He gave me all the time that i needed, helped to make a decision, answered the many questions I had and facilitated a very good experience at buying a mattress, ( I also included sheets, pillow and a cover) . I have bought 2 Nest mattress and love them both. Unfortunately I had an issue with one. Eric provided excellent service and helped resolve the issue quickly in a way that was fair .

Nest is great! I purchased a hybrid latex mattress, which I highly recommend. The medium firmness is perfect for my wife but was too soft for me; so we were able to obtain the split mattress -- a very useful feature when partners have different sleep needs which is common. Excellent customer service!

The worst delivery service that I have seen. Be ready to find your recently, new, purchased items on the street. They are really good at selling you inside the store but after that, they just dont care about giving a little bit of follow up on the deliveries. Its been exactly a week since my husband and I bought a mattress and a base for the mattress and 3 days later the base was delivered without any further notification on the street but we still havent received the tracking number for the mattress, so I guess we have to be ready to just one day find it out on the street too. Thanks so much Best Bedding!Ps. By the way, we have checked every single day the spam folder and nothing, so please do not give us that excuse again.

Quality control of their mattresses is extremely inconsistent. My girlfriend and I are in chronic pain neck/shoulder pain now after spending >$2k on their hybrid latex luxury mattress. What is their offer to help us with this horrible experience? 50% off of a replacement mattress. What happened to warranties and customer service? avoid this place like the plague. We switched to a regular spring mattress that cost less than a thousand dollars and our neck/shoulder pain went away inside of a month. I urge you so strongly to avoid this place. They feel great in the store but they are not good long term sleepers.Nest Bedding’s CEO Joe Alexander said he had paid Derek a multiple of that. “My life changed because of Derek,” Alexander told me. “He made me a millionaire.”

We purchased the Easy Breather Latex Mattress from Nest Bedding. This is the most comfortable mattress we have ever slept on. In addition, it keeps you cool at night if you are a warm sleeper. And its made in the USA. In addition, we purchased their our sheets, pillows and duvet cover from Nest Bedding. I am super impressed with the organic wool comforter as it regulates your body temperature at night. Youd think it would make you hot, it actually keeps your body temperature normal. The service from Nest Bedding was exceptional. John is super knowledgeable and great to work with.

The service here was excellent. The manager was incredibly knowledgeable about the products, and very helpful in finding solutions to common sleep issues. But even better, I LOVE my new bed. Give nest a try, I think youll like the experience.

Small, simple, pleasant.Unlike the Casper by the marina, this is fairly non descript, without much adornment. But they actually had MORE beds to try out because they didnt try to recreate the bedroom.There was only one employee on a Friday afternoon, but since I was the only one there, it worked out perfectly. She was great, I didnt feel any sales pressure to add on, upgrade or anything unwanted.I ended up changing my pre existing order from the previous night from soft to medium, no muss, no fuss.Oh, and the beds are pretty comfortable too. Definitely worth a long look amongst the several direct to consumer bed companies.Edit: After a few months, I had to give the medium bed away. The comfort layers were too soft (since memory foam compresses more as it heats up), and the support layer was too hard; I ended up with too much hip pain, unfortunately.They were awesome to send me a mattress topper free of charge, but that didnt help the too-soft comfort layer/too-hard support layer.

Worst customer service everfollow-up. i was on a call when they called and I did return call when i was free. All Ii got was that they had told me that it as 7 - 9 business days so we were right on track and basically called me a liar for saying that they had told us that it would probably ship the next day. at that point i hung up as i do not like being called a liar. Meanwhile if that was the case why did they not say that last week when i called instead of saying they would look into it and never call Back. The only person who got back to me was Harrison until the call yesterday and he emailed me and said he had asked the SF store to call as he was out sick. I am out of town right now and as i explained to numerous people our building does not hold large packages for long, which is why we needed it to arrive prior to us leaving. We have asked that IF anything arrives would they maker an exception and hold it for us

We loved shopping at Nest, and how patient and knowledgeable the staff were. Theres no pressure to make a decision on the spot, and they welcomed us several times in the showroom as we umm-d, ahhhh-d, and sat on various pillows and mattresses before deciding. The mattresses are custom-built and take a few days to be made and delivered, so its advisable to go about a week before you want it delivered.

The mattress is very very comfortable and well made. Service is polite and they know their product.
