First experience w/ U-Haul on Senter Road. Had to return car dolly/hitch & then return w/ U-haul to unload in the next couple of days. Minh was kind & professional along with his other crew members that were learning on how to unhook a car from the car dolly. The place has many items for your packing needs and many other tools and gadgets should you need them on the way to your short or long trip. Awesome place to refill on propane. Staffs were friendly and professional. Came in, refill my tank, and left within minutes. Great place to get whatever you need done without any hassles.

Good luck trying to pick up your U-Haul in any timely manner. This place is SLOW! If you’re the only customer at the time you should be ok...but there is more than 2 customers then be prepared to wait.

They never answer the phone everything I call this place they out you in hold is a waste of time very poor customer service

I have been here many times and there is always a line out the door with atleats a 30 minute wait with one guy working the whole place

I can’t imagine how I could have received worse service. We reserved a truck for two days on the internet and received a confirmation, but when we arrived we were told “another family” would need that truck before we were scheduled to return it. So U-Haul Tully Road provided a truck exactly half the size we ordered, which made the task twice as hard and required twice the driving ( the mileage is the expensive part of the rental) with no apologies or remorse. The staff were curt and dismissive. I may never rent from U-Haul again, but I definitely will never go to THIS location

I like it. But you gotta get better deal if you extend the contract for 2 ot 3 days more. Because i got charge an extra day because i went over on the mileage.

Came to fill my propane tank at 7.30 and was told theyll have some one to fill it at the afternoon 🙄 😒. Fix your hours

They never answer their phones. I’ve been trying to contact them for 2 days now and get transferred to a machine with a looping uhaul corporate ad. It goes on and on and no one ever picks up.Don’t expect any kind of customer service once they have your credit card info.

Near one month ago, I used the service of Yohall,Iam very satisfied. My husband and I believe this place has good stuff.we got the best service. A stuff who name Leonardo and another person ( we dont his name) were very friendly and very taken care us.Thanks alot.

New policy: they request and require you to give them permission to take a picture of your drivers license (both front & back) and then they will upload the photos to their database, so that all of theie employees have access and could steal (sell) your identity, because well hey, they also require a major credit card to rent anything, so there! Bam! Get a job there....Your in, to hundreds of personal identities to choose from!!! What is wrong with this company?!. I dont mind providing my license and go ahead document the info, but a friggen (I prefer the other F word) picture uploaded into their system?!!! BS.Im a lonnnnng-time customer, but NEVER will I walk through their doors again.

Went to fill up my propane tank here and the employee thats working tells me thatnmy propane tank is 13 YEARS OUT OF DATE!!! Wouldve been nice if they wouldve told me this 13 years ago

They have been very good to me and was as patient given the facts.

Very disappointing. They changed the pickup time and location for my reservation, and I was supposedly notified by a text message that looked like a confirmation. On the pickup day, I had a hard time reaching out to any store staff.I had to show up in person, and they didnt have any good answer for me except were sorryI had to cancel my reservation and all the plans for the day.

Ive had the unfortunate experience of using their rental services twice in the past few years. Expect to wait a long time, whether it is busy or not.We did not get hassled on returning our trucks either time, so that part is good, but waiting half an hour to get checked in or out is just painful. Ive seen people come in to buy moving supplies, wait for 10-15 minutes for service and give up and walk out.The first time we came here, wed had a reservation at a different location that couldnt be honored (no trucks available) and they sent us here instead. We were supposed to get some discounts for our trouble but they wouldnt honor that and U-Haul corporate customer service didnt do anything to resolve that either.This is a decent-sized U-Haul location so they generally have a lot of the most popular sized trucks, but I dont recall ever seeing the largest trucks here. As we learned with the earlier experience, the U-Haul online reservation system will let you reserve equipment that is not normally stocked at a given location, so it might be good to stop by in advance and see what they stock.

Horrible short on staff and they take forever to help you out! Everytime i come is the same thing unfortunately i keep coming because this is the closest one to me but if you dont mind a little drive dont come here!!!!!

These people are slow and could care less about customer service. One women working rental and 4 guys all on break wandering around BS ing. The entire 30 min Im there and then walked out because of the line and non service, Not one of the guys there did anything to help the woman.

Just as bad as DMV add no restroom as well.

Bad experience because we visited this store without any employees and left us waiting in the store for almost 1/2 hrs. Then the employee came and did not say anything. We did not like it!
