Michelle is Awesome, great service
Great experience. Mike and Therone were great to work with. I didnt find either of them to be too pushy as salesmen, and they were quite relatable and willing to answer any questions we had. The storefront itself is pretty unassuming and has a bit of a warehouse feel to it. I wasnt expecting much when I went, but the reviews convinced me to check them out.
Very clean store with knowledgeable staff.Items are very eco friendly and high quality. The manager and consultant were extremely professional and I recommend going to the store to see and experience the mattresses and other items to ensure that your needs are met.
I recently got the twin XL mattress.Hands down, the best mattress Ive ever slept on, period. It has just the right amount of tension to lift my body without being too hard or too soft, I was really impressed. The size is a bit unusual (but I havent gone mattress shopping in ages, so this might be what modern mattresses are like), but its perfect. Doesnt take up too much room while giving me more than enough room to roll around at leisure without feeling cramped. Another big plus, especially for students and urbanites. The store experience was great as well, with friendly, attentive employees who went out of their way to help me get the item I wanted.Highly recommended.
Just purchased the tea leaf dream, the most expensive mattress they offer. Before delivery, I e-mailed them twice as well as called, to make sure they offer free recycling of my old mattress, which their website FAQ implies they offer, and that they are in compliance with CA law. I never received a response to this question (on the phone they said they would get back to me, but didnt–on e-mail they never responded), so I hoped for the best. When the mattress arrived, I got a call from the delivery person. He was extremely aggressive and rude, stating he needed a loading dock to deliver it. I already spoke with someone from his company, and agreed it was not necessary since it was in a box and I had already approved having it delivered through the front lobby of my building. There is plenty of space out front as well for the truck to park. The delivery guy kept saying there was no way they were going to let him in through the front. When I told him just to try, everything went fine. He seemed shocked they let him in, and calmed down a bit. Also, before his arrival, while I was on the phone with him, I asked him about the recycling of my old mattress. He seemed super annoyed, and told me he could do it but Id need a receipt from my purchase of my old mattress to verify it was purchased in California. I told him thats fine, and that I have a receipt. He let out a big sigh when I told him this.Once in my apartment, with the mattress delivered, it was time to take back my old mattress. I went to get the receipt but then he said its not necessary, and that it would be $125 to remove my old queen mattress. I was pretty surprised, considering California law, keetsas website, and the fact he seemed to just make up the number randomly, especially after earlier asking for a receipt which was no longer important.I paid the $125 and figured Id try calling Keetsa afterwards for an explanation of the charge. I called the store, and the manager said that that was odd and hell check on it and call me back. He never did. I called again, was told the same thing, and once again never got a call back. Ive also sent three polite e-mails, asking for an explanation of the charge, and what their actual policy is, all have been not responded to at all.Im shocked and really disappointed in the customer service and shipping experience with Keetsa. As for the mattress, it seems OK so far although after only 2 weeks its already sinking a bit. Also the ungassing smell has been horrible and still persists. Going to imagine thats pretty standard though, Ill update the review later with additional review of the mattress itself.KEETSA, maybe respond to your customers when they ask a simple question, yeah? Ridiculous.
The customer service experience was phenomenal.i most likely was quite a pain for them with my neediness and concerns (this is a real investment, ya know), but over the course of two days, two different sales people and one regional manager gently assuaged my fears and were patient, understanding and informative.they paired me with a delightful mattress that is not only comfortable and supportive, but free of the synthetic materials that my delicate asthmatic lungs fear.keetsa seems to run a very progressive, ethical business and employ peeps that care (that stuff matters). Was this review …?
I love my Keetsa mattress! And this store location has the friendliest staff. They also give out free eye masks and I cant even describe how incredibly comfortable they are. I have never been a fan of eye masks before but I cant travel anywhere without my Keetsa eye mask now. Great customer service, comfortable mattresses, and great free eye masks. What more could you need from a mattress store?!
Excellent mattress selection, excellent warranty, all non-toxic and easy to transport, reasonable prices, and very friendly staff. Our Keetsa Classic is still as good as new 3 years later.
We ordered a Keetsa matress last week (Saturday) in store. Despite the unfriendly and reluctant to sell nature of the sales person we ended up purchasing a Keetsa tea leaf classic queen matress for $1900 based on a recommendation of a friend. We also paid extra to get the matress delivered and remove our old mattress. We were supposed to receive a call from them to arrange the delivery. Its been five days and so far we have not heard from anyone from Keetsa. Im extremely disappointed of the nature of their business practices. They are holding a large amount of cutomers money without delivering the item. When we called the store - Their response was thats weird and thats about it.Watchout for this company. They have really unethical business practices. Make sure they are not holding your money for weeks without delivering the matress.
Had my Cloud King for 1.5 years.Cost was ~$1500Great for the first year, but it developed pits and is unusable now (torture device).Keetsa will not warranty the product despite a 12 yr defect guarantee.Read the surge of recent reviews...this is a recurring problem.**side note, the products are not eco friendly as advertised. do your research and spend your hard earned money elsewhere on a bed that has a lifespan of more than a year...
I loved my eco-friendly mattress. the cool package made it easy to cart home.
Keetsa Mattress is the biggest scam in the history of mattresses. I bought one a while back and it only lasted a few months but got soft in the middle. They told me it was a defect and asked for a photo of the tag. The tag said 100% polyurethane and Made In China! How the heck is that ecofriendly? And they claim there is good stuff and green tea, but the label say polyurethane? Made In China? That is not ecofriendly, that is greenwashing. The nice young man who sold it to me seemed genuine, but should be ashamed of himself selling under false pretense. Dont buy this junk and dont be fooled.
Alright, so I was looking for a pillow because I was having severe sleep problems. I came to Keetsa and got myself the Tea Leaf Contour Pillow to see how it would work out. I thought it was somewhat pricey for a pillow but Keetsas guarantee reassured me on returns so I made the drop.First night in... Wow, what a difference it made.I slept like a baby that night and I dont regret buying it whatsoever. It was so comfortable, with the right amount of firmness that I desperately needed. Before, I dreaded going to bed because I knew that I wouldnt be getting much sleep. But now, I am more than happy to sleep in my own bed with my Keetsa pillow.I recommend the pillow and other Keetsa products to my friends and they are all satisfied with what they purchased. I look forward to buying a mattress sometime later in the month (tax refund...).I give this brand and the location a 5 out of 5. A Definite Must.
Nice mattresses, nice customer service.
