I went there to factory reset my old phone and the people were very nice. James and Tom helped me out and I didnt even have to pay for the reset. Very kind and a great experience. Great customer service.

Alex Hooper was absolutely AWESOME!!! My phone was messed up went to another t-mobile store n they told me they couldnt do anything. Came to this t-mobile store n Mr Hooper fixed it in less than 5 minutes. This man knows his stuff, very polite n will be back

These people don’t tell you the truth about the coverage. They swore coverage in my area of Cleveland Oklahoma was the best. Turns out no service is all over in the area. They also said i would not be charged for the service since I canceled within two weeks. They didn’t tell the truth about that either. Save yourself some time and money and stay away from Tmobile. Customer service threatened to turn me over to collections if I didn’t pay for something I don’t even have.

The customer service is a joke at best. The sprint guy across ed like we were bothering him. We went to get a phone for the wife the guy from the tech said we were able to get a free phone since we have been with sprint for ages and never used our upgrades so we went down to get her a new one.The guy was rude and acted like how dear we bother him. I will never be back to them again. And if this how the new sprint T mobile is I am seriously thinkingaybe it is time to find another carrier

In, got right to what my wife wanted, setup and out the door. One little issue, no charger with the phone and I would think it to be important to properly use the phone.

Went in to replace a broken phone. I was on my lunch break and was in a hurry. We were able to get someone to help us fairly quickly. But Tony was a little rude. He added the screen saver and photo case to our bill without asking. Then when I told him we didnt need it. We just needed phone he goes back and forth with my husband and said we will be back in a week or so with another broken phone. My husband said he could find one cheaper at flea market and Tony said yes a stolen one.... Not sure what he meant by that. We just had a death in our family the day before and we were really needing the phone to get ahold of family. So getting harassed by the T-Mobile guy over a case a screen protector was a little upsetting. We wont be back to this location.

My galaxy buds got destroyed at work, I Went straight there after i got off work to get another pair. Mobile expert latenia was awesome and very helpful even suggested I upgrade to getting the galaxy buds+. I love these galaxy buds+ even more than the 1st ones, Great service!!! Thank You Latenia!

Poor customer service!! My elderly step dad came in to pay his bill and no one assisted him. There were 3 associates in the store and 1 was not assisting anyone. My parents pay their bill here regularly and its a shame he was treated in this manner today. Not doing business here again.

Switching from Sprint took about 7 hours, and the employees, while they were nice, they could have told us more thoroughly what we were going to be paying monthly. Having to go back later tomorrow to see if we can fix this issue. Before you buy anything, make sure you know what youll be paying monthly, what youll be paying up front, if youre overpaying, etc..

The crew on evening shift around 5PM on 1/28/2014 were superb. I came in with a refurbished phone with network issues. I was the only customer at the time so two of the guys took some of their time out to research the IMEI, phone safety locks, and hardware. They got my phone running quick compared to the six hours I spent trying to fix it. They also showed me some future optional phones that I could handle, should my refurbished phone finally kick the bucket. I recommend this T-mobile location! They meet and exceed the giant store next to them.

The people there seem to be quite friendly, but they just sell you 10 add-ons and put an additional 12 lines on your phone plan.Phone bill was $1,500 and all items were placed under protection plans that we never asked for and were not told about. Save yourself some time and money and stay away from this store.

The women who were working night shift yesterday were very rude and obviously didnt know how to do their job. My boyfriend needed his phone fixed and all they said to do was to call customer service. We called customer service and they said that the ladies should have been able to fix it so if they dont know how to fix a phone at a phone store then they should be working at McDonalds right across the street.

Would give 0 stars if it was possible - Bought 3 Iphone 6s and 1 7s + phones. Less than 2 weeks later and one of the 6S phones was messing up. These were birthday presents for my children and they sent me a used phone. This means I will be paying full price for a used phone. This is unacceptable and horrible customer service. Why would they expect me to pay full price for a used phone because the crappy phone they gave me did not work. I am completely irritated and angry that I will be paying for a used phone at the price of a brand new phone. I can get better customer service from WalMart!!!

Straight up liars in this store. I changed my plans during the holiday sale and was told my bill would remain $136.xx, I asked about 10 times just to verify that my bill would remain the same and every answer was a yes . Today my first bill came in and it is $290, no overages or extra fees, $290 is the normal billing rate now. The specific employee was an african american lady that was working the evening of November 18th or 19th. I would avoid this store and go to another Tmobile, now I have to deal with the corporate office to get this straightened out
