Took my 2008 Dodge Ram in for repaint of the roof and hood. I decided to go ahead and do a complete repaint with body work. Joe explained the process and kept me updated along the way. When I drove my 2019 Dodge Ram with 19000 miles, off the lot in September, I noticed a slight pull to the left. I also noticed some uneven Balding on one of the brand new tires. The sales person assured me that the alignment was just done and the tires looked great to her. In other words... it was all in my head.A month later I was T-boned in an intersection.Upon stern advisement from my girlfriend, I brought my baby to Cline. I am more than grateful for her insistence!There was extensive damage to the body, frame, axle and more. It took some time, but when I drove my truck out of Cline, I was instantly struck by the DIFFERENCE! Cline didnt just put my truck back to the way IT WAS. They made it BETTER!The first thing I noticed was (after the detail job inside and out) that, that pull to the left it had when I drove off the lot was gone! Oh! And my tires were ACTUALLY brand new!In short... when I got my truck back from Cline Collision, IT DROVE BETTER THAN IT DID WHEN I DROVE IT OFF THE LOT.Thanks Cline!

This fall, I had a huge tree branch fall on my new/used Miata (that I hadnt even had for a year!) It left a good-sized dent and lots of scratches all over the back of my car. Everyone at Cline was awesome. Joe and Jessica are great - very nice, friendly, and helpful. My car looks even better than when I bought it! Plus, everything was hassle-free - they handled everything with insurance, and we pretty much only had to bring in the car. Joe was very straightforward about their shop not working on canvas convertible tops and offered to get the whole process started for me if I wanted to go to another shop to get a new top. I didnt see the need, as they did a great job cleaning the transfer mark off from the branch. They also provided me with updates the entire time my car was in the shop and offered to arrange for a rental car if I wanted one. Thank you, everyone - if I ever need body work done in the future, I definitely know where to go!

These guys did incredible work to my Subaru. They beat their expected date, had excellent communication and had my car looking like it was brand new! Brought my car in after hitting the bumper and they did a awesome job replacing and painting the bumper! My car looked brand new and perfect after they finished and it took less than 3 days. The staff and everyone there was so kind and thoughtful it made my day :) They even washed the car after and cleaned it up which was a plus! I definitely recommend this place to everyone and will be my number one go to shop if something were to happen to my car again.

I happened to look up the address for a friend and noticed a negative review on Cline Collision. I cant believe anyone would have a negative review for this shop! I have used Cline Collision for at least 6-7 years and always had excellent service and results. We own several vehicles and unfortunately had to use them several times .... they keep you informed and the quality of work is exceptional. If you are looking to take your car to the BEST then you should certainly call and schedule an appointment!

I hit a deer a few months ago, and Jason, Joe and the team at Cline got my truck back to better than new. They used all OEM parts and put it back as good as new. I would recommend these guys to anyone.I had someone hit me in a parking lot and take the right side mirror right off my truck. Cline Collision fixed it fast and with no extra problems, and at a price that was surprisingly affordable.I hope that I dont need an auto body shop, but if I do, Cline Collision will be my first call.

Someone had scratched the front right bumper of my car and head lights. I walked into Cline collision center yesterday for an estimate for what it would cost after visiting multiple reputable collision centers in Santa Rosa and had gotten quotes ranging from $1300 to $2500 for out of pocket expense. Which I couldn’t afford and I thought was way overpriced. I met one of the most friendliest and honest gentle man that was not out to make a profit or take money out of my pocket. He told me to give him about 15 – 20 mins of my time and I will have my guys fix your car for you for and you don’t have to pay me anything. If you don’t like the way your car looks when I am done with it, then you can pay to spray the bumper over. When my car was returned to me, I was so shocked, tears came to my eyes. They were no scathes on the on the bumper or headlights of the car. I am not one to do reviews, but for this company, I felt I had to do one. His act of kindness was one in a million and he didn’t have to do what he did. He could have charged me like the others wanted to. I didn’t know how I was going to pay for the damages done to my car, but I thank God for placing in his heart to grant me favor. I pray that God may always Grant you the same favor and blessings you granted me when I walked into your business yesterday.

Overpriced overpriced overpricedDent on car wanted to charge about 2,500, do unnecessary work. A friend offered to help. I spent 12 bucks on a dent removal tool and was able to get the dent fixed. Now please explain why charge so much?

The staff is friendly but the work is awful. I am sad I took my car every time I see it. The paint match is horrendous. They put a substandard bumper on my vehicle. When I complained they replaced it but the paint job just destroys the aesthetics of my car.
