They stayed on hold with me for an hour trying to get my old phone number, perfect customer service

I like their policy for free incoming text and calls, especially with use of Google Voice to eliminate cost of outgoing via smart phone. Cost is too much for the smart phone and the point system to save on cost is not much at all. It is still the best of the local services but need to find a cheaper smart phone service locally. Definitely better than ATT.

Staff knowledgeable and friendly. Spent over 2 hours in there getting a new phone. Didnt mind the wait, just went and got some crazy bread to munch on while they worked out the programming issues. Husband kept everyone entertained with jokes and employees gave us a discount for being so patient. If I dont pay my bill over the phone, this is the only location I go to.

I am very disappointed. They were very unhelpful. And then they ported my AT&T number over to US Cellular and then decided to tell me that my AT&T phone wouldnt work on their network. Once I asked them to fix the problem and reverse what they had done they were told me there was nothing they could do and that I would need to contact customer service. They wouldnt even call and see if they could help me. I left very unhappy and have now been on the phone with customer service trying to fix their mistakes. There were at least 5 people in there including the manager and they all seemed to be to interested in their personal phones to help us. VERY DISAPPOINTED and it doesnt seem like I will be getting any help to get out of the mess they have caused me.

Terrible customer service. It is Friday evening during Christmas season, plus they are running a promotion and they only have 1person working. I have been in here an hour and she is still with the customer she was with when I came in. There are 2 others ahead of me. It seems everyone I come in here I leave frustrated.
