Went in a few weeks back to get an iPhone transfer completed (essentially I messed it up and needed a fix). While alerting me to a charge for the service everyone in the store was extremely polite and helpful. I was greeted within seconds of stepping in the door and my problem assessed and corrected in no time. Needless to say, I was quite impressed. So, with a perfectly transferred phone with an impeccable new screen protector, I was on my merry way. Good store, good customer service and great employees.

I was advised by my daughter-in-law to seek out this store. She said they were super helpful and friendly. Since the last store I was at just wanted to over charge me, and I had the day off, I figured what the heck, give them a try. I was greeted right away and paired up with Terry. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! He mentioned promos they had going on and reviewed my bill with me and wasn’t overly pushy. He even helped me out with new screen protectors, even though the other store where we bought the phones and screen protectors would not honor their agreement. We will definitely be doing our future business with this location!
Id like to give a shout out to Terry who set me up with an updated phone today. He was so helpful and patient with me. He made sure that I was comfortable leaving the store with all questions and concerns answered. I will definitely stay with Verizon because of the patience of their employees. I dropped my phone the day before my wedding and it was completely unusable. I was able to quickly get a new phone. However, there were issues transferring data from the broken phone. Terry stayed on the phone with for nearly an hour walking me through the process to reload my last backup. He was incredibly patient and kind. This store has the absolute best customer service. I highly recommend Terry and his team!

Verizon wireless in Sanford Maine was amazing! They assisted me with parental controls for my sons phone. Took so much time to educate me and actually show what I could/needed to do. Terry was incredible. He had our 3 new lines going, our 3 old phones, and the 2 in store phones going all at the same time! All the while, he was smiling & conversing! I joked with him, that I thought that his job might be what Hell is like, but that he seemed to thrive in it.😆 He understood exactly what I was saying/ feeling with it being an over-stimulated type of environment, with no real end in sight it can seem. It was extremely busy on Sunday. But he was a multi-tasking mofo, and got us out as quickly as possible.

Upgraded my plan through this store. When I asked why I should do it there instead of online where I could save quite a bit of money, I was told that I would be supporting a local business and they would be able to do a lot of the things for me. For example, they could get my phones and return my old ones. No hassle for me. Awesome, I thought, I like to avoid hassles. By the end of it, it turned out the phones would be shipped to me and not the store. Ok, thats cool I guess. I live across the street anyway. No big deal. I get the phones and bring my old ones to be sent in. Well it turns out they dont do that there, you set that up through the Verizon app and they send you a label. At the end of the day Im left wondering exactly what it is that I got for the extra money it cost to by from an independent retailer versus just buying from the company, other than the warm fuzzy feeling of supporting someone that straight lied to me. Now I know, and Im letting everyone know, save yourself some money and just deal with Verizon corporate. I have a couple of cases to return to the Wireless Zone, and after that I for one will not be stepping foot inside this establishment again. Very, very disappointed.
Terry and Mack are both incredibly knowledgeable and know all their products and plans inside and out. On the phone and then in person the store, they worked out my problem, changed the plan to exactly what I needed and saved me money as well! They were kind, considerate and patient and because of my experience I highly recommend using this Verizon store.

Twice I walked in, asked for help and ended up leaving. Guy today was a bit passive aggressive and told me it would be $40 just to help me activate my new phone. Also wanted to trade in my phone and was told Id have to do that online. Not a real big help on anything.

Hands down worst service of my life 3 times the money of others 1/3 the service and absolutely no customer support even if you wait hours. I pay 270 a momth for my 2 phones and tablet (they were also promos and costed a penny so the 270 is bill and insurance mostly I have the worst data my gps wont load phone only works with wifi if you want reliable speeds in highly recomend you save your money and dont let these crooks take your money for the next to years.

Jessica Warner in particular, is exceptionally knowledgeable, personable, and made it a great experience. I came into the store today in total distress! My phone completely froze, I had 30k photos on my phone not backed up to iCloud along with contacts for my TWO business. I was panicked. Jonathan saved the day! He kept me calm and patiently helped me though the process of not only getting a new phone but retrieving ALL the information from my old phone that again was frozen not working at all when I came in. Totally saved the day!

