From beginning to end, everyone was friendly, helpful, and timely. The woman I spoke with on the phone was enormously helpful with sizing and advice. Unlike other companies, I wasnt even charged for swatches. Pricing was very reasonable and best of all, I was kept informed about the production (“Just reaching out to let you know that now our seamstresses are cutting the fabric to turn it into your wonderful linen order”) and before I knew it, my curtains had arrived in perfect condition.You run a wonderful company. I was so grateful to have found this company for many reasons. First, it is a small, family owned business! I didnt think that existed anymore. Also, all of the people I dealt with had so much integrity in customer relations. I felt so well cared for by all of them. And finally, the final product was just gorgeous. The ongoing communication and customer service was also impressive.In my opinion, the curtains are of a higher quality than much more expensive linen curtains that I had priced. Im obsessed with my curtains. Super communicative throughout the whole process, and was able to get customer sized curtains for my wierd sized windows in my room. The blackout works well, and the tie backs provided look so cute. Also, love that they are top ties, they look amazing in my bedroom.

Beautiful bed skirts, but don’t bother asking for a specific drop length.Twice I’ve asked for a 17” drop and told “absolutely” and “no problem”.Both orders were received with an 18” drop.It’s lot too bad on my twin beds, but too long on the queen.If they can’t or won’t do custom lengths, they should just say so

This company is amazing. I ordered linen curtains and the quality is superb. I needed custom width and got a price quickly and at a small fraction of the price I would have paid from a big retailer. I also am going to be traveling and needed assurance that the package would arrive before I left. 10 days from placement of the order to delivery for 3 sets of drapes, one custom sized. Wow! Telling all of my friends about this company.
