No lids for the venti drinks, no utensils, and customers that asked for no Dairy products in their drinks are being given drinks with whipped cream topping. Also Target was refusing to give the employees their breaks.
Came in at 11:30 on a Saturday morning. There was one female barista working. No one ahead of us and behind us at time of order in line. Automatically, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was also very impatient. Both drink orders were incorrect while also being dripping and messy at the same time when we received them. Entire time from ordering to making the drinks and giving them there was constant eye rolling and unnecessary aggressiveness. We did not even receive the bare minimum in customer service. Very upset.
Never been there but I would imagine its like a regular Starbucks, just inside a Target
Had a great experience at this Starbucks. Verizon has given me two $5 Starbucks rewards in the past. Other Starbucks would scan the barcodes but nothing ever worked. Then they would expire. After receiving another reward, I asked Hanna here to scan it. Nothing! As I was handing her the cash for the full amount, she tried hitting the Starbucks Gift Card selection before scanning again. Hallelujah! Beautiful, friendly AND smart. My heroine!
Fantastic bararists!!! I love this Starbucks, they always remember my drink and name. Very quick and always up for a chat. I would highly recommend.

I want my money back. I hear these great reviews and im guessing theychanged Battista. Horrid watered down coffee. I asked if they vould add more coffee and the guy seemed irritated that I asked. Yuck tatstes like nasty tea. Wheres the manager!!!!!! Someone needs to taste the coffeee before they give it to customers. Come on who manages this sh__?
Service doesnt exist here. After waiting at the counter, the worker came over looking at me with his chin up and eyes sideways. He stopped in front of the cash register so I said what I wanted.He asked is that it? Those were the only words out of his mouth for our transaction. I just showed him my phone and he charged it. No thank youI find it hilarious that Starbucks sent me a survey asking if the worker tried to get to know me personally. I guess Starbucks sometimes asks for our namesI overheard him telling the customer in front of me that he put the wrong milk and asking if thats ok. Customer said its fine but the barista shouldve just remade it to order.Other Starbucks has some quick grab cold food like sandwiches, salads and yogurts but not this one.
Been 3 times and 3 times I get something that I have not ordered. Unskilled people who dont listen to what you order. and then you still get something you didnt order. Today was the last time Ive been there.
Great service! My drinks are always done by the time I finish paying. This is a very clean place compared to our local Starbucks. Will be coming again soon!!!!!!!!!
The employees that work there are always rude and have such a bad attitude. Today there were people ordering drinks and the girl working said “Ugh why does everyone want that!?” Then said “we don’t have that.” They were also rude to me and said they didn’t have the drink I wanted. I won’t be going to this one anymore.
