I visited the store again in the evening, the guy at the desk told me its returned dont worry. When I asked for the receipt he gave me van booking receipt, I asked again for return receipt and he just said its returned and shut the door. Again I had to visit the store next morning just to make sure that the van is marked as returned in U-Haul system. Will think twice before renting U-Haul specially from this location.
I’ve had two very good experiences with them a whole year apart from each other. Easy check in and check out and no overcharging. Can’t go wrong with them.
Be very careful with your miles and other charges. They charged me two times of my distance.

I went there to get a hitch installed. The person who helped me (forgot to ask his name, green eyes, dreadlocks) was friendly, and did an excellent job. I am very happy about the whole process, thanks to him.

Couldn’t close the back of the truck.They charged me for 3 gallons extra fuel although I brought it to the same level, this is a first time that has happened with any uhaul I have rented. Don’t trust these guys and don’t do self checkout.

Jose is very honest and good person. He installed a hitch for me quickly and did it well. The owner Brendon and staff Robert are very friendly. Highly recommend this place for hitch installation.
Go to any other UHaul in the area. This place is unprofessional and ended up leaving me stranded on my moving day. I scheduled a 6am pick-up, arrived on time, went through the verification process for contactless pick-up (required given the early pick-up), only to find out that the key was locked away without a code provided. The online chat agent referred me to an online UHaul general help customer service number. The UHaul customer service line advertises 24/7 customer support, the line had a 110 minute wait time at 7am on a Sunday. More false promises and advertising follows. After 1hr on the help line someone finally got back to me and guessed the lock box combination. I Ubered to the location so I would not have to leave my vehicle at UHaul. I was stranded at the UHaul location from 610-745am. Horribly disappointed with UHaul.
The staff is always really nice and helpful with questions. Explained how to operate the truck in a easy to understand way. Offered deals and specials. Ive rented 3 trucks now and the process has always been super fast and easy and painless. Overall a really good experience.
I needed a car hitch for my bike rack. Their price was the best. Sal was the best. He helped assure it worked fine and got me a lock for it too. The guy at the desk was very accommodating and even went get me a chair to sit in while I waited. I have always had a great experience with UHaul. One of the best and most reliable companies in America. I dont know what Id do without them.
UHAUL IS A COMPLETELY WORTHLESS BUSINESS. DO EVERYTHING YOU CAN TO AVOID THEM. USE ENTERPRISE, BUDGET, HOME DEPOT INSTEAD. THEY WILL CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION AND STRAND YOU.COMPLETELE MOUTH BREATHERS WORKING THERE. THEY WILL PAY FOR DOING THIS TO ME!! A HIGH COST!
These guys did a great job of taking care of us during our last rental. There was predictably a large lineup of people first thing in the morning, but the team worked quickly and efficiently to check people in, answer their questions and get them on the road. I left 1 star off because of the condition of the truck we received. The check oil light was on when I received it, and there was noise coming from the steering when it was turned to its extreme in either direction. Note, that it drove fine and I never felt unsafe, but Uhaul should support its outlets in running regular checks of the vehicles, so simple things like this can be found and addressed.
We recently rented a van and had an excellent experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. They accommodated a last minute change and made the whole process quick and simple.
I have used this U-Haul location for years. Dave the manager is the best. The staff is friendly, quick and pays attention. Most importantly, the vehicles are clean and in great working order. Wow these guys were wonderful. Ive used U-Haul many times before, but never at this location. Their customer service was truly exceptional. I needed a truck and flatbed trailer to tow a vehicle, and they quickly helped me hitch the trailer, pull my vehicle up and had me ready to go - I very much appreciated their expertise and friendly service!
Do not use this Uhaul location!! They are over priced and they do not maintain or check their trucks for issues. I picked up a Uhaul this morning and now I am waiting...still waiting for roadside assistance for 3+ hours now because the 2nd rear tire was bald and shredded on my trip to my location. Not only that but the exhaust on this truck is damaged which they should have checked.This truck is beyond an accident waiting to happen. Rent elsewhere!
I had a situation today - when while returning the truck to the location, I forgot to put back the furniture pads i.e. I forgot them at my house while unloading the stuff. Typically this is charged. I explained the situation to David and I was expecting a lot of trouble. I had to get to office so I did not have the time to go back and the pads immediately.But David was so understanding. He immediately told me this is not a problem and I could get those by the evening and return them. This is amazing courtesy and customer service to me. He could have made it really difficult for me - because I did make a mistake. Instead he made my day. David - thank you so much for understanding and making my day!

I dont know why this U-Haul has near 4 stars. Dont be deceived with its stars. Here is my story because I didnt look into other peoples reviews:I reserved my car in advance with moving help and other things. When I was in the path to take my car (pretty much 1 min to the U-haul), I received a call that my reservation was cancelled. I was not sure it is a real call and I jumped into the U-Haul. The manager (Dave Daniels) and the other guy said your reservation has been cancelled because you are late. They said we cant wait for you and your reservation may be cancelled 45 mins after the time. I told them Im here and they said we cant do anything.Their customer service sucks and it messed up all my planning for move out. What I think is that they look at your reservation and if they dont like your name, they would give that reservation to their dudes.

If you are asked when you would return your rental, just say the next day at the same time for one day. I made a rental of trailer at 9am, they asked me when I could return it, I estimated at 3pm, then they rented out the trailer before I returned it at 4pm and they charged me twice. They treated your estimation as a promise and tried to make more money.

Location opens at 9am, I was setup for self dispatch and told I could come at 8am. App didnt work to let me self dispatch, called customer service, waited 40mins and was told the even though self dispatch is available for this reservation, the truck doesnt have a locker key.... So I need to wait 20mins till the location opens. Broken system.
This place cheat on customer to pay for something we didnt do. We rented the van for 15 days and drove only 300 miles. Returned amd they made us pay for the tirea that has been worn out before. Shady business.. the rent only cost $600 but they bump up to $1300 for two weeks and three hundred miles drive. They also blamed that there was no spare tires when in fact there was non when we picked up. Very shady place. Becareful.

New policy: they request and require you to give them permission to take a picture of your drivers license (both front & back) and then they will upload the photos to their database, so that all of theie employees have access and could steal (sell) your identity, because well hey, they also require a major credit card to rent anything, so there! Bam! If youre a felon get a job there....Your in, to hundreds of personal identities to choose from!!!I called customer service, reached Alabama (really?!) Its their new policy.The worse customer service ever!What is wrong with this company?!Honestly, I dont mind providing my license and go ahead document the info, but a friggen (I prefer the other F word) picture uploaded into their system?!!! Too many bad experiences:1. Kept me waiting for almost an hour, even after I checked in online2. Charged for 2 days even though I returned the vechicle on the same day.3. Called them 3 days in a row to find out why they charged me extra. they keep saying store manager will call me back but they don’t. 3 days same answer...??? And still no response4. Don’t buy any items online, they won’t send the receipt. When you want to return any unused items like sofa/ mattress cover, they don’t take it back because of No receipt.

Ive rented from here a few times and have always had a good experience. Uhaul tends to have a lot of issues with their computer systems so I recommend doing the online check in in advance.This will make the process of getting your vehicle much quicker.

They we tried to cheat us! Returned after hours and next morning called about huge dense all over the right side, broken light, that WE Left in a trunk! ThanksGod, my husband took a pic of truck before, there was already a dense! People, take a video or pics when rent something here, otherwise they will make you pay!
