Not only did I feel safe- but the staff had my recent results from the sleep number quiz I took to assist with my preferences for purchase.

Im not sure about their beds but they did have a 2 for 1 sale on a highly rated pillow

I had a great experience with this location, they made the buying process very comfortable. They staff were not pushy, asked questions, and made great suggestions. They let me try various pillows and beds combinations to really get a feel for what I want. They let me spend over an hour going back and forth testing pillows and mattresses and looking at pillow cases, comforters, liners and the staff were readily available to help me out without being a stereotypical salesperson. They were very personable and quick to help whenever needed and will not linger and follow you around the store.

Excellent. As you get older, you start needing a good bed and this is like having a bed made for you.

Picking out a new mattress can be overwhelming. Everyone at Sleep Number Mattress was so helpful. They made the experience so easy. They are very honest and personable, while taking into account my budget and staying in that range. Helping my sister purchase a new mattress. Shes been wanting a Sleep Number bed for YEARS. We finally pulled trigger. And Charles was the reason everything went so smoothly. Came in just browsing for a new mattress and Joe really helped me out. Didnt push a sale on me at all. Gave me information on the mattress I was looking at, found a mattress exactly in my budget. Convenient location off Geary and Masonic. TV commercials drew me into their store, but did not find a mattress to my liking and comfort.

The salesman left me with a sleazy feeling which was a red flag. When I came down from the hype, and did my homework, I realized that the Sleep Number mattress is nothing more than an air mattress with a foam topper - for $800+. Each bed is custom made, was the reason given for the two week delivery quote. Really? Theres literally nothing custom about these beds. The clincher for me was when I read about the potential for mold between the bladder and the foam. I was sick watching the YouTube videos. Take a breath, and think twice about purchasing a Sleep Number bed, for any number of reasons.

The sales team was great and the bed itself is amazing!

Bed was over $10k. After two years, it is sagging in the middle and flopping down on the sides. Even on sleep number of 100, your body sinks below your head on the bed. And I only weigh 170 pounds!
