Fast service and friendly. He seems very genuine and honest, and he gave me a free case just because. I dropped by at 11am, came back at 11:30 and it was ready to go. I opted for the higher quality screen for my iPhone 6s for $80 ($65 for standard quality). For the price and the time, I’m happy. The color is a little different, but nothing to be upset about. If you want exact color go to Apple.

This place is a lifesaver! My phones touch screen suddenly became non responsive so I decided to take it in for repair. SF Smart wireless is the best place to go in San Francisco they have the lowest prices. If you dont believe me just call around and see for yourself the manager is very nice and helpful. My Google Pixel XL survived a couple of falls from the 2 years Ive owned it so far but the screen decided not to turn on anymore even if it didnt shatter after it fell from a tabletop to a hardwood floor the other day. Anyway I didnt want to be without my phone for even a day so ordering parts and sending my phone for repairs via mail wasnt an option for me. Came across SF Smart Wireless on a Yelp search and decided to give them a try. I dropped by the location in person and I was quoted $160 to have the screen replaced on my phone (there was another place that stated $120 but that required me to drive to Fremont or San Jose. Not going to waste my time in traffic when I can just take a quick bus ride to this business). Anyway my phone is back up and running within 2 hour. Its better to spend $160 (plus tax) for a screen replacement on an otherwise pristine phone rather than spend $1K on a brand new phone that I really dont need. I can think of a thousand ways to better spend that money.

I have my iPhone 7 screen replacement done. It was $79 for the basic one and I think it was $130 for the original iPhone screen. It was done in less then 30min. I was very pleased with their service.

These guys took my battered Nexus 6p in and within a few hours had it as good as new. They are honest (really fair with the pricing), professional and friendly. I highly recommend this business. I showed my dropped, unresponsive phone to another repair shop down the street and after keeping the phone an hour they claimed it was unrecoverable and proceeded to sell me a new phone. Because I had been impressed by Smart Wireless when he repaired my screen a few months ago I brought him the phone for a second opinion. It took him 5 minutes to open up the phone, resecure the connections, and bring my phone (which I was about to throw away) back to life. Feras is amazing! I took in several of my familys broken phones. I knew my granddaughter had water damage with her phone and the warranty was null and void. I just wanted to see if it was repairable. He did some testing and gave me his HONEST opinion. He worked magic on my Samsung Galaxy S6, back to a fully functioning phone. Repaired an old phone my son had with a broken screen. An honest review of a not so perfect repair.I cracked the display of my samsung phone while on vacation, and as i knew i were going to san francisco i googled for the best place to repair my cracked display, sf smart wireless had really good reviews and i decided to go there.i am not familiar in san francisco so it was not easy to find parking, when i got in i spoke with Feras and he was busy but quoted a price and asked for a deposit, and told me to come back the next day, i came back the next day and he explained he had not had time to fix it yet, no problem, he was nice and pleasant about it, he told me to come back the next day.the next day the phone was fixed, it looked nice and i was satisfied, the screen worked, he told me i should leave the tape on for 24 hours.i left it on for a few days because i had a different phone i was using at the time.anyway, the issue was that there is glue blocking the front facing camera, the image is very blurry and I am unable to use the phone as my daily driver because of this, based on the other reviews i am certain that this is not a frequent problemi didnt discover this problem until i had left the country so i was unable to go back.I would still recommend this location, just make sure no glue is stuck on your cameras
