I rented a 5’x 5’ unit in Sept/Oct 2021:This Public Storage property is clean and well maintained. The management and staff are friendly and down-to-earth, and I always feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Though there have not been many problems, they have always responded to any concerns Ive had, no matter what or who caused the issue. Example: Many people move out of their units after office hours, and on two occasions, personal property was left in the lift. I could count on Matt, one of the staff members who seem to be present and often patrolling the grounds, to assist me in clearing that property promptly, with a smile and kind conversation. Not once had he said anything disparaging about the person who left the property, just smiles and giggles. This is the way a business should be run and maintained. Visitors should feel safe and warm and welcomed.Kudos to Public Storage and their team. Thank you, Matt!

Recently I had an issue with my storage unit. Public Storage manager listen to my problem and put me in a unit where I was more comfortable and my items were safe. I appreciate the staff at this public storage location.

The service here especially from Mary has been the most helpful and kind person with alot of patience towards me myself that dosnt like going to storage I have no patience and Marys smile make my storage experience more smoothly.

Helped last minute make ends meet last minute and also made my day. We were stuck and she came to our rescuer with dry, clean and well cared for units in a safe gated storage facility. When I came to this Public Storage location...Keoni just was the most kindest, professional, knowledgeable, and mindful Manager Ive dealt with in a long time. All of our stuff was stolen. Same thing happened to the unit next to ours. Police said there is a theft here every other week. Management was extremely non-cooperative and irresponsive after they knew about the incident. Its highly likely that management is involved in these incidents because they were not at all surprised about the break-ins as if its day-to-day business.While renting the unit, I explicitly asked Mary if this property is safe. She didnt mention anything about past robberies and instead lied by saying that property manager lives on the property to ensure safety. Later on we figured out that she is herself the property manager and nobody stays on the property after 6. Please dont use this facility if you want your things back!!

Keoni is such a superstar ! She went out of the way to make sure I had everything I needed and went out of the way to help me pack some things in my storage. I am very pleased !

The young lady Keona is very professional and at the same time her personality is one of a kind, charismatic, and refreshing.

Keoni was very helpful and provide by far a great experience for my first time renting a storage.

I went in to rent a unit for the first time, me and my wife were greeted by the facility manager Julia. Julia was very knowledgeable on which units were available and she made the process super easy and quick. Although the facility itself is not in the best area of town her knowledge, service and presentation of the facility make up for it. If you care about service and interior presentation, this is the place for you.

Our unit was robbed and all of our stuff was stolen. We went to take our things and the locks were changed. We have to wait one whole day to get into our unit, only to discover that all of our things are gone. Same thing happened to the unit next to us. It turns out there have been 23 robberies in last 6 months. Management is very reluctant to help in any way, it looks like a routine for them. It looks like a scam to us where management is also involved. Please don’t fall for this trap.

KEONI IS AWESOME!!!!! She always exceeds my expectations in her role there at Public Storage, she is cool headed and in control. She is very aware of job duties and seams comfortable in her role. She always has a smile on her face and is super friendly.

When I arrived at the location to store some other belongings, there were no pushcarts available; not enough at location to provide adequate customer assistance.The staff there are nice and did finally look throughout the property for any available pushcarts, and there was one brought over from the other adjacent property.I did appreciate that.The route that you need to take to arrive at the location is very dirty and seedy; seems very dangerous to pass that part of Felipe to arrive at the gate.It would be so nice to be able to have an alternate street or way to get into the property without passing through such a dirty, unsanitary street.

I would like to thank Keoni and Mary for their fantastic service I greatly appreciate them for helping me get my storage, as I will be moving, thank you for showing me Multiple units till it fit my Needs thank you. Would recommend anyone to choose public storage.

I normally dont do reviews but i appreciate the patience and time i received. I was skeptical on a unit just due to the prices and fees and what not but the young lady Keoni who took her time to explain thoroughly helped me chose the right way to go. Dont let the location fool you. Public storage has some good skilled people here to help out.

I struggled with trying to find a storage place, comparing rates, locations & etc. it’s always been the run around with other places.When I say Mary & Keoni were the very BEST! They were very kind, answered all my questions.

For the price the facility is solid! Sure its in a so so neighborhood but who cares as long as the facility is maintained by compatent staff and they do, especially a young lady named Rachael who works the front desk. Im not at that place anymore because she went to extra miles for me. She spent15 to 20 minutes trying to find a better storage unit which she did, right next door! With a slight increase in rent. Im so happy I dont have to climb those stairs anymore with heavy tools. She saved back!!! Lol. Anyway, it was very refreshing to see someone helping you for your best interest. Like family. 👍

My only gripe is that they arent open late since im always forgeting something before commuting home but i guess thats my own peoblem ha

The ladies here are amazing!! Very helpful and so accommodating. Julia the manager and Mary office staff are so cool. Sheila is good too. They dont try to over sell you things you dont need. If youre looking for a clean storage unit come to this public storage location- you wont be disappointed.

This place has an outrageous number of burglaries. Jut check out the police reports of the local police precinct or crimemapping.com (which I found on the police website itself). Also dont forget to look up their orange door insurance plan in the news, they basically dont pay out most cases of burglary.

Best customer service you could hope for, they were more than happy to answer all my questions and show me several different units, all of that with a smile on their faces (under their masks lol). Ask for Keoni and Julia if you want to be helped in style! :)

The drive in is very ghetto. Homeless people everywhere. But they dont bother anyone..location is tucked in the back, underneath the freeway.Staff Is very friendly. They were quick to answer any questions I had for them and very helpful.Thanks guys!