I dont like Verizon I think theyre crooks I give them no stars Mama push one just for I mean they always trying to sell you something and put you on the contract its wrong you can go to Walmart and get a phone and a contract you know no contract just a card every month and do auto pay and everything and not worry about having to pay a contractor or Bill

Went in to get new phone and there was an issue with my back up so I lost all my pictures 6000+ of my 18 month or and 4 month old entire life. I wanted to return my phone and just be done with the whole situation after being told I could not get any of the pictures back and they continually tried to charge me more money when I was giving them back the brand new products that I had for less than 24 hrs and I was taking back my old phone which was 100% paid off and they also were going to keep the activation fees on my account for devices I didn’t even have. Jess tried her best to help but still ended up leaving having to pay $40 for my old phone. Need less to say we called corporate.

I worked with Eric yesterday to upgrade my old Apple 6 phone. He was Fantastic!! I had stopped in to another Verizon about six or seven months ago at a different location and they were not very helpful. So I did not upgrade and waited. Eric was nothing but helpful. I am not very tech savvy and was having issues with transferring everything from one phone to the other. Eric took care of it all. I was so happy with his service I ended up buying a couple of accessories as well!I was glad to drive an hour to the store to get the service I did and will in the future as well
Went in to have my phone looked at and knew the charging port was bad. Worked with Terry at the Sanford location as my regular store in Rochester was closed.Very knowledgeable salesman. Was a pleasure to work with and got some really good answers and advice.Helped me out with different options. Just wanted to thank Terry for his time. Knowledgeable staff makes it a lot easier!
We called ahead to simply get new phone on a shared plan. We told this employee what we wanted to do, and he told us to come into the store. We go in, and after sitting down for about 5 minutes this employee starts being really rude. As the account is shared we were unsure of the pin for the account. He then says “just out of curiosity how do you not remember the pin to your own account” like I said, this account is shared.. so we call to get the pin and he says “honestly, I don’t appreciate being lied to on the phone earlier” in the rudest way I could imagine. We have been into this location and have made multiple changes on this account no problem before, but all of a sudden it’s a problem. We tell him this as well and he snarks back with saying that other employees could be fired for that.. he then accuses us of lying again because we said that we have been into this store before and worked with other employees on this account. After this we decide we are going to leave because we clearly are not getting the help we needed. As we leave we tell him we will come back another time and proceed with a different employee and he says “ you said it was your account, that is why I invited you into the store”. Well thank you for the invitation, but I will make sure that I never see this employees for any co verbs or changes to my account again.

Jonathan was fantastic, I had a poor experience with Verizon chat and customer care on the phone and when I went in he completely turned that bad experience around. In addition, the entire staff seemed friendly with their customers and everyone I saw walk out had a great experience. I highly recommend going here versus one of Verizon’s corporate stores.
I had to go in to switch over my phone to a refurbished replacement that Google sent me. The Sanford location did an excellent job with sanitation procedures during the pandemic, with a station right at the entry to wipe down my phone(s) before approaching an associate. They have plexiglass barriers and all associates were wearing masks. Terry took care of my phone transfer, he was very pleasant and conversational, while chatting it came up which company I work for and he informed me that I get a discount through them, which I didnt know about! I thought it was so nice for him to share that info and honor the discount even though I didnt know about it. At one point, he went to grab coffees and his partner Eric took over, who provided a great demo on how to apply the liquid glass shield to my phone. He was also very friendly and informative. When Terry returned, he had even bought me a coffee too! Best service Ive ever had from Verizon by far, and Ive been a customer for over a decade. Thanks again!!

Had great customer service from Derek helped me with everything and gave me the best deal! The only thing I would advise others of is buying the accessories, of course they’re retail price and very costly. I came in with my own new case and screen protectors. They do offer 14 return policy so when my new case comes in since I bought the wrong one I can just bring this new one I got and get my money back. The one thing I didn’t like was the “Liquid Glass screen protector” 60 dollars for a vile of liquid and bad reviews of the app for registration and shady warranty from a third party. Again nothing bad to say about customer service just one of the products to watch out for to save some money.
