We walked in and was asked to wear a mask, which we are against. We said we would go elsewhere and Tanisha was quick to accommodate us by working with us outside. Which we truly appreciate. We understand everyone has their right to live as they want and was grateful for the compromise. She is a excellent saleswoman and Metro should be proud to have her on their team.
Very disappointed, We went in there ready to spend some money and was asked if wehad mask, we told him that medical reasons cant wear one. We were told that he would be unable to help us without a mask, unless it was outside. We were trying to support a local business but we will buy online from somewhere else! They lost a good sale!This is my first time to be told I could not be in a store for not wearing a mask!! Their loss.
Be sure to do your own research on the phone BEFORE you buy it, considering the staff knows nothing about them and will tell you a phone has a feature when it does not just to sell it. I am now stuck with a phone because when I asked about a certain feature I was told that the phone had it when it in fact did not, and when I tried to return it all I got was well I Googled it and it said it had it, sorry no refunds Had i know the fate of my $300 was in Googles hands I never would have purchased it.

Wonderful atmosphere, the salesman/woman are very professional, kind and quick so they dont take a lot of your time up but patient at the same time. Also very clean store in a nice location! Love there service as well, cant beat there deals for such amazing phones and service.

Issue with my phone walk in the little lady there took one look at it and fix the problem right there on the spot. Customer service was fantastic and no complaints whatsoever

Sales associate did not know how to contact AT&T to get a phone unlocked. He sent me to the AT&T store when I got there they said that I needed to call customer service and that Metro should have done that for me.
Now that vaccines are out and mask mandates are over no one should be telling others to wear a mask..Nathan needs to either get the shot or work in place thats not public..
