I am giving 5 stars all because of Michael here. He is very very good at his job. He asks very good questions to understand your needs. He provides great suggestions. He is a sales person who really works on customers behalf. With his help we were able to find the mattresses we were looking for.

We went to buy a mattress and Elijah was super helpful. Our need was specifically for a back ache. He understood and not only gave us a great suggestion but also got us a sweet deal. Fantastic customer experience!! Thank you 😊

I wasted SO MUCH TIME online trying to figure out which mattress to get, comparing options, reading reviews, learning on Reddit that all mattress companies are evil and there’s no hope… I was very stressed. I went to this Mattress firm and was out within half an hour with a mattress. I am no longer stressed.Andreas was awesome. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and got me a fantastic deal. Victor was awesome! Super knowledgeable, informative, and extremely friendly without being “car salesman-y”. I was actually worried about going in there and being haggled by employees, but it was actually the opposite. I felt at ease browsing the store and that my questions were answered sincerely rather than a larger price tag being the end goal.

Had a super easy time purchasing a bed from this location, the service was absolutely fantastic! Victor, he sales associate who worked with me, was easy to talk to and very helpful. I cant say enough good things about our recent experience with Mattress Firm. My husband and I walked into the store pretty unsure of what we wanted (other than a new bed), and Juan helped us find exactly what we needed. The entire shopping experience was excellent; he was thorough and efficient, and we walked out with our dream set up. The bed was even able to be delivered the next day. It was so valuable to be able to test out mattresses and talk to an expert about the differences among all the different kinds. The staff was very courteous and accommodating when I was in the store. They asked a lot of questions about my sleep habits and made recommendations. They listened to what I wanted and I didnt feel pressured to buy or to upgrade. I wanted to check with my physical therapist before I made the final order. All I had to do was call back. Very pleasant experience with Victor. I was in search of a mattress to order and pick up same day. Victor was able to explain the options that would fit my budget and comfort of sleep. My spouse and I have had the same mattress; well, let’s just say for too long. We always put it off with fears of high-pressure sales tactics or possibly choosing the wrong bed and regretting our purchase. We’ve also heard horror stories about folks purchasing expensive mattresses only to find they are on sale a month later. Missing a deal is hard when spending thousands of dollars on a critical item like a mattress.I suppose our overall review of Mattress Firm will be dependent on the delivery process. For now, I hope my review of Julio below is helpful.We entered the store on Van Ness late afternoon this past Sunday. The store looked clean and orderly as we began to browse. A gentleman approached warmly, not abruptly, and simply welcomed us and invited us to ask any questions we might have. He also introduced us to the COVID safety protocols he and the store were following, which made trying the mattresses possible. We’d planned to maybe sit on them for feel but not lay on them until he updated us on the process.After a few minutes, he checked on us at the perfect time as we had cultivated a few questions by this time. At this moment, the experience turned from good to great!Julio had an articulate answer to all of our questions. He would proactively add to his response anticipating questions to come, which put our minds at ease. Rather than showing us every model in the store, he asked us some key questions and showed us three brands he recommended. We liked this because it kept it simple and we didn’t become overwhelmed with too many choices and variables.Julio was an encyclopedia of information! Even if you don’t need a mattress but have sleep questions, he’ll be your guy. We learned so much and, by this time, felt so comfortable that we shared about our aches, pains, and recent lack of sleep. He was empathetically leaving us feeling very seen and understood.We told him we would not be buying the same day, that we wanted to think about it. He was very agreeable to this and provided us his name and contact for follow-up questions. He integrated a bit of his personal experience, having purchased a mattress recently himself. Our rapport by this point was so good that we took his personal experience to heart and, in our minds, chose the bed he had personally purchased. We were committed to thinking about it, so we left the store.As we were walking home, we debriefed on all we’d just learned from Julio, including special deals, satisfaction/price guarantees (120 days makes for a very confident customer). We got halfway home when we decided not to wait. We walked right back and purchased the mattress that Julio recommended!The check-out process was so concise, easy to understand, and again comforting. The full boxspring was available in the showroom. Michael sent me a link to order the item and I picked it up the next day! Wonderful service, knowledgeable and SO helpful that he and staff helped me strap the item tothe top of my Mini-Cooper! The item was also just the same cost $199 as other competitors (Sears/Kmart) but to have the boxspring in the showroom rather than wait two months, is SO aamazing and less stressful!

I ordered a futon mattress and sadly it was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted an agent who reordered the item for me. After I checked online I noticed it said it would take two months to receive my order. I thought to call a Mattress Firm agent directly and luckily I reached Yousra. She informed me that she would check on a refund and call me back. When she did call back she made me aware that due to the lateness of the hour, shed have to get back to me the next day. She called me the next morning promptly with an update. To then call me later with a full refund and pictures of the receipts. I can say without a doubt this was the best customer service Ive had. We decided to check out the Clearance store after not having much luck at another store and Yousra was AMAZING! We were going to go with the Sleepys because of cost and she worked with us to find a much better mattress at about the same price! Able to pick up the mattress same day too! They are the same as a regular store plus with some stock at 50% off. (We had a Nectar before -online only, do not recommend- so we wanted to go in to test mattresses, open to public just need to wear your mask.)

I came in yesterday to buy a mattress. Not going to lie I almost walked out because thanks to Covid, mattress firm thinks it’s a good idea to have only one employee per store so if there are 3 people in the store it might be a wait BUT let me tell you!!!! Me and my wife came here after a disappointing experience with Nectar, (one of the online mattress in a box companies). Good selection for the presidents day sale. I truly appreciate my mattress representative Carlos who explained that my old mattress probably had a warranty because I was feeling the coils and it was bothering my sciatica. Sure enough I measured and my old mattress is only 2 and a half years old but I measured and it had a 2 inch sag in it which Carlos explained is a big sag and upon his recommendation I filed a warranty claim and it was approved in 5 days so I get my new mattress tomorrow and I am elated. I also got several hundred dollars off the new mattress because of the presidents day sale and I get a free adjustable base. Mainly I cant thank Carlos enough for explaining the warranty and giving me the info to file the claim and he was just so knowledgeable I wont buy a mattress anywhere else.

Yousra is a treasure. Bought an adjustsble bed for my 94 year old mother and of course she changed her mind after the fact. Yousra arranged the exchange even though the base wasnt supposed to be returnable. Also thanks to her manager who approved it. There were delivery and restocking fees but nothing I wouldnt expect.

I went today (30th dezember) at 10h45 a.m. to pick up some stuff at Amazon Locker and the store was closed. I’m not from United States and I’m travelling tomorrow internationally, back to my home country, and won’t be able to pick any of the itens bought at Amazon. Apperently they do not respect the opening hours listed online.

Lorena and James are absolutely wonderful! My husband and I purchased our Serta 500 from Lorena late November 2017. Lorena was very knowledgable and very courteous! She explained us about mattresses and let us try the different ones while demonstrating what are the differences. We ended up liking the mattress so much we came back 2 weeks ago to buy another one! James, the store manager, helped us the second time. Extremely great customer service, the delivery people (I think the company is called Red Carpet Deliveries but not sure) are also hard working men who are just efficient and did a wonderful job assembling the adjustable base as well as delivering the mattress, of course! Very recommended!!!
