BTA Egg White with sesame seeds bagel was tasty. Staff was kind and service fast.

Got a sandwich here, it was quick, convenient, tables were dirty, staff was pleasant and efficient. The sandwich was enjoyable and warm... a welcome bit of comfort after a long day.

The bagels are great! Had the blueberry bagel with honey almonds shmear and I would highly recommend it. The service kind of sucks but good enough.

The staff was unfriendly and rude. The customer before me was visually impaired and was walking with a stick. When she asked, where can she get a lid, the staff member just yelled it is right behind you. When she reached the table where the lids were, she had trouble figuring it out because of her condition. They gave her an extremely hot beverage without a coffee collar and lid! Where are the basics of customer service?When I asked a staff if the vanilla hazelnut latte was already sweet she gave me a rude no. Of course the beverage was sweet. The egg and cheddar bagel was prepared in a rush and the cheese hadnt even melted! Disappointing experience.

I used to work at an einsteins and visiting here was extremely pathetic. They used the ends of the tomatoes which are not supposed to used, the middle of the onion which you’re supposed to throw out, the meat wasn’t even unfolded and the cheese was on 1/2 of the bagel. The bacon wasn’t even cooked and the order taker was rude and didn’t care about about customer service at all. The line was extremely slow with 3 people on the bar and someone in line was even given the wrong bagel. As a former employee of einsteins seeing how everything is ran here is just out right sad. You can even tell the orange juice was pushed back and was all clumpy on the bottom. Just pathetic, please do yourself a favor and do not eat at this location

I loved their hummus bagel sandwich. Definitely worth a try if you’re traveling via San Jose airport. Nice staff and service.

This location of Einstein’s is pretty good. They have a steady supply of bagels even if they’re not showing. Sourdough goes quickly though, no matter what. It can get rather crowded with a line out the door. There is nice dog friendly outdoor seating.My favorite is lox on sourdough, which is served with a side (potato salad is German style with sour cream), and a pickle. The bagel is prepared well. Their movement of orders is very snappy.

Fantastic place for a quick bite of breakfast. Ive been a few times and Ive mostly had the Albuquerque turkey sandwich and the iced mocha. The turkey sandwich is very good and had excellent flavors packed on an asiago cheese bread. The iced mocha is like many other coffee and I find nothing to detracting to say. The service is good and timely in delivery.

Big Breakfast Burrito is so good! Its hot and its soft (as opposed to bagels). Made my 6AM flight enjoyable.

Recently discovered this option at San Jose Airport and what a welcome addition for breakfast options. The nova lox on everything bagel I had was fresh and tasty. The iced coffee was also smoother than expected. Will definitely be returning whenever time permits before flights.

They dont follow posted timings. Not to say the employees are there and playing music. But the store is closed.

Good coffee options with lots of tasty breakfast sandwiches. The Farmhouse (bacon, cheese and egg with shredded hash brown bagel and cream cheese) was great! Service was fast and friendly.

Not all Einstein bagel places are the same. In fact most of them I find pretty bad, but this one is a true standout. I dont know why their stuff comes out so different, but I look forward to grabbing something here every business trip to San Jose and Ive been flying into sjc for years among other places in the world. They just pay more attention to detail and things are prepared right.

I was struggling to find a vegetarian snack in the airport. This turned out to be a good choice. I used to walk past one regularly in Boston. Next time Im in that area, Ill be stopping by to see if a brick and mortar is at least as good.

Mornings are a busy time at the San Jose Airport (SJC). A quick dash to grab a bagel before my flight led me to Einstein Bros. Bagels. The line was long, but it moved fast. My bagel order was smooth and delivered in good time. I was hungry. I unwrapped my bagel on board my flight to find that it had not been toasted as requested. Bummer, I should have trusted but verified my order. I really dislike un-toasted bagels.

My bagel order was correct, but they forgot to make my drink. Once I brought it to their attention, they made it (a latte), but it tastes like theres no espresso in it.

I was so stuffed. the staff was very sociable and kind. the place has a cool atmosphere.

This place is just amazing for breakfast! The avacado toast along with jalepeno smear was superb.

