I could not have been more pleased with these folks.These guys come to you. Abel arrived on time and as soon as he arrived, he just got right to work and he was on a mission.He got the job done within the allotted time and he did it all with good cheer, expedience and expertise. He was very conscientious about working on the Jeep, making sure he took precautions to respect the interior.As he was finishing up replacing the window, a coworker of his, Julio showed up from another job and he helped Abel finish up whatever was left to do, which made the progress a lot faster with them working in tandem.I am more than satisfied with their work ethic, job quality and respect for the customer. They were very polite people. When everything was all said and done, the window was clean, roll up & down working properly and the entire car was vacuumed.This operation is about as perfect as they come.

My car was broken into overnight. In the morning I found the drivers side front window completely smashed into a million pieces of glass that covered every square inch of the interior. I had no idea who to call but found Premium Auto Glass in Yelp, as well as a couple others nearby. Premium called back quickly and took all the information (make, model, VIN) and they located a replacement window (even though other dealers told me it would be weeks to get the part from overseas). The next day, Premium showed up and within an hour had the window completely repaired AND they vacuumed the interior 100%. Replaced a rear window vent that some wad smashed. I submitted my make, model and year vehicle with photos. Julio gave me a competitive quote and scheduled an appointment. Premium Auto Glass Solution is a mobile glass repair service. He arrived at my location on time, his associate vacuumed loose glass shard while Julio replaced the window vent. The glass is a perfect fit and the tint matches. They finished the job within 20 minutes and were professional and courteous. They accept credit cards. Highly recommend this business.

These guys saved our vacation when no one else would! Our car was broken into and they were there within 2 hours and replaced the window and cleaned up all the glass out of our car. Very thorough and professional and affordable!

Car window smashed on Saturday. I called Julio and he gave me the lowest quote. He had to order the window for my car, so I thought it would take half a week. Instead it turns out he could fill me in first thing Monday morning. And also he would come to my home for free. He showed up early and told me he would finish within the hour. I barely had time to make yogurt because he finished in like 20 minutes. He even vacuumed all of the broken glass, as well as the rest of my car just to be nice. Amazing service, I was so anxious about not being able to drive and having a broken window, but Julio made it painless and really took a lot of worry off of me. I asked for his business card so I could write a review - but also I would be able to text him in case this ever happens again.

Thanks to Julio and his associate for fitting me in to have my window replaced due to a car break in. On Saturday 3/27/21, I was walking out of the Emeryville parking garage. I found my car broken into but nothing was taken because I leave nothing in my car. I reached put to several places for a quote and Premium Auto Glass Solution was the lowest by far. Julio showed up the Monday morning and had my car ready to go in less than an hour. He took his time and answered all of my questions. What a true professional and a pleasure to do business with! Premium Auto Glass Solution installed a new window on my car. I got 5 quotes and they were tied for the lowest price. Despite this, they were the only service that comes to the customers site. They were easy to contact, arrived on time, did the work quickly and cleaned all the broken glass very thoroughly. I highly recommend them.

I am very pleased with the service from Premium Auto Glass. My car window was smashed and life is sort of hold until you can get a new window. Very stressful.Julio answered his phone at 7:00 am and gave me a quote and a time to have the repair done. He arrived early then discovered he had the wrong glass. He apologized and immediately got another one ordered. He said he ordered it from two places just in case there was a problem with one. Then he came back at the time promised. They worked quickly and did a great job.The window is great. All the bits of broken glass are gone and the car is clean. I hope I never have to call him again but if my window gets smashed again, Ill be calling Julio.

This past week, my car window was smashed, my purse stolen, and Julio came to my rescue. Because I park my car on the street (do not have a garage) I needed the window fixed that day and as soon as possible. After calling around to places that would not fix the glass same day, I spoke with Julio, who arranged to meet me within the next hour. He showed up promptly and worked quickly and efficiently, even in the middle of a downpour of rain. Julio was the first auto glass shop to call me back (after calling about 7 others and leaving voicemails!), and fit me into his schedule right away. Super easy to coordinate with, and the work was delivered and done exactly on time. They said theyd arrive around 12:15pm and call 30 mins ahead, which they did. They said the work would be done within 45 mins, which it was done exactly in that time frame! Would highly recommend this shop to all my friends!

Had my toyota Tundra Windshield replace, Julio and his helper did a nice and clean job, my truck look even cleaner then it was before.
