This is a phenomenal place to go fix your phone! Sam responds professionally and personally. His quality of work on replacing the back Glass casing of my iPhone XS Max was perfect. Appears as a brand new phone instead of broken up glass with chunks of glass missing. Cannot tell it was fixed. He did it so quickly, and then even took the time to help me and just put on a new glass protector and gave me a great price on a new case. The phone looks like a totally brand new phone with this overhaul. He made it so easy for me. I called him the day before and said I’ll be there when you open On Sunday, the next day, at 11 AM because I really need it done because my daughter is in college and I can’t do it during the week when she’s over at school but she’s home tomorrow and Sunday and he said no problem bring it in. We walked around the mall for a little while, came back, and Bam, it was done. This is the only place I will go to to get any of my phones repaired from now on. Thank you Sam!

I’m never one to write reviews but I had to take the time to say that I appreciate tremendously the service I was provided in such difficult times in a pandemic unseen for our times the gentleman that helped me today allowing me to take my mothers damaged cracked iPhone X to be repaired so she would be able to see her sons in times that everyone is forced to be indoors cause of this pandemic. I was meet in front of his home by a kind gentleman who with all the precautions of face mask and gloves handled my moms cell phone wiping it down before and after the repair made to sterilize it and try to prevent any harm to us gave me the desire to express to anyone living in the same condition to seek his service. Not only did he expedite my job in less then two hours but he was kind enough to make sure to help offering ti give me his wife’s cover so that my mom would not have to go throw the same process of possibly dropping her cell and snot being able to see her children via FaceTime. I had a Motorola fixed there with a battery and screen replaced and a couple weeks past with the phone going black and it would not turn on i would leave plugged in for a day and it still did not turn on and the screen was coming off so the adhesive they use is not good. I went back and guy did fix it without it costing because I had the receipt. I am not going back so be careful and call other places because their prices are the same as others. Another thing i had a was a Samsung battery replaced and that was okay but my phone got hotter than usual but there was nothing I could do about it.

The owner was so helpful and patient with me while I decided on a new case. He had the same exact cases as a stand alone kiosk across for him and the prices he were way better. Plus he put my new case and screen protector on for me.

I went to this guy just this past month, I emailed several stores asking about fixing an iphone 6 and replacing the battery, and also an iphone 7. He emailed me back saying he would do some sort of a discount, for both phones. So when the day came around, for me to be able to fix the iphone 6, I brought the phone in to him, and he said okay, sounds good I mentioned the email, and he said I remember yes, so I said okay I will come back the next day to pick it up because I came in an hour before he closed. But the next day I couldnt pick it up so I called saying I would pick it up the day after and he said okay. So I went in the next day, and he wasnt even finished with it! He said I just need 20 more minutes go walk around the mall or something. And I said I cant because my mom had a doctors appointment and we were running other errands together in the same car, so we could spend time with each other, but before I left I checked with him again in person about the discount and he said yes, so mind you guys thats twice that he said yes in person, and another in email. So, we went to her doctor appt, then she dropped me off at the apartment so I could start dinner cleaning etc. and she went to get the phone I told her before she left to mention me so he would still honor the discount but but he never did! He said it was $59 plus she got an knock off of the otterbox case that he was selling and she was able to take off $5 off the case, but he was suppose honor the discount for the phone not the case. Anyways, yall I would not go to him I asked him twice in email why he didnt honor discount and he never responded, so best take your phones somewhere else.

I went to iFixandRepair to get both of my sons tablet screens fixed, as they both had cracks going across the screen. The gentleman behind the counter was very polite, fixed my older s I na Samsung Galaxy and instead of fixing my younger sons baby tablet, he gave me a very Nice and DURABLE Amazon tablet for a very decent price. This place is affordable and FAST!

