Ezra did a great job transferring my phones info! There were a couple of technical issues, but he resolved them, even staying a little after hours to do so! Was very pleased with the customer care I received! Thank you Ezra!

Finally made the switch to a big name, 5G in little old B-Ville I’m pleasantly surprised. Great discounts for military veterans as well, thanks Verizon. Techs were speedy at taking care of me as well. Thanks guys.

3 employees were there all eager to assist and all acknowledged every customer when entering the door. Knowledgeable, friendly and fast. I have been in this store before and most every single time have been happy with the service!!

Be warned that despite the branding, this is not a verizon store. the inconvenience for customers is that Verizon blames the 3rd party store and the store blames Verizon, when things dont go according to plan. this has been a very disappointing experience thus far.

Holy cow, my experience just keeps getting worse with this store. Not only was I given $105 shy of what was agreed upon for my trade in phone, he added a new line with nothing on it but ahead it charged to my account and upgraded my protection plan to be increased $20+ more a month unauthorized by me! It was a complete sh!t show of a day when I was there January 2nd. I used some of my credit for a phone case that he said would fit and didn’t. Went in later to trade it for another since he never ever gave me a receipt for our transaction and was told it was an even trade between an otter box and a pos off brand.. no sir. I was then given a second case in addition rather than a cash refund or something else. Nothing about this has been good. My bill increased significantly from some shady business and it’s making me tempted to just walk away from Verizon after a decade of loyalty and even bringing them new service from 10 other family members with zero kickbacks for it. Get your shih together!!

Shelby at the Sandsprings Store was Very accommodating!

This is the third time I have come by this location with an issue and have been told they can not help because they are not a corporate dealer. Each time I have stopped by, the employees are out front with their vape pens, or even several establishments down socializing. All while leaving the door to the store wide open. Not professional in the least bit. I’m sure they are more than happy to take your money and sell you things. But if there is any issue they are ZERO help!

When I first walked in, I was somewhat skeptical because the other Verizon stores that I have been to werent always very helpful. This experience was wonderful! I came in looking to get a phone screen replaced or possibly buy a new phone. Justin and Johann were extremely helpful!! They walked me through all my options and helped me find the best option for me. There were a lot of technical complications with my visit and it took a while to get my products up and running. They stayed an hour after closing to ensure that my products were ready to use when I walked out the door. There were some issues Justin and Johann didnt know how to fix so they had to call their manager and she was more than happy to help, even though she had already left for the evening and had other plans. These two guys went above and beyond to help me! They stayed positive and friendly throughout the 2 and half hours that it took to get my phone working. I will be going back to to this store for future purchases!

Walking to the door I was immediately stopped by 3 young adults. Prior they were obviously having a vape cloud contest in front of the door. As one of them proceeded to blow one of these obnoxious clouds in my face another explained I would need a mask to enter the store...I simply said thanks for the heads up.

I like these guys here in Sandsprings. Very friendly easy to work with. They helped me with my phone and got it to were I can read. Watched them work with a couple other customers. Always friendly, acknowledged when you come in.

Nicole and the manager at the time (cant remember his name 🤔)were very nice and understanding.I had broke my phone and I was needing a new phone but with our situation it wouldnt be easy to just replace the phone...in other words we had a difficult request and they powered through it with no complaints. It wasnt easy but they got it done and even got our bill down which was a plus. Very happy with the service.

I was treated very good by the person there.However Verizon has treated me like I dont matter and Im pretty sure the firefighters in California are much more important to Verizon than I am.In about three years I intent to leave Verizon and go where Im appreciated as a customer instead of money.You punish people for paying in cash, so Ill punish you for treating me like someone you seem to think needs to be coerced into doing exactly like their told instead of using options that you only give because of law and common sense to get enough customers to stay in business.You seem to burn Bridges with no care about consequences.

I am almost positive they have no idea what they are doing... I believe the people are here just to be warm bodies. They were very unprofessional and gave literally no help!! If Verizon was smart they would completely revamp this location

They were nice, but I find it highly inappropriate and unprofessional for the employees to discuss their sales, profits, who’s leading, which store is making “a grand,” etc. Its just unprofessional. And yes, they were really nice. But I just felt like they were more interested in talking about their GroupMe convos about their sales than getting my phone transferred over. I was the only customer in the store for at least 30 minutes and it took over an hour for it to get done because the guy was either texting or talking to the female associate. I had a two year old with me who had no business spending an hour in there. And honestly I shouldn’t have had to be had they focused on their job and not how their sales were going.

Very helpful when it comes to details on phones and plan prices. Really recommend 😊

I received better service from a retail store rather than a Corp store. Jeff in Sand Springs was extremely helpful n knowledgeable on what I needed. He saved a sale because I was headed to AT&T.800 service was also very pleasant n happy to have a new customer. Rate 10

Had a payment issue that I ended up dealing with over the phone with Verizon customer service at this location. It was resolved, but with no help from anyone in the store. Even the woman that talk to me over the phone from Verizon customer care was baffled as to why no one at this location was able to help me. 3 🌟 s for the issue being fixed. This location needs better training in dealing with customer interaction, and knowledge of thier products, and services. I ended up having them hand me the phone, and I ended up explain to customer service what was going on lol!

Ive never before encountered this level of incompetence at a verizon location. If your going to go in and pay a bill its an ok place. But for anything more technical go to another location.

The ladies at the store was amazing, they went above & beyond helping my brother, he had 2 new phones that would not work ( think they was used) the 1 finally went to another store & got him a brand new phone, after 3weeks of trial& error & spending 6 hrs at this store them trying to figure out what was going on, that also included 2 new SIM cards, even technical support couldnt figure it out, Nicole jumps in her car & goes clear cross town to get a brand new phone for him. Still took about 2 hrs, but he finally has a working phone.. Thank you ladies at the Sandsprings Ok store

I am so very pleased with Sand Springs Verizon. My phone was stole and then left somewhere. Someone turned my phone into the verizon in Sand Springs. They took the time to find out who the phone belonged to even though it was locked. The reached out to my contacts and were able to figure out that it was my phone. They then contacted me and held the phone for me until I could get them a shipping lable for the phone to be sent back to me. The were very professional and kind to me every step of the way. Thank You, above and beyond the call of duty.

Dont ever go to the store. They dont answer the phone half of the time and are closed on days that they are posted to be open. I bought an OtterBox which I was not satisfied with and they refused to refund my money before I had even left the store. I did not get a receipt, and have been calling the store for almost a week and he says he cannot print my receipt. Something shady is going on here. Do not ever go to the store they should be closed
