I took my grandchildren’s Nintendo switch in to CPR to get the screen fixed, the young man took care of the problem in excellent manner and timing. He was very kind young man, extremely intelligent and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone who needs help.

I needed help with a stylus not working, they were very niceabout it and were a great help. Its a good place for repairs even for something outside a phone.

Spoke to gentlemen there he is very sweet and helpful love the place and great local place for a cellphone repair. I just have a phone that the screen replacement repair is very expensive, I couldnt afford the price.

My Samsung S10 needed a screen repair, and my insurance showed this shop as the closest available to my home. (45 miles away) Lol. honestly tho, i will come back to the same place next time. They handled all the insurance issues, communicated quickly and concisely, repaired the screen in the time it took to get a burger in Tulsa, and were super friendly and informative. they fix game consoles too. highly recommend

Homero at the Sand Springs CPR was the absolute best! There were some delays in getting my parts, but thats not on the shop. Homero was upfront about costs and actually helped me do whats best for me and my phone, rather than what else he could charge. Absolutely going back if I ever need any other repairs!

My experience at this CPR store was excellent. The manager was very friendly, professional, and quick. Replaced my back glass and my screen in less than an hour, and I received a really good deal. I will be returning if I have anymore problems!

I have never been to this repair shop.I work for a living Monday-Friday from 7am - 7:00 pm I am off on the weekends.How am I supposed to go here when they have bankers hours ( maybe my phone should have known this & not gave me any problems on the weekend) & DONT WORK THE WEEKEND? 🤔seems like bad business to me but what do I know I am just a working man that is off on the weekends, no wonder they are getting bad reviews.I will do business with a company that does not work bankers hours & wants my business.

Never actually got to do business with them. I used there website to request a replacement for a pixel screen and I ask that they text or email the quote, so the person text me and ask me to call them, again Im at work at this point and cant take a call, so the person complained that it was hard to text on the store phone, anyway I suggested email if they wanted to do business and it was a no, so I had to look elsewhere. So dont use them if you want your cell phone repair place to be able to text or email because its beyond them.

The reason I gave them 4 stars as opposed to 5 is the initial experience wasnt great. Store having personnel problems so phone not answered and hours extremely limited. Had to drive all the way out there only to be told that they would have to order the part. Wasted trip! Could have handled that over the phone if theyd answered their phone.However, once they got the part, the repair experience was STELLAR! I sat in my car, ate my lunch, and 30 minutes later my phone was done. Amazing! The repair works great and they even installed a screen protector and that looks great as well.All in all, a pretty good experience.

Store got a work order for my phone screen on 7/30/20. I went in on 7/31/20 was informed they dis not have in stock. But would order it an have in stock no later than 8/5/20. On 8/5/20 I called at 10:56am asked if my screen had arrived, I was told yes and if I was in by 4:30pm that day they would be able to complete repair. I arrived and when I spoke to the clerk he informed me he was about to install the last galaxy 9plus screen on another phone. When questioned all he could say theres nothing I can do for yo . Ill order another one. I would avoid this place. Espically if you are in need of electronics repair quickly. Horriable customer service.

I had called several places trying to find someone who could repair a ps4 that we bought and everyone was either closing, going to take 2-3 weeks for repair or didnt answer! Brody was awesome! I took my iPhone 7 Plus in today to get the screen fixed. Roger(I think that was his name) helped me he was very friendly. He told me the different options for a replacement screen and explained the difference. He said my phone would be ready at 1:30 I got back at 1:50 and it was ready to go. He even cleaned my case and put it back on for me. The new screen looks and works GREAT!! I will definitely recommend cpr phone repair to all my friends and family.

Called and got a quote on fixing a phone, and it seemed great. Went in in person 3 times and kept finding the tech wasnt there, and they will call when he comes in, but they never call, and a few times he didnt have the screen I needed after she said shed ask him to bring it. After 3 weeks of fussing about it, Im going somewhere else.

I have been there 3 times in 3 weeks Ordered battery for cell phone. Have now gone back 2 more times to pick up. 1st visit. was told a week. 2nd time The young man told me he would overnight it. The third visit. he said it had not been ordered. I asked for owner telephone no. He refused to give it to me.

Affordable and had it done quickly

Im very disappointed with my experience at this business. I took my phone in for a new battery. There was nothing else wrong with my phone; everything was working perfectly. The young man who replaced the battery was very polite and seemed knowledgeable. He took my phone to the back to replace the battery. However, when he returned from the back with my phone, the home button no longer worked. He messed with it some more but could not get it working. He told me he could replace the home button for $45. WHAT? It was fine before he replaced the battery. I am very unhappy. He should have repaired it instead of insisting the he did not cause it to stop working. I tried to support this small-town business, but it was not a good experience for me.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! My boyfriend took his phone in to have the screen replaced. They told him they would have to order parts and that it would be fixed in a week. He was told to pay $150 up front. I called a week later asking if it was ready. The man on the phone then informed me that the phone was in Stillwater and would be back by next week. Called a week later and was told the parts were never ordered but would be fixed within two days. My boyfriend then showed up to the store two days later, it had been closed early. He was able to pick it up the next day and paid in total $275. That was with the $50 discount they gave him for his troubles. In my opinion he shouldn’t have had to pay more than the $150 he had already paid after all that BS. Now his phone won’t charge and it won’t even turn on.

This place in incompetent! I was lied too. I went to this place because its the only that brick and mortar store that will replace a zagg glass within in 100 miles of my home. I had to come out there twice. The first time they didnt have it, the guy working said he would call me when they came in. I had to call because he said he forgot. Then he said they would hold one for me. I gave them my name and number and told them when I would be. So I called the day I went and he said he had it. I drove all the way there and he said he must have gave it to some one else. I had to drive 30 miles from my home. Dont go here you get lied too and ran around.

I used him to replace a screen that was shattered. It looked great afterwards but the edge on the left side was dead and he wouldnt fix it. I took it back and he said it must have been something I did. Not true. From his shop I went to my job and realized when I got there that it wasnt working right. I went back 2 times but no luck. Now I have to deal with a defected phone because I took bill money to replace the screen. Not going back.

Our overall experience was very bad left my phone there for over a month and they still hadnt fixed it when I calledEnded up having to get it moved to CPR Stillwater to get it fixed left it there for three days when I called it still wasnt fixed fortunately they called me back an hour later with it fixed and they drove it over to Sand Springs.
