Got a storage unit today. I brought my two energetic daughters, and Jada, who helped us, was great and got us in and out quickly. The facilities are new and looked clean. My first 5 months are guaranteed to stay the same monthly price. I will update my review at the end of that time.

We had a great experience with StorQuest. It was easy to reserve a storage space, the staff was extra helpful and there were lots of options. When we arrived at our appointment, we were greeted by name. Moving can be a very difficult experience and StorQuest just made it easier.

Angel was great. He was patient and super helpful—answered all the questions I had as a first-time storage renter. When I say helpful, I mean it—he even took a look at my car real quick because when I arrived, because something was coming out from under the fender/bumper. I highly recommend bringing your business here! Facilities are clean and seem well-maintained.

They wouldnt let me rent unit because of making multiple reservations. Did you ever think that I got the wrong size so I kept changing the reservations? But its all good. Rather not have any rodent damages from my things. Their units are not climate controlled. And staff are unprofessional, dont know a thing with what their doing.

Everything was easy to sign up to reserve without putting a deposit down or leave me a credit card number they called me right back and got me in an appointment within one hour of setting jaydaa was very polite and extremely imformative.. she answered any question I had or said she would find out, Thanks Jaydaa

Great service at this storage. All units can be accessed by vehicle. I rent a 30 ft unit, the price is at least 100 usd lower than others, plus some off in the first three months. Staffs are super nice and helpful, available on Saturday. Definitely my first choice if I need storage in the future.

There are rats! LOTS of RATS!All out staff either damaged by rats or infected by rats. There is urine and droppings in all our boxes. The Management does not react to any complaint about significant rodent activity. If you do not want to deal with damaged staff and clean up after rats - do not go here!

Only want your money. Prices change alot. Staff are stuck up and dont know what their doing. And not to mention the rats.

Very clean and new units. The manager Angel was very helpful and professional, which made the process seamless. We had a long day of headaches with other storage units and this was the only one that got us into a unit the same day and provided excellent in-person service. The other storage yards had no representative on-site on Sundays. Overall, great experience!

Received a call right after we booked a reservation online. Fallon provided great customer service and scheduled an appointment for the same day. She was very informative and very friendly. Unit was very clean and has nice wide doors. Not to mention each unit has an alarm and they have 24 hour customer service line. Would highly recommend.

The facility is clean and new, the storage locker has overhead lighting and a fire sprinkler. Its easily accessible and there are restrooms available for customers. Staff is helpful and courteous.

This storage facility is all brand new and the cleanest I have seen out of a lot of storages I have been to. Very clean, nice High walls for security, and good prices. Great personnel customer service and great deals. On site Management is a plus too, and 24/7 customer service just in case of any emergency.

Great space options, as we needed a large unit. Love that the code you create doesnt just open a gate, its to turn off the alarm on your unit. So no one can just tailgate and break into your unit.

Inside hallways need to be swept. Floor are very dirty. Outside of building entrances are very dirty with debris. Have found glass, nails screws on ground.

When I went to check out the unit I had reserved online for free Larry greeted me with a smile AND a mask!
