I went in there asking plenty of questions got all the answers that I asked very courteous very knowledgeable people working at this particular T-Mobile which has been the only one that Ive been to, they have all plans for all ages I guess one of the best things about becoming old as you get some percs and they have the best perks for 55 and older trust me take a look before you go anywhere else I guarantee it. So Angel was very helpful, and went above and beyond to help me. So many people from different companies had me very Overwhelmed. He was very patient and calm and so informative. Even as I was leaving the store not doing business he was so kind and that’s what made me turn around and walk back into the store.... I had an amazing experience at this T-mobile and I usually hate going into phone stores! Danny was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in a way I could understand. I ended up switching to T-mobile right then and there and trading in my phone for a new iPhone 12. It was quite a process so I was in the store for a while, but every single one of the staff members there came up at different times to offer their expertise and recommendations about my new phone and plan. I would definitely recommend this T-Mobile! And thank you to Danny and the guys!!

They hooked me up with a free line when I added another 2nd line ! Lifetime warranty on the vision guard protectors as well after 5 months my glass cracked and I came in and got a replacement for free! Thanks Mike and Anthony!
