Wandered in by mistake yesterday looking for another business. The woman was so nice I decided to let them fix my iPhone 6SFixed it when other companies couldn’t.Fast excellent service

They are a scam! My sister had a broken home button and they claimed they can fix it. After over an hour (promised an hour or less), they said they couldn’t fix it and kept the $55 they charged before the service was performed! Nothing was fixed at all!! Waste of money. Everyone was incompetent and did NOT know what they were talking about. They did not have any customer service and the boss was “out” the offfice. DO NOT GO HERE. GO TO THE CELL PHONE STANDS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MALL! The Indians are much nicer and have perfect service. All cell is a scam 100%!

Couldn’t have enjoyed my experience more! The most adorable lady helped me through all my indecisiveness with phone cases and accessories. 10/10 would recommend.

I bought some wireless earbuds from this store the store clerk said as long as you bring it backwithin 30 days you can get a refund later i tried the earbuds they didnt work so I went back 3 hours later and they told me they couldnt give me a refund

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They dont give money back. Got product, didnt work the first time, returned and got another, didnt work again. TERRIBLE. DO NOT COME HERE.

Horrible customer service. They say things that need to fix just to take your money. Went there a 2nd time to have them fix over an iPhone 6S and they said that we need to enable the phone after they fixed it. Called Apple and they said All Cell is not an authorized apple dealer. They do not get their parts directly from Apple. They do not even give back the money. Their excuse is we did the labor. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACETO FIX YOUR PHONES!!!! It will be a waste of $160. And we only went to fix a cracked screen smh.

This place is horrendous. If you do not believe me please google this store and look at the other reviews that are listed. The owner lore his way into a sale. I purchased a ipad cover 10 days prior to Christmas from this store and I specifically asked 2 times prior to purchasing if I can return it if it were not to fit as the case purchased was for an old ipad. The case ended up not fitting and I returned to the store the day after Christmas and had the audacity to tell me they have a no return policy in which was never disclosed to me. Furthermore goes onto to say if he had said I could return it it would be 5 days after purchase date. Really? I purchased it 10 days prior to Christmas and he knew it was a gift. Down right liar thats why the store has a 1 star overall. Advise to check google for more negative experiences. Please stay away from this store as it needs to be removed from Seminole Mall theyre FRAUD!

I Actually Went To go het my phone fixed the lcd needed to be replaced she lied to me first and then i asked for my money back before they started the job she wouldn’t give it back so after the repair my phone was disabled i had to factory reset it losing all my information then later that night I noticed my camera wasn’t working i went back and they couldn’t fix it. I talked to the actual owner of the store and he was so unprofessional so unrealistic he just didn’t care this is Literally the worst company ever they really need to shut down!

Scam!! Paid $170 to fix my phone and they just added another issue to the phone!! Poor customer service and quality!!

Very poor service they sell knock off versions of cell phone requirements (apple headphones, Phone chargers etc) and they’re not even good quality I bought a charger from here and it didn’t even work and when I tried to take it back the lady told me no refunds but offered me an exchange I got another charger and IT STILL DIDNT WORK they didn’t even refund me for my purchase I wouldn’t recommend

This all cell store at Seninole town center mall need to learn customer service training rather than wasting time on Facebook I visited at 12:30pm on 17th April 2016

They are never at the shop. I passed by it 3 times. No ones in the store. Sad.