I have an older phone (iphone 6) but have always taken care of it, unfortunately my screen cover could only take so much abuse until the screen would finally be affected. I reached out to iFixandRepair at Seminole Towne Center and spoke with Sam, he told me to drop it off and he would take care of the rest. That is what I did and could not be any happier. He not only fixed my phone screen, but did it in less than 45 min and was also able to get another screen protector on the visit. I feel like my iphone 6 has a new life now. I will definitely pay Sam a visit again at iFixandRepair, which may be sooner rather than later as I see a small crack developing on my work phone now. Thanks for the great service!

Do not go to this place to fix your iphone!!!I took an iphone 6 to change a cracked screen, they returned a phone that does not work!!! When I complained they gave me a refurbished phone which later on was blocked and I could not use, I called Apple and they said it was blocked by straight talk, when I contacted straight talk they said the phone could not be unblocked because the person who purchased it did not have a full year of the required service!!!This store is not responsible or reliable!! Please be careful!

This place is amazing!! My phone is a brand new phone. The time to get my phone fixed was ridiculously fast. Working 3 jobs it was very accommodating for me to drop off and pick up. I had to come back and edit my review. While the customer service here is super friendly, and I like the guy working behind the counter, I took my Pixel 2 in for a screen repair and both times the screen stopped working. I think people are just better off buying the insurance and letting the pros handle it. If you dont have the insurance though, this might be a good second option.

Called to replace screen and the attendant said $250. Took the cell in for repair and agent with language accent did not ask me for anything. I asked for receipt and he just ask for my cell number and wrote it on a scratch paper. I ask if my name helps He said no and come back in 2 hours. The phone when I picked it up did not work at all and it was on working. He explained why did not work in which I did not understand andI asked him that the store advertise they can fix the unfixable why can he fix my cell. He got very defensive and argumentative.My phone did not work after took it to this place. Had to buy a new one.Maybe took some parts..?? No going there again No trust this place

While the very simplistic repair was excellent the customer service was a little rude. I took my phone there to clean out the charger hole full of lint. Ive been there before 2 years ago with different representatives at the front desk with the same issue and they simply cleaned it up no questions asked with great customer service. Today when I asked to just clean the lint because I plan on buying a new phone in the fall, the 2 young men were very rude and tried to be smart with me to sell labor time and part replacement. A simple task that takes 13 seconds is not worth 45$ of labor time. Like I said repairs are excellent but customer service is rude and they want to make you look stupid.

Dont get me wrong, its great service, decent prices and the people are pretty friendly, but they are so horrible at keeping in contact.If they say they will call you for anything, they never do. This has happened on multiple occasions and is very disappointing every time.So if they ever have to call you for a pickup or when a part is shipped in, call them, dont wait for them to call you because they never will.Edit: we went in to get our phone and they ended up breaking it more than it came in...Soo yeah bumped down the stars. Especially since now we have to buy a new phone.

I have worked at this company and the disrespect from the managers is abominable. The manager from the Sanford Seminole Towne Center Mall had very a cocky attitude and is so partisan that he wouldnt work with me on my schedule like he said he would and I was there for just over a year and he told me I was going to get paid more than what I was at the time because every person after me came in and made more than me and I asked him later down the road if he checked and was seeing what he could do... I then called his supervisor. The manager lied straight to my face. The managers carelessness is abominable as well. His supervisor told me that he walked in one day and asked him how 25 LCD screens went missing and all the manager could do was shrug his shoulders and say I dont. The Manager also said I dont get along with anybody, but I talked to a woman from one of the stores in the mall and she said that her and I dont have any problems when she comes to the store to the store. I have also been super nice to the customers and yet somehow the manager still doesnt see that. The place is a mess and smells disgusting in the back. If I were a customer and I knew all this stuff before hand I would have NEVER go there in the first place. Not to mention that the repairs for Samsung and other android devices are highly overpriced. Im not going to pay two to almost five hundred dollars to fix a phone screen. I would rather go to insurance and pay for a refurbished phone. Instead of spending that much money on the screen! The manager also cant seem to keep employees. He has had 3 other plus me since Ive been there plus more even before I was there.
