The staff are exceedingly helpful and friendly. The facility to remarkably clean and easily accessed. Love the extended hours (until 10 PM nightly). It feels safe at night with all of the security appointments. Cannot say enough about Jasper. He was helpful and accommodating.

Super easy to sign up and got a great rate and introductory discount! All the staff has been very friendly the facility is one of the best Ive ever used. The inside parking makes it a no-brainer. No one likes moving stuff in the rain.

Super Awesome!! Place is super clean and Destiny is super helpful and nice. First time getting a storage was kind of nervous and hesitant on what I was doing because I never had to get a storage but she helped all along the way. Also got me to see the storage before putting things in just to make sure I was sure about the the size and all . I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to keep there things safe or just trying to have some extra space for there things.

West Coast Storage has been great for the 9 or so months we rented with them. Everyone I have talked to has been polite and very helpful with everything I needed, especially Kelly. I ran into a difficult situation and without going into too much detail, Kelly was super understanding and incredibly helpful in a very stressful time for me. I would rent from them again and recommend them to others as well.

Destiny was great to work with in getting our rental setup. She showed us around the place and to the unit. Everything was fast and easy.

I have been renting here for years. They have consistently been cranking up my prices while never turning on the air conditioning, sketchy people are always in the area, and the gate is never locked. As a woman I never feel safe in the building. I do not feel it is a value at what I am paying.

A very clean and safe place to store your stuff. The staff is always friendly. Since it is indoors, it is easy and comfortable to access regardless of the weather.

I’ve stored my things here for a few years just because of the proximity and hassle of moving. Prices have sky rocketed. Management has changed a couple times and has continued to be poor. Broken gate a couple times resulted in closing access early for weeks. I couldn’t get my camping gear because of this surprise. Temperature control is a joke. It’s freezing in the winter and hot in the summer. One time they said it was because a manager left with the one and only key! I could go on and on.

Ive been here at west coast Self-Storage for over 6years now Kelly is not only a great and helpful manager, she always finds a way to help us out when needed. She keeps the place running smooth and clean. I would totally recommend anyone looking for a storage unit location at West coast Self-Storage.Safe and secure thanks Kelly. Excellent storage facility with very nice office staff, ease of process and they even reserved a parking spot for my truck on my day of moving in (busy Saturday). It seems fairly safe and easy.

Today, I discovered that my unit had been broken into and ransacked. Everything was tossed and looked into. A table is missing. A police report has been filed. Videos will be reviewed. I fear, the perps entered through the wire mesh roof of the unit because the locked door showed no damage. Stay alert. Never leave your items unattended on the main floor. Always keep your doors locked.

Its a much better storage facility now that its issues have been addressed.

Great staff,very helpful. Rented here for the extended hours but hours are restricted due to things they couldnt have prevented.Although incredibly inconveinant for me now, the friendly staff, very clean units, and reasonable rates get West Coast Storage 5 stars overall!!

Good storage facility the management very understanding towards peoples needs. But if your just being a bothersome to them and other customers they will give you a eviction notes.

Im no longer a customer and im still getting charged for a unit i dont have. I did what they told me before moving anything out. I notify them two weeks in advance and the week of and the day i had it cleaned out. I waited patiently to be refunded the month they charged me and the this month as well (July). I havent had a unit with them for a month. Not happy with them all at!

Great place for self storage. I reserved online, got a reminder/follow up call the next morning and was able to get a tour from Destiny the same day. It looks (AND SMELLS) clean; which is super important! And she was able to answer any questions I had for her very clearly. Very friendly staff, glad to have found this place so close to home. Will likely be renting here for a while. Thanks for the great service and safe facility!
