Normally I don’t write reviews unless the service was amazing or extremely horrible. I was out of town when I accidentally drop my phone. The phone screen was broken & I was unable to use my phone. I couldn’t call anyone, use the gps my phone wouldn’t unlock. So happen I saw a phone store 1stp Cellular. I was so desperate to use my phone, not only did they fix it the service was fast & affordable. Knowing most phone store only sell phones I was able fix mine in no time🥰 thank you.

Hello Im sorry for the terrible review Im going to write but we lost our phone about a month ago it was an iPhone and we activated lost phone and we tracked it to this location Unfortunately this location is Involved in seeming less stolen and lost phones on reprogrammed them to sell them again I was able to recover my phone from this location but it took me a half an hour to track while they were trying to fidget with it and then I was able to recover it from them while they were messing with the phone they never tried to contact owner with phone number that was activated on lost phone so that means they are corrupted and they should not be in business excepting stolen property And for the note of it I did not press any charges all I needed was my phone back but this review is well deserved

Will never go there again it took over a week to say my phone could not be unlocked to every phone place waste of time

Took in my iphone 7 to be screen repaired and led.Spoke with Mr.Tey on the phone then went into the store came in contact with ms.michelle they were both very knowledgeable on what they were doing and even works with you if they can.Was able to respond to my concerns with no hesitation as well as great coustomer service.I would recommend the for repairs as well as purchase of phone and case.THANK YOU ones stop because comin to you was only one stop i had to make.

By far the worst experience I ever had. Went to replace iPhone screen waited about 4 hours or more to see my screen replaced now glitching ever since then but apparently it’s due to water damage (in the words of the technician/owner). Then went back to get it fixed again because the glitching is so bad I can’t text or make calls. Had to wait a whole week just to hear bad news that the problem wasn’t fixed. To top it off the owner/technician gave me another problem that now my screen has two yellow spots on the backlight. DONT EVER FIX YOUR IPHONE SCREEN HERE!
