Went in during a busy Giants game and met Jordan. Hes very chill and very demonstrates vast knowledge of the products. He is also a very thorough listener and great with recommendations based on our needs. We really preferred a firm mattress and he was able to narrow us down between the Serta and the Purple 3. We are still deciding between the two but all thanks to Jordan, we were not overwhelmed with the big selection Mattress Firm carries. We will be back and highly recommend that you go see Jordan!!

I had one of the best shopping experiences of my life at this Mattress Firm. In about a half hour, Jordan talked me through everything I needed to know (which was a lot more than I did when I walked in) and Im so thankful for how he helped me pick out exactly what I wanted. He gave me a great sequence of mattresses to try out, helped me pick out a pillow, and made sure I got the quickest delivery he could.This mattress should last me a while but if I find the need to go back, I for sure will.It was seriously a great experience. 5/5

Went in 4th of July weekend and met Jordan. He is super knowledgeable and not pushy. We had a list of fives things we felt were important. He listened carefully and showed us the mattresses that fit our needs to help narrow one down. Super patient and accommodating. We left feeling confident about our choice. It was delivered within 24hrs. It’s been two months and we love our mattress thanks to Jordan.

Worst purchase experience I’ve had. Definitely the one where I felt most scammed. I tried to return the Purple mattress I ordered. I only got the mattress because I could trial it and they made sure to confirm that I could return everything for free with no shipping or restocking fee but when I called to return my Purple mattress. They said I needed to pay full price for the free gifts I got and would not accept returns. I wouldnt have gotten the free gifts that I didnt even need if this were the case. I didn’t even use the “free pillow” because it was so uncomfortable and now I’m stuck with it?! So now my free trial turns out to cost 370 dollars for items I didn’t even use. They never told me I had to pay for all the “free items” they gave me. They never even told me the prices of the items. How is this acceptable.

Yousra Rezgui was very helpful to us. We came with intention to buy a mattress and a base however we didn’t know anything about the mattresses. Our shopping experience couldn’t have been more smooth - with a super experienced and well trained sales person it took us less than 20 minutes to make our choice with no sense of confusion or hesitation. I had a great experience purchasing my mattress from Yousra. I had an urgent need for a mattress and walked in on a Monday afternoon. Yousra was professional and informative in helping us navigate the mattresses in the store. Once we settled on a mattress, she helped us get the best deal possible and scheduled delivery for two days later. I ran into some last minute hiccups with the condo association that needed a COI before the delivery can happen. Apparently the turnaround for this request is usually at least 48 hours, but Yousra was able to help us get it just in time for the delivery. She is going above and beyond to make sure her customers are satisfied. If youre looking for a new mattress, theres no need to look any further!

This was honestly one of the easiest and best retail experiences I’ve had. Jordan was super helpful, and explained all of the choices and options to us, and expertly guided us through the selection process. We never once felt pressured or rushed, only supported and encouraged to take our time. There really is no replacement for trying out (lying on) a mattress before buying it. Lastly, my partner and I felt comforted by the reasonable COVID precautions they instituted in their store.

This rating is not for their offerings, but for the professionalism of the stores’ staff.I showed up to the store after it’s opening time that from the website on Sep 12th at 10:02am, and it was closed. I waited outside of the benches until 10:27am and no one showed up. I called the store number and it went to voicemail. I called the corporate office who also couldn’t reach the local staff.I think it’s not unreasonable to expect a store to be open at its official opening hours. I traveled all the way to this location due to its high rating. I am very disappointed.

Andreas was beyond helpful and got us exactly what we wanted (and more) within 15 minutes. My wife and I had originally planned to go mattress shopping @ Macys the following day, when we randomly walked by here. We decided to give it a shot and we are damn happy we did! We purchased a mattress from a Mattress Firm in Utah and needed to get a new frame for the bed which is now in LA in my sons apartment. Delivery people was mean, disrespectful & liar.They did not delivery the bed & did not set-up.They called their boss & told them they were at my house for 4 to 6 hours which is lie because they were there for only 10 minutes & left.
