I came to AT&T to get set up with a new phone and iWatch. Mina worked with me from start to finish to help ease my mind to get everything set up for me. I was also able to add a new phone on my plan and was able to save some money! Will definitely come back!
Nicole was rude and disrespectful. The actual definition of unprofessional. We went in to upgrade a phone for my sister, they didn’t have in stock so we agreed she could order it online and send it to our house. She ordered the wrong one. Fine. People make mistakes. However, when we went to return the wrong phone that she ordered, she raised her voice at us and insisted we were in the wrong for opening the phone. And said she would not waive the return fee. The other guy workers were fine. But I will not be going there ever again. She made us want to walk 3 doors over and switch to t-mobile with her horrible customer service. The Lake Mary location is way better.

I went to return my old phone since I got the new iPhone 13 pro. I spoke with the same sales rep Mina and he was able to get me signed up with Direct TV Stream. It ended up being cheaper than my spectrum. Go visit AT&T for all your needs and check my guy Mina.
Pedro was so helpful, he went above and beyond to help my mom connect a smart watch to her new phone. Your in store experience is very simple! Your people are pleasant and sell you lots of things that you dont really want or need and thats ok but after the sale they are no help at all with equipment and services that just dont work.....
I called the store in the morning and Nicole answered the phone, the new iphone 13 had just come out and I wanted to upgrade, she was very helpful and encouraged me to come in to the store. When I got to the store she had a client and Tammy introduced herself to me in a very professional matter and from there she started to tell me about all the options and offers that were available on a phone that just came out a few days ago. I called in because I pre-order the new iPhone, And never received an email of the tracking number for the iPhone.When I called the store Ronald picked up, I let him know that I pre-ordered that a new iPhone on the first day it released and I never received the email.He then asked me if I was a primary on the account:My exact response was “ no I am an authorized user. “Which then he replies back, ” that’s not what I just asked you.” In a nasty tone. I understand everyone has bad days but I answered his question that he asked me and his response to my question even if I was misunderstanding him should’ve never been “ no that’s not what I just asked you.” Which then after I was over his poor attitude I asked to speak to his manager and then he told me that I’d have to call back in 15 minutes or wait on hold. I do understand that the authorize users do not get the email but I was just trying to explain to him that the person who is the primary on the account never received the email for my iPhone. In conclusion, miscommunication or not, responses like that to customers are unprofessional.

Spending hundreds or even thousands of dollars is pretty much always stressful. But at this store, there is an angel named Nichole. She goes above and beyond for her guests, even made switching carriers and upgrading phones painless. If youre lucky enough to work with Nichole, youre in trusted hands.

I went in because I was having issues activating my AT&T cellphone plan that I had ordered online. Walked into the store and I was welcomed by the staff within a few seconds, very good atmosphere. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Special shout out to Bobby Pacarro and the store manager that went above and beyond to resolve my issue which required a few calls and a decent amount of time & effort which I REALLY appreciated. Definitely recommend this store to go get any devices, services or accessories.

Is not their fault that everything is automated now. Is a help your self type of deal. Why I keep this device is because is truly a more reliable service. When it comes to store level there is not much help. Because that’s what they have been directed to do by upper management.

The only store that had a case and protective cover for my new note 20 ultra 5g. So greatly appreciate that they assisted me and got me what I needed to protect this monster of a phone!!! Even had a sale only cost $100.00 for everything.

He helped me fix my issue and even helped me call and upgrade my internet from the store to make sure I was getting the best deal as a customer. He looked at what I currently had (Phone, TV, and internet) and gave me great suggestions on how to save money with new a new plan. My entire experience today was great. I recently went to this At&t store and the service was absolutely terrible. I went in to see what happened to one of my devices and the employees had no idea or interest in helping me try to reboot my phone. Two employees specifically had terrible attitudes. One employee apparently didn’t get enough sleep, and the other had no interest, when asked, to help reboot a phone. Also I find it absolutely useless to have an At&t store with no technicians on hand to tell you what is wrong with a device, as a certain employee put it “ The company only trains us to sell devices, not fix them”.
I had a wonderful experience with the service from Dwayne. He was very happy to help and patient with me when having to deal with switching my phone number over. Hopefully I don’t have to come back to the store for awhile, but if I do, I will definitely ask for his help! Thanks again Dwayne! :)

I really hate going cell phone shopping, because it always seems like the sales reps in the stores are always pushing you to buy buy buy. But today Dewayne made feel like I was important, and didn’t pressure me to buy anything that I didn’t want. My experience today at AT&T has really changed my view on shopping for cell phones. The service was quick, and Dewanye was very attentive to my needs.
When we visited the Sanford store we were assisted by Bobby Pacarro who was outstanding . He knew his product line and was able to match our needs well without our feeling pressured at any time. We came in thinking we were only going to replace one phone but he showed us how we could replace and upgrade both of our phones which better suited our ultimate needs.
Jax was amazing! Great service and so detailed. Very polite and honest. Had such a great experience as a new customer to AT&T. Staff is great here! I will definitely be recommending this location to many of my friends and family.

Made the switch to AT&T from T-Mobile. I must say, I came in for a simple info gathering session. I was helped by my guy Nick and he made the switch seamless, hassle free, and quick! He even got me signed up for directv! Nick went out of his way to make sure I was able to watch BEFORE I even left the store!

I needed to add another phone to my plan and as I want happy with the coverage of my current provider, I went to AT&T to see if it would be cost effective to switch. Marcus listened to my situation, looked for a plan that would best fit my needs and walked me thru consolidating my phones into one plan. It was a very pleasant experience that gave me five times the data and added a line for less than what my current carrier could offer with only half the data. Marcus was extremely patient and provided a high level of customer service.
Dwayne was awesome. He was friendly, knowledgeable and gave us great advice on accessories. We were very pleased with our purchase, AND we had a good time. We’ll be back to see Dwayne again!

I came in to get my girlfriend a phone for Christmas and couldnt be more happy about the service I received. I wasnt sure which one would be the best bang for my buck so Doug went through all the specs with me to ensure that I made the right choice.The icing on the cake, he WRAPPED THE GIFT! I will definitely be taking the extra 15 min to drive to this location for future needs.
I am very sorry I did not take down the man’s name who attended me, because I want to sing him praises. If it helps, I came in around lunch time, and he is a tall, thin, African American guy and wore glasses. He represented your business very well. He was patient, polite, friendly, very informative and helpful, and exceeded my expectations for the service I received. He even remembered me and my case when I returned to the store, and assisted me right away. He treated me like a person, rather than a sale. I would rather come here than the iStore.

Poor customer service. Tell the MANAGER and the staff to stay off their Instagram and Facebook when customers need assistance. I was embarrassed for the company. One struggling associate was attempting to help me (totally clueless and gave me countless incorrect answers, did not know how to work the tablet. Only in the end to tell me I was correct.) and when he has the 3 others for help (one was clearly the supervisor and 1 clearly was the manager) they never looked up from their phones. This location desperately needs customer service and associate training.
Went to this location 3 times yesterday. The first guy I dealt with was pretty helpful. Sent my daughter back later with money for the phone we picked out. She is an authorized partner. The new sales lady said I had to be there. So I went back and the girl was a complete moron. She was rude and not helpful at all. This location has issues. Not the most pleasant place to walk into.
