Peggy was extraordinary!! She has helped me with several visits from start to finish with the DIY hair coloring process! She was kind, knowledgeable and has been a steadfast support!!

I walked in and there was nobody at the register. I was greeted by an older white lady at the end of the hallway, then when I got the 2 items I needed to tone my hair I walked to the register and still nobody was there and I waited. When she got there she told me that I had the wrong developer (which I didn’t), that my hair wasn’t light enough for the toner I picked (which is none of her business), and then proceeded to give me unsolicited advice that I really didn’t need. I just wanted to get my products and leave. Horrible service.

They’ve always been friendly, helpful and have a great selection. Please ignore the snippy reviews. One should never comment publicly about the supposed rudeness of others. It’s not in good taste and a waste of time to read.

The older woman working there very rudely forced us to go get our masks and was pushing a lady to get the hand sanitizer out of her purse and to quickly sanitize before touching anything, and another woman was straight told to leave. Out of all the establishments weve been to, and also being an essential worker, their procedure and etticute was downright off putting. They didnt even welcome us in. Would not go again

You really have to laugh at the irony of an entire generation of millennials working retail simply telling customers to order it online after their workplace either doesnt sell it or is out of stock. I was looking for conditioner... Cant exactly wait a few days for it to arrive via Amazon. I asked the young lady for something comparable to what I was looking for. But instead of her asking any follow up questions to try and find something comparable. Or offer to bring it in from another sallys location that carries it, or order it and actually make the business money. Her default was order it online She very politely said she had never used it. This is more a review of young people than the young lady working the counter. She helped a gal before me with hair dye. But maybe because Im a dude with a beard and long hair looking for a specific conditioner they dont carry. She felt she was out of options to explore. But does make me laugh at millennials working retail telling actual customers to order anything online. Keep telling people to shop online and your workplace will no longer be sustainable.

Might get a job hopefully getting one yay
