job was wonderful. After I drove around, I stopped to take a private look. I compared both sides, standing back at a distance, running my hands along the finish. Even the cab looked better after driving from Texas with two three month old puppies. I was elated. The repairs looked so good. The truck was/is beautiful, so shiny. I feel like I have another chance.Tom had explained some of the Toyota features and why they were there. I had not noticed before.nor was this pointed out at the dealership.I am also grateful to my insurance company, Geico, and the nice people at Enterprise car rental.

I called the Fix Auto body shop in Santa Rosa about a month ago when an irresponsible sleeping driver totaled my car while it was parked in front of my friends house! Dealing with a very difficult insurance adjuster from Anchor General Insurance company made me feel furious. I shared with Marisol, the Fix Auto front desk, that the car was the only material thing that my daughters late father left her when he passed away this last May, a week before her H.S. graduation.
