If I could give 0 stars thats what this location would get. This specific store trains its employees to lie to the customers about whats best for them in order to get higher commission spiffs. Not only that but if youre a Apple customer might as well come next door to Best Buy for your upgrades because the Verizon team doesnt want to waste their time with upgrading Apple products because its not profitable for them they send all their customers there. Save yourself the time and either start at Best Buy or drive to the Verizon in Oviedo.

Been coming to this location since my fiancé and I moved to Florida back in June of 2019! The staff here has been nothing but incredible! Just recently went on Saturday, wanted to give a shoutout to Sebastian, he was phenomenal! Very helpful, so understanding to any questions or concerns I had! 10/10 recommend! You won’t be disappointed! We absolutely love Verizon! :-)

We went in to move lines to a different plan. Seems simple right? You are mistaken. The store manager informed us this simply cant be done. When asked if we could come in to call and have him help us with the process he said phones are down because of covid. Didnt know the virus is now taking down the phone lines now?? Crazy

We have been loyal customers over 15 years. I came into the store to get a new phone for an employee last year. I was informed the phones were 1/2 off. I decided to purchase 2! I chose to pay for them outright instead of adding to my monthly bill so I could maintain the current billing. This was communicated with my sales rep. He assured me the plan would remain the same. I was excited to have gotten a such a great deal. After receiving the first bill I couldnt believe how much my bill went up after paying for my phones out right. The access fee doubled per phone my bill went up substantially. I was also put into a new 2 year agreement because of the sale. I called and then ultimately went back to the store for resolution. The store manager was very rude. I made an appointment and met with the General manager at the store. He listened and offered to provide a credit to my billing and it just never happened. The following week I sent the G.M. an email with copies of my previous bills and current one as a reminder. I received no response. I called him again. I told him I sent an email with the documentation. His reply was he does not read his emails. He still has not followed through and it has been 8 months. I used to not be able to say enough great things about Verizon Wireless. They have changed so much and seem not to care about their customers satisfaction as before. What happened?

I buy a tablet Samsung galaxy tab s6 on October 26 for $579 and today September 8 i recive the tablet in the afternoon 13 days later.I returned the table because I checked my bank account and i found the employee who sold me the tablet in Sanford store take extra money ($60.00) from my card without my authorization plus they over charged me another $150.99 for a tablet plus they offer me microchip for the tablet for $20.00 and now is cost me $30.00 is a $10.00 different.I and feeling totally disappointed with Verizon.

Whatever employee I worked with could have added an iPad Pro towards their commission, however they didn’t put in any effort. I came in asking for what deals they have on an iPad to put on my business plan. The employee didn’t even get my account pulled up to see what they could do with it. He only stated the current deal. As a Verizon representative at Best Buy years ago I learned that the first thing you do is pull up the clients account. After going to my car and doing that myself I discovered one of my 14 lines had an upgrade available I was unaware of. I ordered the iPad myself. If you want the sale, you gotta step it up guys!

I simply went here to trade in my Apple Watch and was disrespected, talked down upon by a gentleman outside before I even hit the front of the building- he told me I couldn’t go inside and not to count on getting in tonight at all to leave. The close at 8pm it’s 6:45pm? I said I will wait he said just leave. I walked back to my car and took a picture of the building and him- he came to my car and called me the B word yelling at me about taking photos- I stayed looking down at my phone as I was calling Verizon— I’m a female and only 5’4 this is okay?

They wont Touch your phone anymore!!! Nice kids but stand offish with the pandemic. They keep the door locked which is confusing. I was told to follow directions on a paper which was completely different from those online. I finally had to call Customer Service, a very lovely girl, Jasmeen, helped me get a new cell working.

I will never spend another dollar at this location. I had an appointment for 4 o’clock show up 15 minutes late and they turned me away. Told me that they have three people in front of me now and that they might not get to me. Why make an appointment if I can’t be seen at that time.The way the manager spoke to me was very rude and inconsiderate. There’s a difference between talking to someone and talking at someone. I was there to buy 2 new iphones and a new Iwatch. There loss! I’m going to Altamonte store.

Not very happy with the service provided in store as the associate advised he couldn’t set my phone up in store. Additionally, the clerk proceeded to provide the incorrect screen cover purchased on the application that was approved after I waited extensive periods for fraud to clear my application. I was disappointed after being a longtime customer with Verizon.My Orange City Corporate store had to exchange the Coach case I purchased for the property due to the error in the Sanford store. I am disappointed about this after waiting so long for the first initial set up of my device.

I have been a loyal Verizon Wireless customer for the past 12 years. The level of customer service I have always received has been stellar. On 1/9/19, I entered the Verizon Wireless store in Sanford, FL on Rinehart Rd. I was there to pick up the XS Max iPhone. After waiting over an hour, a sales representative assisted me. However, the store Manager quickly approached advising the representative was taking too long with me since the store would be closing shortly at 9pm. The Manager was unwilling or unable to properly set up the phone himself and advised me to make an appointment to return the following day. Unfortunately this was the Manager, therefore I was left without any recourse to escalate the problem and have my issue resolved. I indicated I had traveled for 45 minutes to reach this store, waited for assistance (for over an hour) with the reasonable expectation of leaving with a working, functioning phone. At this point I was ordered to ‘get out’ of the store. Totally frustrated and after a unproductive interaction with the Manager, I attempted to leave but found that the door was locked. The store Manager erupted in laughter at my not even being able to leave the store. I am very concerned that someone with such poor people skills and lack of common courtesy would be charged with managing a store. His rude, abrasive and unprofessional behavior is totally unacceptable. It is my hope that he either receive additional managerial training or find a job that does not include interacting with the public and providing excellent customer service.