Ordered two different bagel sandwiches. After they were made, they were placed in a bag and sat on the prep table as three other orders were prepared. Five minutes after our order was completed, after the preparer finished the over three orders, she closed our bag and handed out all 4 orders. Wasnt sure if the bag was ours until it was handed out. I did not think it would have been difficult to grab the bag, turn around and place it on the counter, 3 feet, and say Mark.We headed to our gate to get to our flight, the two sandwiches in our bag were wrong.

Good crispy chicken sandwich. The heat of the bagel in the wrapper left it smelling a little funny, but overall a good sandwich.

I ordered their low carb avacado bacon tomato egg bagel. They ran short of egg whites. The bagel sandwich was good, hot and crispy. But I am knocking off a star because what they show in the marketing picture is 3 times the actual size. The bagel sandwich I got is a bit bigger than a McChicken and a lot smaller than the image they show. So dont be fooled by the size. But it was a good tasty breakfast sandwich and relatively cheap compared to the other airport options.

This place was very busy. They ran out of beagles by 7:30. I ordered the pepperoni pizza beagle and it was delicious! I like that I can get something other than just breakfast food there.

Its a busy stop. Know what you want, place your order, pay. They dont do rewards but thats the only bad part. Hazelnut Vanilla drip.....mmmmmm

Good food. Try the burritos and omelets. Rivals a lot of breakfast places. Flow in diner could be improved as its difficult to see boards and causes traffic jams when trying to order.

Worst food I’ve ever had! Was so bad I threw up before my flight took off in the airport bathroom and my stomach felt awful the rest of the day and my boyfriend said he wished he threw it up because of the way he felt after eating there! It was bland and the bacon was not even cooked! The iced coffee was so bitter it was undrinkable... will never go back to another Einstein Bros. Bagels again! Eat anywhere else!!!

I had the hazelnut coffee and it was amazing! Sweet coffee flavor.

I usually stop here every time I fly from San Jose airport. Very good bagels, sometimes the line is long but it moves very fast.

Slow in the morning, food was what I needed, it aint Starbucks but it tastes fine.

Awful. They had 5 people working and around 7 people in line. It still took 10 minutes for a bagel ($1.19) and cream cheese ($1.50- yes cream cheese is more than the bagel.) While waiting for my bagel I noticed that almost all of the orders that people picked up were wrong. I also noticed the reason it takes so long is because they call out the orders in bulk. I saw a man trying to juggle 5-7 bagels then he kind of ploped them down and called out the names. My bagel was right... But cold, and tasted of onions. I got a cinnamon rasin bagel with cream cheese.

No idea, never been here but Im sick of Google not offering a I didnt go in any of these places option so now Im just putting random junk. I will unfollow this thread and never respond. Maybe enough devs will complain to the chuckleheads at Goog to get some changes.

I have always liked Einstein Bros Bagels. Their offerings are top class, tasty and reasonably priced.

I ordered a simple bagel with cream cheese and bacon and had to wait then order was wrong after i opened it so i asked for my order ...not what they gave me. Server was overly rude demanded sandwich back after I opened it and looked at it. Requesting a a coupon for complimentary sandwich for my troubles with rude staff and wrong order.

Missed one of the ordered food..easy going no proper responsibility..

I ate a breakfast bagel with bacon and cheddar cheese here before flying to san antonio. Big mistake. The food gave me intense gas on my connecting flight which gave way to full blown diarrhea on my 2nd flight. I hate using an airplane lavatory which is home to lots of bacteria but I had no choice as the diarrhea cramps were too much to handle. My ass was still exploding after I got home.

Coffee in the San Jose airport. There wasnt a long line like at Starbucks. Coffee was okay.

This was honestly the worst bagel Ive ever had. It was toasted and I think they dunked it in the toilet to toast it.

Very rude and discourteous. Asked a simple question, received passive aggressive remarks by the staff. It was so bad I lost my appetite immediately. Clearly the workers were having a bad day, but its rough when they take it out on the people who are trying to order.

Wife and I had a breakfast bagel with turkey patty. By the time I got on the airplane I was vomiting off and on all the way to hawaii. Next day wife sick too. That was all I ate that day. Either the turkey patty or food handling procedures are suspect.
