Extremely Rude employee with a bull style nose ring. I waited outside for 2 hours to be first in line for Funkon. Once someone pulled up I got out of my truck to wait in line and asked if she worked here since she appeared to be in street clothes. She said, Yes but im not letting you in. Assuming that I would even ask her to open early with this snotty attitude. I was just confirming she wasnt here to wait in line as well to have proper etiquette for other people waiting. The disrespect was shocking to say the least.

They can do better clearance items are usually not even worth it, no information on preorders except “we will call you”

The 2 females that were working today are obviously in love with each other. They would make customers wait until they finished their conversations with each other while having a packed line. First associate I spoke with told me she would go check on it and went to the bathroom and went to the register like I never even asked for help!!

When shopping for a gift for my grandson I didnt know what to choose until I spoke with one of the staff. He was very helpful narrowing down the choices for me. Thank you! You wont go wrong shopping at this store.

Always friendly staff. Parking can sometimes be an issue due to so many businesses in a small area but not to Gamestops fault. They also have a great clearance section, I suggest you it check out.

I had an interesting experience with this particular GameStop. There were was a mixup which required me to return to the store twice before getting it all straightened out. In the end the manager Andrew definitely made it right and gave me a refund as well as warranties on the games that I had purchased. I would definitely return to this particular GameStop! A plus retailers!

Returned like 20 old games from Wii U and got $80. Ordered Kingdom hearts. Great store and service. Love me some game stop.

The lady that was workingvthat day unboxed our things to test it when we didnt except her offer for a trade she pushed our things to the side and took the next customer. I will not go back to this particular Gamestop.

Maybe I just had a bad day here but no acknowledgement by anyone inside for over 5 minutes. Standing by the counter waiting to buy something for about a minute with nothing.Unlikely to return.

Its a pretty small location, but regardless the staff are friendly and its kept organized (and if it matters) it is one of the few gamestop locations that dont try to hard to push additional purchases on you, which easily makes it one of my favorite to shop!

I came in an purchased a nintendo switch Thursday night had a nice experience. I came back the next day to get the warranty an a screen protector an asked for help putting it on An was denied help then once I put it on wrong the employee ripped it off to reapply an it looked not to my satisfaction when I asked if I could return it and get a store credit NOT even cash I was rudely sassed.It’s only 16 dollars not gonna make or break my life but the fact remains that’s not how you treat a customer who just bought a console from you....I hope everyone who reads this turns away and goes to your next closest GameStop I’ve never had an issue with the one in Casselberry

Drove from one store close to me to this one just to find out that they sold the last one of the products I was looking for. The original store neglected to call them to inform them that I was in my way.. instead of offering me a discount or anything I left the store called the following one farther away and went there.. this is upsetting to me. I received my product they offered me a extended warranty because Florida has bad storms and if it got struck by lightning then it be covered... So I spent the extra. Got home looked at the warranty info and clause online shows that its not covered over acts of God.. got f**d again.. thanks GameStop Ill remember to bring lube the next time.. oh wait I wont unless my product breaks in the next 2 years..

We did find what my son was looking for, but they were not very helpful. The staff seemed to be busy talking about games amongst themselves.

They tried to rip me off on my trade. Trade value for 3ds was 120 and the lady tried to put it as defective and the trade went to 80. She tried 3 games and said its defective. Went to the lake mary one and it worked perfectly fine and staff there is polite not like this one. DO NOT GO TO THIS GAMESTOP. Just go to the lake mary one. Its only 8 min. Away.