Why do you call your plan beyond unlimited when you only give 15 GB worth of high speed before slowing down for a hotspot that is able to support 15 devices? That is just silly. At least be honest and call it the 15 GB plan. Better yet actually be unlimited high speed per month!

The salesperson who helped me was AWESOME, he helped me get a new phone and then helped me get bluetooth set up in my new car to get my navigation set to continue my journey.. I had a great experience at this store. Courtney was such a breath of fresh air! I was a loyal customer of Sprint for years and was tired of my horrible coverage. I had a list of questions but never once did the rep get annoyed with me. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and gave me a breakdown of my new monthly bill. I’m not tech savvy AT ALL and was worried about getting my pics switched over to my new phone and she set up an appointment to have it all done for me by a service call Techs Coach. They pretty much walked me through everything over the phone so I didn’t have to spend hours in the store. Highly recommend her, she’s such a sweet pretty WOC.

Almost a year I have been dealing with Verizon with problems with my service and was promised credit. They did not live up to their promise and when I paid off the bill, Im totally done with them. Dont make promises that you cant keep. You want us as customers to keep our promise to pay. I have been with them for 10 years. Last few years have been stressful because of outrageous issues like agent assistant fees, apps that dont work, customer service representatives promise things that beyond their control. Its really a shame. I have been on the phone all day trying to get results and I get the run around. Its a shame how Verizon treats its customers and Veterans like myself.

I was purchasing an iPad that initially was supposed to be $99 with the purchase of a phone. Then the lady says Im sorry I messed up. The discount is only with the purchase of an iPhone. I said ok. So only 200 bucks.I proceed to pay and after paying, I asked the lady if there were any extra charges to my account, she said only the 20 dollars a month for iPad service. I told her that I didnt want services with the iPad. Also, this was not disclosed as part of the deal. The girl was unhappy she didnt make her sale and I was not happy I wasted my time on that. Had a problem with one of my phones. Went to the local Verizon store in Burlington NC and all the person d iui d was to suggest that I reset the network settings and then handed the phone back to me. I still was not able to use it. After travelling to Florida for Thanksgiving I took it to the local Verizon store in Sanford, FL where Edwin Figari was able to determine the Sim card was the most likely problem. He replaced the sim card and so far everything seems to be working properly.

Beware!! This store and the employees Katrina and a baldheaded salesman offered us a free trial with an android tablet. The product did not do what we needed it to do and we did not care for it. But, when we tried to return it we were charged a restocking fee of $50 when we were told it was a free trial this clearly was some sort of scam and they just took our money so beware when they say its a free trial because they will turn around and charge you big bucks.

I was going in circles for over a week with Verizon tech support and the Verizon store on Lake Mary Blvd. (bad experience) with a recently purchased Samsung Galaxy S7 that had a bad speaker. Nobody was willing to help! After being a loyal Verizon customer for over 10 years, I was extremely disappointed and frustrated until I walked into the Verizon store on Rinehart Road this past Saturday. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Taylor, the store manager, and Steve were great! Best customer service experience I have received! I just bought a new Samsung Note 5 and it has software issues, making it unusable. Long story short, I am left without a phone for 4 days and a $750 paper weight until my new replacement arrives. Their only response was poor apology. Whatever happened to customer service? How is it ok for them to leave me without a phone for 4 days after spending $750 on the phone just 14 days prior? I would rate this location a huge 0 after today!!!! Long story short, customer service, failed the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left!!! My Samsung 6 began to burn as I slept....I woke up to a burnt charger and a burnt phone....I called customer service and they had me come to this location to begin with....After waiting patiently, no one greeted me....I was glanced upon and the bald, headed, Hispanic, manager, gave me one look and continued laughing with a customer....Finally a sales associate, male, approached me...I explained my situation and he then, called over to the manager and asked him to put me in the que....The manager joked and said, no!!! I remained positive and waited to be helped....A sales associate, I believe, his name was Adam...I could be wrong, proceeded to help me...I explained the situation again and he examined my phone...he said that he will order a new phone cause it was burnt...I asked him if they had any replacement phones, in house, since I needed my phone....he called over the bald headed, manager again and I asked him the same question as well as the question if they had any replacement chargers or wireless chargers, in house, to swap out, to charge my phone, since I brought back the burnt charger and burnt phone.....Im asking these questions because Ive never had this situation occur, so therefore I do not know the answer....thats why your the associate, right? The manager gave me a dramatic attitude and walked away....he told me to take it up with Samsung and started back paddling and asking what store I bought the phone from, asked me again what exactly happened to my phone, since he clearly wasnt listening.....this story is dragging, I apologize so Ill end it with as Im finishing with the, other sales, associate, the sales associate is trying to charge my phone as I wait...Manager never looked oat me again or even asked if everything got figured...not even a have a great day!!!! Horrible customer service all around...I was made to feel that I did something wrong....I kindly said thank you to the sales associate and quietly left.....this location needs to clean house all around!!! Lazy, rude, lack of customer service and God forbid that you need help with the $700 plus, phone you just purchased...If your not buying something, then dont come in....
