I was looking for an affordable space large enough to fit my kayak and found life storage which was not far away from me. Fortunately, Kim was working the day I found the place. She was very nice and helpful throughout. She assisted me with finding the right space for my things. Kim went above and beyond to help me. I have found that the staff of Life Storage has been nice and friendly. In addition, The place is nice, clean, and well lit. Security cameras are seen all over the facility which helps tremendously for safety. I highly recommend life storage if you’re in surrounding area.

Everyones really nice. Ive had a unit for about 8 yrs, and Ive never had any problems with break-ins or damages.

GREAT customer service!!! I normally dont write review and this time, I have to remind myself to post a review for the customer service team. I used their storage for a bit over 2 years and from the day I went in to sign up until the day I returned the storage, all great experience. These ladies are so nice, and easy to deal with. I cleaned out my storage and I didnt expect them to return it for me before I even stop by their office to let them know but they did. Kimberly was so sweet and nice. She told me she didnt want me to get charge for the new month so they returned the storage for me when they saw the storage is empty and no lock on it. AMAZING!!! Kudos to the staff.

Rented a space here a few months back for some of my collectibles. Hassan helped me out with the process since I had not done the storage thing before. Everything was quick and painless and the storage is exactly what I wanted.

I love Life Storage. They have great customer service. Their phone system was easy to use to get your account started and to get storage space during COVID-19. The website was easy and fast when looking for availability and pricing. They have carts for elevator use, perfect access times at 6am - 10pm daily, 365 days a year. Best of all there is a bathroom available for times when you cannot leave your storage property unattended.

I cant say enough about the amazing service here! The managers and staff that work at this Life Storage location (Las Plumas Ave) are OVER the top. They are always cheerful, always willing to help, they go above and beyond anything I have experienced . Before moving my business inventory here, I was in a different location with a storage unit provided by a different company. It was fine there, but the experience here is a night and day difference! The gate access hours here are longer, its a safer environment (video surveillance) and, like I say, the staff are so very helpful. In fact, I just rented a second unit today, and they helped me get one that is located right by my existing unit. I really appreciate everyone here and would highly recommend!

Been renting a space for a few years now and Im hoping the new owners will change Access hours to 24hr or at least till midnight . That would make it easier for Renters to Access their Property when needed

Ive had household goods stored here with for longer than planned. Im not real happy with the rate Im paying as a long termed tenant based on what they advertise to attract new customers. When I questioned the rate difference, they told me I could get the lower rate ( I may have to move to a new but same sized unit), but then the new rate would climb up to where mine is now and probably higher in a short time!Im wondering if theres any regulations on these storage unit places??

Good location and excellent service provided by long time experienced staff: Lucy and Angie. These gals always greet with a smile and ready to assist you with any questions or concerns you have. It’s amazing to hear how every customer knows these gals and speaks to them as if they were a long lost friend. I used to wonder why, but after a while I could see how comfortable Lucy and Angie make us all feel like we are Not just another number, we are Not just customers..... we are moms, dads, workers, students, business owners etc that may be tired and just want to seek assistance without the BS. Well hats off to you ladies. You should teach a class in customer service because you gals are gold standard excellence. ⭐️

Ive had a unit at this storage facility for a very long time. (maybe 15 years). I really like the hours, 6am to 19pm. There so many storage places that close at 6pm. Thats not for me. And the girls are wonderful. They are very nice, and I really enjoy talking to them.

My brother had a space here for over ten years, and recommended it to me when I needed a unit. Ive had storage at other facilities, but this is by far the best-run storage Ive ever used. The site is clean, the staff know you by name, and the customer service is great. The hours are great. Lucy, Angie and Gino are a terrific team and they bent over backwards to help my family when my brother passed away recently and we had to deal with his storage units. I wish I could have taken them (and Life Storage) with me when I moved out of the area!

The place is good. People are nice. Location is nice and there isnt that much traffic as it it is just several blocks away from the actual area where traffic gets annoying during commute time. Enough distance to to go around the traffic is applicable.You have to go to the office to get a trolley and though it is a pain in the ass it does make sense to keep such things locked up.

I have had a unit at Life Storage for nearly 5 years and have had nothing but good experiences. I actually live directly across the street from the facility and am over there almost daily. The access hours are excellent, and the staff, both on-site(Lucy) as well as the daily managers (Angie and Gino)are always courteous and helpful. Ive had several other storages and the security here is like fort Knox. I have never seen as many cameras monitoring a storage property. Like I say I couldnt be happier with both the facility and the staff.

I was in a very tight bind / tired and needed a safe and reasonable place to store my things . After numerous failed attempts to find the storage I desired, I found Life Storage on Las Plumas .As soon as I walked in the office ( very exhausted ) Angie met me with the most warmest smile, personality and attitude. I explained how I fear elevators which I need to access my storage unit. Angie was so patient and took the time to help me overcome my fear of elevators. She have to, but having the professionalism and customer service attitude . I now take the elevator alone 😊 at Life Storage and gradually working my way to being 100% phobia free of all elevators. The staff was helpful and understanding, even though I arrived 30minutes before closing I was allowed to use a dolly and just leave it indoors so they will pick it up the next day for me. She advised me on what the best deal for me was and how to save the most money.
